i love this game and will support it for ever but i went to tuck my grandson in tonight , he is three year old , inocent , and a boy. we did the usual shit that grandfather and grandson do , ( i had to kiss his fooking tedy) but as i was walking out of his bedroom door , he said " love me?" it was a question. got to tell you , i had tears rolling down my face when i bent over him and kissed him. it may have been a funny momment but it struck a cord to me that , i know whats important in my life. we all play this game because we love it , so can i ask everyone , dont flame anyone because they just may have a little boy or girl that think they are the world in thier eyes , they are new players and deserve a helping hand. we are all people and come from all aspects of life , yet we unite in this game. the forums need to be more weloming. i bet if you googled most hostile forum in the world , mma tycoon would come top , and this is wrong we are all human and mmatycoon isnt the most important thing in our lives , if it is your beyound help its the everyday things that are important and if you can get throughy them , mmatycoon is just a game

both my wrestlers lost today and they both had huge advantages in wrestling over their opponents. my wrestlers are now 0-15 for takedowns. So i guess i should cut them and just create kickboxers now? -so aggravated

So theres this guy Vladimir Gromnitskiy (49255) - VIP Manager in my org whos had i think 4 fighters in my org. he declined a ton of fights in the past and waits til he gets one he thinks will be an easy win. Then after declining like 4 fights in a row i ask him whats up and he says he wants to fight a weak fighter or fight for the title against Coleman. so a few months later i finally give him the title shot he was asking for cause he rose to like top 10 in the org from winning every single match he accepted. I mean, what am i going to do offer him guys hyped at 20 when hes at 140? nah. Anyway, he shocks the world and becomes champ and now was ranked i think in the top 30 p4p? maybe im wrong abou that but he was the most valuable fighter in HWP after that. Well, once that happened his "mentor" started coming out and talking crap about me on the forum and laughing at me and all around hatred for me was just too much considering that nothing bad had happened until that point. this really raised my eyebrows and so im going to post my conversation with the manager vlad, who has his champion in my org. holding the belt and declining fights again. Hi there! As some of you may be aware of, LeRoy LeBlanc is the current UVT number 1 contender to the 205 lbs title, currently held by Snake The Pendulum. I've been trying to get this fight going for a while, but Snake has yet to re-sign with the company. I therefore took the opportunity to breach the subject to Snake's manager Jacky in the [Official]MrClean is a pussy thread. Long story short, Jacky's response was that while Snake certainly has never ducked any fighter, he will not defend his title against LeBlanc, at least not in the foreseeable future. Jacky's stance is that Snake needs more time to train. My stance, is that Snake, at 28 years old and with 20 fights under his belt, should either consider himself fit to fight the number one contender or retire from the game. Now, I can perfectly understand that a fighter needs to attend to some details here and there. That's why I propose to sign the contract now and fight in a month's time. More than enough time to iron out the kinks. I will say this: I've been around this game since June '09 and I believe I can be considered a rather active manager. My fighters fight often and I've managed quite a few champions in my time. I have never turned down a title defence. I say we sign the contract now and allow for a certain preparation time. What say you?

As I pointed out before, I think the problem is : - aggro takedowns being as hard as ever - counter takedowns (yesterday's biggest weapon) having being nullified So no matter how aggressive or cautious you are, it's hard. Today, you got to have a quite great standup game to land takedowns, and yet it's hard (see last Jeremy Tonal fight - I'm sure his manager did'nt mess up sliders, yet his wrestling was nullified)

I was reading to this topic througout the week and now, after my today's fight I can say with no doubts: TKD's issue is TRUE!!! So Mike, please fix it asap... I won't accept any fights for my grapplers by now, maybe release them, although they are all well rounded. I feel very sorry for those who enjoys and have only ground fighters!

While I've been having a pretty shitty time at securing normal takedowns, my success rate at takedowns from the clinch seems to be way up since the fight engine change. Coincidence maybe.

Not a big deal, but I think Free Agent tickers should freeze for the 7 days they are on the market. They currently reset when picked up, but it would be nice if they didn't decline as well imo. Like I said nothing huge, just my opinion.

yeah this new engine has greatly decreased the effectiveness of Demain Maia/Jake Shields type fighters so what you will probably see are 'wrestlers' like GSP and Rashad Evans, wrestlers who have a solid striking game as well as a solid grappling game. Also, the Chuck Liddell's will rule the game once again

The people who think Primary is all that matters, when it comes to takedowns, or anything, for that matter, are cute. Secondaries play a huge, huge part in the equation.
