[I want to create an elite public GYM...]

I've been playing this game for a couple of months now, and I have noticed that it's very hard to get good training as a new, low level manager. I would like to open an elite public gym for an affordable price. I have earned about 150k from my clothing store, but over looking the wiki makes me think that this will not last long if I open an elite gym for the public.

So basically what I'm getting at, would any veteran managers be interested in donating to this project? I'm open as to where the gym would be located. I'm partial to Sydney but I'm open to other cities. Let me know guys!
