My ideas are below, and if you would like to secure a fighter spot please respond below so I can gauge interests.

Looking to Start Christmas Eve 2024.

Hey I'm interested. Tried to pitch this idea as a Halloween tournament a couple weeks back but couldn't get enough interest. Mr Mike Tycoon offered a couple months VIP to winner and was considering refunding the avatar credit/VIP days so he might be willing to sponsor this as well

Just wasn’t up for yours because of the no training thing. Was a good idea though.

Interested. I have VIP but for everyone else if you have spin and win avatar credits are you allowed to compete?

Yes as long as the fighter has an avatar, I just like it as it adds to the game and fights, a Persona for the character.

I will ask Mike if he is willing to add some VIP to the list. I'm offering some money directly to all champion managers, but a 1 million dollar prize for the open weight winner when all champions are crowned and they duke it out for the prize.

Interested for sure, Always love a tournament that isn't just a bracket, knock out styled tournament.
This one sounds like it will be fun for a lot longer than a couple of weeks

Yes sir, I believe it will be. Just need managers to bring in the fighters and commit to at least 5 fights for the round robin without going inactive or sacking their fighters. I've got it figured to run at least 13 events to get through the round robins and title fights for the regular season, then we add in the open weight tournament. I want to continue that style as we proceed. Kinda like what the Professional Fighters League is doing with a season and playoffs.

All of them are untested 18 Y/O 407K fighters made a week ago.
You don't even get that in an ID org, you create a fighter and then get pitted against 20+ Y/O's.
So any perceived advantage is so small, they are able to train their 1 stats to a 2

If your interested create a fighter and join ASAP
Most weight classes are filling up fast

i think 155 and 145 don't have fighters

I am confused.... There are at least two fighters earlier than 407k that were created almost two months ago which is a significant head start. I am also not sure how most weight classes are filling up fast as only 205 has more than one fighter.

There is one fighter who is Mauro Jonatas (406809) who is still an 18 yo fighter, its not a massive advantage and you can create a fighter in another weight class.
Like i said most other orgs you will be fighting in that offer consistent fights are 405k+ which is  a larger age range, this is as close as you can get to new fighters.

We are sending out contracts, we will fill up quickly, we have fighters in almost every weight class
so if you want to participate let it be known here.
If not, also fine, this will be just as much fun with or without you :)

but hope everyone comes for the fun

Takashi Asai (406986) is also another who was created early September by a very experienced manager who has had almost two extra months of training. I have a couple fighters in a similar ID range who have around 90 training sessions under their belt while competing in a tournament. That hardly equates to training him from a 1 to a 2.

Sure a manager could just choose a different weight class which I definitely will do if I choose to participate but I guess the question I am asking is can I expect those other weight classes to also include 406k builds with significant training time advantages?

Pass - were this a creation date tournament I would be interested, I at least hope to start a fighter alongside fighters who were created on the same day when it is a tournament start, knowingly starting with a disadvantage for a tournament is for the birds, completely different to joining an established org with a pre-existing roster which you expect to be at a big disadvantage in which you can somewhat account for by a lot longer training stage prior to fighting, or at least fighting just in grappling orgs prior while training up.

There will be no fights until Christmas Eve, Dec 31st. I'm only signing 18 year olds, and only 6 per weight class. I did not want to wait until a new ID range, as true some may be a few months older, but it won't be as significant as putting a 20 year old against an 18 year old. Some also don't train as fast. Its also important how you set your fight sliders as with training. You are all welcome to participate. There are too many 400K orgs at the moment, but this one is 18 year olds starting with a bjj blue belt max.

Thanks guys

JD
