Does anybody know if Heart affects submission tolerance? Wiki just says TKO'd less easily..

    • Heart - A fighter with a big heart will be TKO'd less easily. They will also become MORE dangerous if they are hurt.

I'm pretty sure it does but I am not 100% sure. That is what I have heard many times on the forums but I haven't had it tested in fights myself. However I do no for a fact that having high heart helps you to fold from being TKO'd by Ground and Pound. Here is an example.

  2. A.D.A is on the verge of receiving his coral belt from grandmaster Rickson Gracie at his Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gym affiliate gym at Kama Jiu-Jitsu in Texas. All this trash talk yet his competition refuses to take his defensive grappling training sessions seriously and that will be his downfall. Dre Battle is going to get strangled to sleep on January 9th 2021. Guarantee it! ☠️☠️☠️

Not per se. Managers can also leave from an ID org on good terms with the owner. For example a top talent might reach a point in his young career where no more real challenges are available at the ID level. An org owner can then get creative and start with superfights, or even gradually lower the ID range of the org. However, if an org owner is not willing to do this or the manager is not interested in those possible solutions, a good talk can end the contract for that fighter, without compromising the loyalty between the manager and the org owner for future business. An org owner should be smart and not focus on one fighter, but on a long term relationship with loyal managers who keep producing top talent for ID orgs.

Exactly. For example me personally I am struggling to pay for this crazy $100,000 a week gym that I have so I wanted A.D.A to go to one of the top #3 super organizations to start making up the difference. I also wanted more super fights to get the best out of my top fighter while he is 3 months from entering his prime. So JW gave A.D.A a pay bonus and more high stakes fights which will start helping me achieve my goals.  My perspective is I just don't want to see all these ID organizations die. If we keep relying on SYN, GAMMA, and PULSE to do all the heavy lifting then when those managers get busy in their real lives this game will get dry. No one needs that shit right now.

So I'm just curious how trying to sign a fighter under contract is considered poaching? No one is holding a gun to anyone's head. I think I'd have more of a problem with managers/fighters bailing, than manager's/orgs offering. If you don't think this shit goes down in real life, you're crazy...even with the union laws, IF the league even has a union. Not to mention, don't you have to be able to leave before you can actually leave? If someone doesn't want to re-sign, there's nothing you can do about it other than ask them would keep them there, and then follow up on that.

You have a point. But then again though, I'm sure you noticed after so many years in this game. Only 2 ID orgs survive & thrive on average per new ID. When a mid level restricted org is starting to peak and there fighters get poached or leave to one of the top 3 already well established orgs it creates a canalization of star top 100 fighters and creating a new organization is pointless. Because all of your fighters may try to leave in that 1 year of limbo as a mid level org before a breakout year of ppvs and new stars to sustain the promotion etc. etc. All your hard work building up your loyal manager's base fighters gone. You are  right but I could understand why JW wants to keep his champs in house. Nothing wrong with that.

  5. By "different tactics" I just mean when your fighter is picking up on what his opponent is doing and what is working and not working. Not necessarily sliders all the time, if your sliders is working, then of course your fighter with SHIG is not going to change up the game plan. For example, If I successfully predict my opponent is going high punches and is going to go slight counter and heavy damage and I predict that correctly, my intelligent fighter will be more alert and less of his opponent's counters will land as the round progresses, and my fighter will start to get more counters on his own due to intelligence and prediction overriding sheer aggression. Here is an example of me putting this into action. My opponent only landed 19% of his shots that were mostly high damage counters. Intelligence is the most important skill in the game in my opinion.
