Fireballer34
We are filled up right now, but we already have 2 willing alternates and there are more people who may want to join, so if we can get enough people the format will update. Instead of 2 teams of 8, we will have teams of 12, so 24 total. The first round would happen as normal, but then before matchups are picked for round 2, each captain will select 2 fighters to give a bye to, and they will automatically advance to the next round. After that the matchups will be drafted and round 2 will happen. Then, rounds 3-5 will continue as normal, and this will effectively just add 1 round to the tournament. Of course, we may not get to 24, in which case we will keep this format.

Fireballer34
We need 1 more for 24, after that I’ll start figuring out captains. Ideally, wed like to have 2 or 4 alternates, sine the plan is to draft the alternates after the normal draft, so its an easier replacement and the manager is already kind of on the team.

Fireballer34
BREAKING NEWS! Captains have been selected for the tournament! They will continue a bitter rivalry in captaining against each other for the TUF championship! Without further ado, lets introduce our coaches. On one team, he runs the respectable startup of Just Fights. He will look to win his custom trophy as champion of the tournament. He is the one, the only, Billy Bobbit! On the other side of the rivalry, the owner of a Beerleague, who has cracked the top 14 managers, the man, the myth, the legend, Jeffrey Ramirez! These two will continue their feud and see which team will complete the goal of becoming The Ultimate Fighter. Good luck to both captains! The draft will take place in a week, on the 19th. A coin has been flipped, and the first pick goes to Jeffrey Ramirez. Keep in mind, the draft is a snake, so captains will have 2 picks in a row after the first one. I believe this will help the teams be more fair and the draft go quicker. We were full, so I will drop down to an alternate slot to make room, I’ll still make a fighter in case someone drops out. Still looking for 1-3 more alternates.

embalmer
Interviewer: Jeffrey, congratulations on being selected as captain for Team Ramirez in the upcoming KHFC TUF Style Tournament! Big responsibility! How are you feeling about leading a team in this high-stakes, knockout tournament with a million Tycoon Dollars on the line? Jeffrey Ramirez: Ah, thanks! Honestly, I’m feeling pumped—like I just cracked open a cold one after a long day of strategizing. This tournament is huge, and the million Tycoon Dollars? That's enough to buy a whole fleet of party buses and enough beer to fill an Olympic pool. But seriously, this is about more than just the cash. It's about proving I’m the best captain the league has ever seen. It’s not just about the trophy—it's about the legacy. Interviewer: A million Tycoon Dollars definitely ups the ante! Have you been thinking much about the draft picks yet? There are a lot of great managers out there to choose from. Jeffrey Ramirez: Oh, absolutely! The draft is like picking your dream team, but with a twist—you’ve got to pick managers who can handle the heat. I’ve got my eye on a few legends in the sport. I’m looking for people with strong leadership, tough minds, and the ability to pop open a beer while still executing a perfect strategy. You can’t just pick anyone. You need people who can get it done in the ring and then turn around and throw down at the after-party. Balance is key, baby. Interviewer: Sounds like you’re taking this very seriously. Do you already have a vice captain in mind? Someone to help you shoulder the weight of this leadership? Jeffrey Ramirez: Ah, the vice captain question. Yes, I’ve got a few contenders in mind, but here’s the thing—my vice captain needs to be someone who isn’t just good at managing fighters, but someone who can keep me in check when I get a little... overexcited. It’s going to be someone with a strong backbone, a cool head, and the ability to handle my brilliant ideas—like the one where we hold the draft while wearing inflatable sumo suits. Stay tuned for that one. Interviewer: That sounds like a spectacle in the making. Now, there’s one name everyone’s talking about—your opponent, Mr. Bobbit. You and him have a longstanding rivalry, a heated feud that stretches back quite a while. Any thoughts on facing him again in this tournament? Jeffrey Ramirez: Ah, Bobbit. My favorite punching bag. It’s been a fierce rivalry, but every time I take him down, it just makes me feel like I’m on top of the world. I’m not worried though; I’m used to the guy's antics. He’s like the villain in a cheesy action movie who keeps getting up after every punch, but you just know he’s going to get taken out in the end. The good news is, he’s got a lot of energy for a guy who’s about to get knocked out again. And hey, I’ve always said, the more personal the rivalry, the sweeter the victory! Interviewer: It definitely seems like there’s a lot of history there. So, how important is this trophy to you? More than just the money, I assume? Jeffrey Ramirez: Oh, this trophy is everything. Sure, the million Tycoon Dollars will buy me a lot of tacos and tequila, but this trophy? This is for bragging rights for life. This is the kind of victory that you tell your grandkids about. And to be honest, it’s about silencing Bobbit once and for all. If I win this, I can finally put that guy in his place for good. It’s a matter of pride, of being the guy who leads his team to the top while also, you know, having the best post-tournament party in the history of sports. Interviewer: It sounds like you’ve already got the victory celebration planned out! Jeffrey Ramirez: You bet I do. The team’s going to need it. After all, a million Tycoon Dollars only goes so far, but the memories from this victory? Those will last forever. Plus, I’m planning a huge after-party where everyone has to wear inflatable sumo suits. But that’s another story for another day. Interviewer: Well, we can’t wait to see how this all unfolds. Best of luck, Jeffrey, and congratulations again on the captaincy! Jeffrey Ramirez: Thanks! And remember—teamwork, strategy, and beer. That’s the secret to victory! 1

