fivestripes10
If you add up the income numbers shown on any event summary page—ticket sales, food & drink, merchandise—the totals don’t match the system’s reported profit/loss. I started tracking everything after our events to keep it all in one place. I matched the expenditure total exactly using the reported values. But when calculating income using only what the game shows, the resulting profit/loss figures are consistently off—by tens of thousands in some cases. For every single WOVA event we are short $30-41K. This isn’t a nitpick—just pointing out something that seems clearly off in the reporting system. Happy to be corrected if there’s a piece I’m missing, but right now the numbers just don’t add up.
sigxsubzero
I checked a few of my events and the figures are all correct. Are you making sure to not double count the food/merch sales. For your income you just want to be looking at Ticket Revenue, Food & Drink and your Org cut of merchandise.
fivestripes10
For example these numbers don't add up. The total income should be $148,665... right?

fivestripes10
Ah I see what you mean now. Just confused me how the expenditures were adding up but the other side wasn't. Didn't think about the merchandise numbers being doubled up like that. Just my being slow at 1:00 AM haha. Thank you! I knew I was likely just being stupid haha
