The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Kazuma misses.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kiryu, as that shot connected.
Kiryu slips under a jab from Kazuma.
Kiryu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Kazuma Kiryu has been cut.
Kazuma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kiryu's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kazuma connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kiryu scrambles back to his feet.
Kazuma cracks Kiryu's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Kiryu slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Kazuma can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kiryu Kazuma!

Kazuma Kiryu THE TRUE DRAGON OF DOJIMA

Let it be known, that snakes can not eat Dragons, and KIRYU KAZUMA proved himself spineless when he collapsed to the mat, his soul literally ripped from his body. There is but one Dragon of Dojima, and that is me, Kazuma Kiryu.

As for my future, well, Life is like a trampoline, the lower you fall, the higher you go. On to the next. There are two paths, and I will travel both PICKLE WE HAVE UNFINISHED BUSINESS, THERE ARE NO OTHER OPPONENTS TO THE MOUNTAIN TOP AND I WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO CRUSH YOU AND END YOUR REIGN AS MY COWORKER NEARLY DID BEFORE EONS AGO. Or a title shot. Who's got my trophy?

I present to you the battle of Kiryu-chan at DMMA 239!

It's "The Dragon of Dojima" Kazuma Kiryu vs "The Dragon of Dojima" Kiryu Kazuma!!!!

The winner will be crowned the true DMMA Dragon Legend!

    16938996833757.png

So there's everything to play for! Fight hard everybody!

This will be a true battle for the ages, when Akara "King Donkey Kong" fought Edward Mills we had the great battle of Ape vs Pickle, and as one would expect Kongsangchai delivered a massive crunch to Pickles face and defeated him to claim the Transcontinental Arborers and Small Business Owner's Local Subdivision Middleweight Title. But now news of the imposter reached the ears of Kiryu-chan, the REAL Kiryu and he knew he had to return immediately to clear his name from the atrocities the other Nega-Kiryu-Chan was undoubtedly committing. And so it shall be, Dragon will meet Dragon and truly prove who is the best around.

(Also amazing job on the trophy!)

The legends are true, a wise technique to throw your opponent off their game, make them hungry during weigh in's. Kazuma could not deny the undeniable stench of Lox and Onion cream cheese all morning but no one pulls the wool over the eyes of a dragon because dragons do not wear clothes and know when somethings suspicious because they have very big eyes.

To @Oldbones and Kazuma for taking part in da greatest karaoke sing off to ever take place.

    ALL HAIL THE KING!!!!!

While Kazuma is one of the all time greats (Let the record show his actual SP record is 25-13 contrary to his HoF induction stating 23-12) have to say it's hard to not feel slighted when you place that above the #1 ranked and voted for legendary fight in ALL of MMA history when Pickles fought Akara Kongsangchai after the world wide press tour, if I remember right it had 30 million PPV buys and it was so fantastic they were both given the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Kazuma lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
    http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/knockdown.gif
Kazuma cracks Lancaster with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kazuma has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lancaster to stand back up!
Lancaster throws a hook but Kazuma avoids it easily.
Lancaster backs away from a small jab... but Kazuma lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Lancaster crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Kazuma with a spectacular finish!

I mean I feel it goes without saying that Kazuma should have been on HoF list #1 but just when he's down and out let him hit you with the 2 pc value combo.

Video from Pickles viral Karaoke performance reached Kazuma having skyrocketed to 329 views within only 94 hours he would not let the challenge go unanswered, dusting off his white suit he made it down to the nearest Karaoke bar and sang his heart out in a song not often heard on the shores of Pickles birthland but the lyrics roughly translated to

"The dragon of desire, will use his fire, to chomp down and eat the pickles, radishes are only good in spring time"

Local camera crews rushed in, the bartender called his roommate as the performance attracted no less than 20 people from off the streets as Kazuma began to belt out further

"You can't resist, the strongest of us will triumph, on a cold winter night, I'll be close inside you"

    maxresdefault.jpg

The bar stands packed from stage to doorway as his melodic voice chimes out like the ring of angels while also maintaining a deep baritone of the smoothest Bass, Mr. Takahashi stands in the corner his hand beginning to shake as he live streams the video

"I'll never be far, you'll be in my heart, my dear radish, we'll be one forever"

Mr. Takahashi is moved to tears as the awe-struck silent room resolves into a thunderous applause, a couple in the front row get engaged, the bartender warmed by the soulful approach takes in a stray dog off the street and gives him a home, and someone wins on their lotto ticket, the video instantly goes ULTRA VIRAL amassing 437 views in only 128 hours with 249 views coming from an IP address linked to a Mr. Majima. If there's one thing that was clear Kazuma will leave no challenge unanswered! No song unsung! No love unfelt!

