WTAF - Depopped a skill at 18?

Nowhere near skill point cap, 18 year old fighter created 15th February depopped from 12 to 11 in Striking defense during todays PM training session 02/05/23, so 10 weeks old - is this fighter suffering from Progeria?

Also, he has had a fight recently (grappling 30/04/23) so that should have reset any timers.

I haven't had a single depop on any fighter previously, even the ones created in September who are now 26 years old so this struck me as super bizarre.

if you don't train a skill over a period of time at all (sparring or the individual skill itself) then it will naturally degrade. Since you set the skill at 110 then it will literally take a 0.1 drop to move it down to remarkable. It doesn't matter about the age rather the length of time you haven't trained a skill.

10 weeks though? I have a couple of other fighters that were created on the exact same day with the exact same skills & the exact same learning speed, even the same training regimen but only this one depopped and that was after a fight that should have reset timers anyway.

I've had them range between 9-14 weeks before they depop in something i've never trained them in but put at 110. If you want to stop it then throw in a SD session week one and it won't depop until you get around to it.

The one that always makes me laugh are depop'd physicals on guys that obviously aren't old enough to decline. I get a neglected FA who depops strength, and I'm thinking "Hello? You just spent time doing a circuit training in a solo class with an elite coach, albeit one for balance, how does that not at least touch strength a little bit?"

But yeah, apparently circuit training balance really doesn't touch strength.