embalmer
BREAKING NEWS: Team Ramirez Captain Jeffrey Ramirez Parties with KHFC Owner Mr. Fireballer34, Spills Beer, and Exposes Bobbit’s 'Rusty Chevy Incident' In a hilarious turn of events, a viral clip posted on an MMA media news site has sent shockwaves through the MMA community, showing Jeffrey Ramirez, Captain of Team Ramirez, out at a nightclub enjoying an unforgettable night on the town with KHFC owner Mr. Fireballer34. The video takes a wild twist when Ramirez, after a few rounds of drinks, pulls out his phone and shows Fireballer34 a completely unexpected clip. The footage features none other than Billy Bobbit, the notorius captain of Team Bobbit, in what can only be described as a highly questionable situation. The scene unfolds in the backseat of a rusty, weathered Chevy, where Bobbit is wedged between two hookers. Just as the camera zooms in on the scene, a police officer can be seen knocking at the car window, looking thoroughly unimpressed. The awkward silence in the clip is broken only by the distant hum of the car's engine, which, by the sound of it, has clearly seen better days. As the two men watch in disbelief, they erupt into laughter. Fireballer34 shakes his head slowly, letting out a long, exasperated sigh, as if contemplating the state of the MMA world. Ramirez, overcome with laughter, attempts to take a swig of his beer—but in classic fashion, he fumbles the bottle and spills it all over his pants, further amplifying the absurdity of the situation. The clip ends right there, leaving viewers in stitches and wondering what exactly did happen in that Chevy. Was Bobbit running from the law? Was the rusty car his secret lair? And, most importantly, what was going on with those hookers? One eyewitness, who was reportedly at the same nightclub, shared, "Honestly, I thought they were gonna get kicked out for causing a scene. But then I realized, when you’ve got this much chaos in one clip, who can resist? I haven't laughed that hard since the last time Bobbit tried to explain why his car 'only needs a little oil.'" The incident has already sparked a series of memes, with many MMA fans sharing their own theories about what happened in that Chevy. Some suggest Bobbit was simply "carpooling," while others claim it was a "deep undercover operation" for the upcoming draft. As for Bobbit, sources close to him say he's "taking a break from the spotlight"—though it's unclear if that means taking a break from MMA or just from getting caught in awkward situations with rusty cars. Until then, Ramirez and Mr. Fireballer34 are likely to keep partying, laughing, and spilling beer in the most unexpected of ways. Stay tuned for the next chapter in this wild, laugh-out-loud saga. 2
Fireballer34
Final draft pool with alternates in the OP. Reminder that as soon as Sunday begins picks can start. Also remember that after the first pick, picks will be consecutive due to the snake draft. So after @embalmer picks, @FlatSky will have 2, then 2 for Ramirez. Captains, try to check the forums as much as possible that day, 5 minutes here and there to decide and post picks if possible. Make sure to check in with your team via discord or a forum private message group soon after your team is assembled. Less than 500 fighters remaining until 410k, buckle your seatbelts everyone!

FlatSky
@embalmer No offense to @ToshLodi but you've fumbled the bag already. I can't believe you disrespected a former #1 manager like this but don't worry I'm going to try to make it right. A man with almost 2700 wins who's been playing this game for over 15 years. The true original ULTIMATE FIGHTER. With my 1st pick, I select Captain Canada, Bradley Burns and may god have mercy on your souls. @stpierrecanada
