Can anyone help? I have a fighter who's home base is in Hilo. He had a fight 3weeks ago in New York as soon as the fight was over I had another fight offer in New York I accepted the fight. Then tried to book a flight to Hilo and was told I couldn't because the fight was to close but the fight is still under offer and my fighter is still paying hotel bills and is negative in his bank account.

My fighter is in Sydney his home base is in Hilo he has a fight in 22 days in Tokyo but when I try to book flight so I can get to gym to train it says fighter has a fight in Tokyo I must fly there. Why. How can I get to home base spending fighters money and mine on hotels,