"The Dragon of Dojima picking on someone from a smaller weightclass? You sound like a fake! Like the fake Dragon from Kiwami 2, claiming all the glory and trying to extort innocent people.

Luckily for you, I am busy preparing for my title fight and don't have time to deal with someone who disrespects The Pickle. Instead, I will send my good friend Parti 'Party' Matti to deal with you after he runs through Oli Lindholm again."

    HNg2qOu.gif

Parta "Party" Matti & special guest Goro Majima

GM: "Kirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryuuuu-Chan! Good to see you again, but you behave now, the party party crew is here and they will make sure you stay in line. "

PM: "You mess with the pickle, you mess with all of us. Stay in your lane or the Party Crew will smash you!"

    15812997724248.png

KK to NA: Well Mr. Anderson last I checked Mr. Pickle was a heavyweight who took a pickle only diet to excess, you must have a varied diet to maintain proper nutrition or your spirit will be weak and I intend to prove that in the clash for the century.

KK to GM/PM Are you planning a war Majima? Then both of you come fight, but only those of you who want to die!

KK to Pickle:  The pickle brine has made you dehydrated and dumb, I know not what the Rabbit has in store for me but before my time has ended, I will end you.

    All Hail the King.

    15812997724248.png

There is only one King, Picklelord, and that's King Donkey Kong Kongsangchai, you must remember your legendary clash on the cliffs of Mt. Futomaki, Which I'm told is now known as London when he punched you into the shadowrealm with the Donkey Punch passed down through eras unknown.

My 40th fight is coming up, some said I should take the MW title for a fifth time. But perhaps I should punch the other side of your face off so the only way you'll be eating those pickles is in a soup.

  9. It was a rough run for Kiryu, the Dragon had fallen and risen again his whole career but Mickey Garcia was the only to truly defeat him. After many weeks atop Mount Fujiwara, consuming solely yak milk and meditating on the way of the footfist, cherry blossoms fell around with the wind whistling a song kinda like "vrewwww vrewww vrewwwvreewwwwww" it dawned on him,the fabled Donkey Kick.

While the legend spreads far and wide a kick so clean it could cut and seal a beer bottle in half creating a smaller lousy beer bottle and a fused glass container you could never access the beer to, the kick that brought down the Berlin Wall, literally. If you just use your feet, as fists, the power is unlimited. And thusly Kazuma delivered the meatlovers xxxl from his shin, to the face of his opponent.

Will the Dragon rise once more and reclaim the title, tune in next time......

While the burden of age wears down on Kazuma it's hard not to notice the difficulties, sometimes it takes a bit to get back to where he was, his focus on training really needs to be prioritized to keep himself at the top of the food chain like never before and he can't go into fights cold like he used to, the loss to Mickey Garcia and being denied his rightful place in the HoF have sparked a new fire in him and the ferocity from an old dragon will leave the canvas scorched and burned.

Good luck to Matsuda in his coming title defense, hold that title so we can bring the next round back to Japan in the ultimate battle.

We came prepared for war this time Chip, and we nearly had you in the first taking a chip off that block in round 1. But you proved a more than worthy opppnent enduring and winning rounds on points and were headed to a comfortable defense win but you forgot one thing, The Dragon of Dojima doesn't leave anything on that canvas and there's no way you were leaving the Tokyo Dome, his home, with his belt.

See you soon for the Kazuma v Nickel III

Donkey’s Pick: Bob via Unanimous Decision

I know most everybody out there is thinking, “There is no way the former champ doesn’t toss aside a competitor, even one as elite and skilled as Silent Bob, in his quest to regain the hardware!”  But here’s the thing…Bob has never…EVERRRRRR (said in my best Jericho voice!) been finished via strikes!  That’s actually shocking even given we know he has a granite chin.  But WHAT a granite chin that must be!!  Can Kazuma break granite?!?  We’re going to find out, but I’m calling for the upset!

Oh look a KO not even a TKO, First time for everything huh? The only ones who can go toe to toe with Kazuma, are his fellow warriors. People who know bacon needs to be eaten as a solid 1lb slab, not these ones who divy it up into slice by slice until theyre satiated, Silent Bob was one of those slicers. He tried his best but when Kazuma dropped him the first time it was set it stone he may have a granite chin, but Kazuma has jackhammer hands. Unfortunately Bob made a crucial mistake

Kazuma takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Nobody makes Kazuma bleed his own blood, NOBODY.

Kazuma throws an overhand right that has Bob reeling! Kazuma follows up with more punches and Bob is out cold! This one is all over!

    Akara Kongsangchai v Edward Mills

Alright folks! Here’s the one that everybody’s been waiting for!  (At least in the minds of Mills and Kongsangchai, hahaha!)  Mr. Pickle Punch versus the self-proclaimed “King Kong Pickle Crusher”!  This fight may not be for the Welterweight Championship of the World, but you’d never know it by the hype these two have been putting into it beforehand!  Gotta love the enthusiasm!

Kongsangchai has spent the past month bulking up just a tad bit for this one as he normally fights at Lightweight.  He’s now at a “sturdy” 172 pounds as in weigh in against Mills’ 182 after he came all the way down from Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight a few months back!  Dudes from two totally opposite classes meeting in the middle…ahhhhh…the love! If only we could all find a middle ground like this…and then kick each other in the gnads!  LOL!!!

Kongsangchai will have the advantage in most primaries tonight.  But he’s also the smaller fighter both in weight as we discussed, and definitely in height as Mills stands 182 cm to Kong’s 169!  Guys…I’m not gonna lie…I really wanna see Kong jump on Mills’ back and try to put him to sleep like Wesley did to Andre the Giant in the Princess Bride!!!  “Sleep well, and dream of large women.  For I do not envy you the headache you’ll have in the morning!”

Donkey’s Pick: Mills via TKO (Strikes)

Obviously this one is going to come down to whether Mills can land the finishing shot or not. If the big oaf does, Kong may be the one going to sleep and waking up with the headache.  That said, Kong has been on an outright tear at CFC at Lightweight since he left SPPS and has FIVE finishes via TKO or KO in a row!  How funny would it be to see this dude using Mills’ nuts as a speed bag before the big finishing cruncher?!?  More than anything, Mills may gas out if he doesn’t get the finish early.  It’s tough to call this one…Mills really needs this one as despite the fun he brings to the table his P4P ranking needs the boost.  And I’m picking for him, but more just because I know how much that annoys the Lundgren camp!

And so it was, the most electrifying fight in the history of sports entertainment came to a close, King Kong crunched the pickle don, arguably the BIGGEST AND BEST FIGHTER in all of MMA using Donkey Dan's strategy for his opponent to the fullest and win the unofficial suckerpunch cross invitational performance initiative for friendship and global stability belt award.

What's next for the unstoppable Kong? Perhaps the Tag Team Championship? Or maybe he should go right for the SP LW title, we await to find which thread Donkey Dan pulls from the prophets weave

Akara's high sodium pickle and pastrami diet has worked out well and just letting you know Mr. Pickle, that 145 lb Thai string bean is now walking around at a mostly firm 170 and he's got it all the fortune, the indomitable record, he's got the looks that drive the girls wild, he's got the moves that really move them, and in just 4 more days he's going to be the unofficial suckerpunch cross division invitational champion once he dominates Mr. Pockle with his signature move, the pickle cruncher.

  16. Thursdays going to be a great day for SP ratings with Kazuma v Nickel for the MW championship as he always brings the buys but let me tell you, may be a bit early but I'm calling it for real fight of the millenium later, Kong vs Pickle.

There have never been two more intense combatants in the history of sports or sports entertainment and they're destoned to leave the floor doused in kong and pickle juice, you be the judge. Akara's making sure to own every field in the sport right now he's packed on 7lbs in 3 days eating solely pickles (pictured below) and will make the 170lb weight by fight time, with the goal to be the SP Lightweight, Heavyweight, Intercontinental, Tagteam, and Badminton champion simultaneously. It all starts with his fight against Pickle

Damn...did we just gain weight? Why is the scale off the chart man!?!  What's with all the dust and shit?!?

Haha, well, hello Sucker Punch family!

Nope, we're not getting chunky, we're just blossoming into a full grown Unrestricted, Unrestrained org!!!  Cheap shots and all!  As many of you may have already heard due to being part of the CFC brand with a fighter or two...or simply from the grapevine...there is big news breaking for both us and CFC!  We at Sucker Punch have acquired CFC over the weekend and as such we'll be planning to welcome with open arms the crew from CFC into the Sucker Punch fold as they come off pre-scheduled fights.

What does this mean for us, the crew already here at Sucker Punch?  Well, it's huge!  It gives us a ton more flexibility.  It opens the doors to new fights, new blood, new faces...for both us and the folks at CFC.  It increases opportunity to acquire an continue to build hype and ranking for those that square up and capitalize with wins going forward. It, frankly, positions Sucker Punch and the combination of folks from here at SPPS and those coming from CFC to be part of an org that can continue to grow into what some of the other big orgs already are...but with our own Sucker Punch brand and touch on things, the way we've always done them!  That I'm truly excited about...that nobody going forward will be able to say that in order to get a solid, big fight, or in order to have competition that pushes you, or new tests to take on, that you'd have to be with one of the other three!

Will we still need to watch the payscales and try to be generous but reasonable at the same time...basically avoiding the ridiculous overpaying that has been rampant in the past?  Sure.  That's just common sense.  But many of you know I've tried to ramp up the payscales as much as I could as we moved from unrestricted to restricted.  And I think we did pretty well with that.  I can assure you that just like the move from 350k+ restricted to Unrestricted, Unrestrained here at Sucker Punch was thought through and (I think) went through relatively seamlessly...the same effort will be put in here with this merger.  Hopefully I've earned the trust of most of our managers here that I'll always do the best I can and for those that have any concerns, I'm always here and listening!  Come talk, we'll get anything that isn't clear, clear!

This does mean that we'll be expanding to three  events per week for a bit.  We will need to in order to accomodate the size of our roster (hopefully) if the vast majority from CFC come smiling over to us!

For our champs and contenders...obviously there will be some slight adjustments as we try to integrate CFC's guys at the top into the mix as well.  It may result in a slight delay in some big fights that were in line, but you know I'll be as absolutely fair as I can!

Disney made it clear to his org that the trudge of running an org, as happens to all of us from time to time (or eventually for many!), was something he just had gotten a bit worn down by.  But that doesn't mean that Disney, and the amazing job he'd done with CFC, will be lost!  Another HUGE benefit to all of this is that he will be joining forces with me here at Sucker Punch.  While many of the ongoing day to day functions will still be primarily my responsibilty (so if there are issues I'm the one to yell at!), I'm thrilled to be able to look at this as more of a partnership with Disney than not and having him around to help out with things is going to be fantastic!

So there we have it folks, big things going on here at Sucker Punch and I'm looking forward to this next stage in our ride together peeps!!!  Holler at me with any questions, concerns, comments, etc!

    ~ Hare

You know Hare it's truly appreciated that you would go to such great lengths for a single purpose, to reunite Akara Kongsangchai with his indirect mentor, brother, and father, Donkey Dan.

After supermanning that ho in his last fight Akara was destined for greatness, after all who in CFC was left to challenge him but the CFC title holder and his bizarro counterpart, Akaro Horiguchi? Kongsangchai comes back to Suckerpunch ready for all challengers and in the words of Jet Li "I am nobodies bitch."

LMFAO!  Considering some of his guys have suddenly done better away from SPPS (aside from Kazuma who is killing it) my guess is it may be tough to lure him back over! That's certainly true for Kong who has been on fire at CFC!  And good for him, I never could understand why he just couldn't put it together here...was the strangest thing.  But I'd be all up for a two way loan or something, haha!

Kazuma needed to do his redemption arc for the biopic in 4 years where he loses it all merely getting silver in the Olympics and so shaken in confidence he loses title by decision only to smash faces one more time 3 weeks later. As for Kong set up the cross promo, he'll rip that pickle in half.
