  1. BBFC 2: Bitch Vs. Chambers Review Event Rating: 271.08 (#1 highest) Attendance : 6,000/6,000 Diclosed Fighter Pay : $179,501 (#8 highest) Notes: This card was our highest-rated yet! Filled with great matchups and fantastic finishes! - Awards - Fight of the night - Muamer Tomovic vs Jon Targaryen (Decision-Unanimous) Submission of the night - TKO/KO of the night - Tupa Halloo (KO-Punch) Fastest Finish: Tjeeerd De Vries - TKO (Punches)(RD#1-0:39) - Fight Results + Reviews - - Co-Main Event - (155) - #8 Kick Boxer Jr (3-0) DEF #6 Samuel "Minuano" Rodrigues (17-5) How: KO (Punches) When: RD#1 (3:16) Record Update: Boxer Jr improves to (4-0). Rodrigues falls to (17-6) Ranking Change: Boxer Jr becomes the #6 Contender. Rodrigues becomes the #7 Contender. Fight Review: Bell rings and Rodrigues goes in for a takedown immediately but fails to finish it, both men were in a feeling out process to start things off, then Boxer Jr landed some nice strikes that cut Rodrigues open early in the round, Rodrigues clinches up but it was Boxer Jr that was landing strikes inside of it until he ultimately broke the clinch. It was clear Boxer Jr had the advantage in the stand-up department, landing blow after blow, Rodrigues was forced to try to get the fight inside the clinch and was successful in doing so a few times but wasn't able to do much damage or take the fight to the ground from there. Both men were back in the center when Boxer Jr landed a beautiful shot that rocked Rodrigues, he followed it up with some nice shots forcing the ref to step in and call it, a big win for Boxer Jr! - Main Event - (265) - Santas "horny lil" Bitch (11-0) DEF Jax Chambers (10-1) How: TKO (Strikes) When: RD#1 (1:50) Record Update: Bitch improves to (12-0). Chambers falls to (10-2). Ranking Change: Bitch becomes the first BBFC Heavyweight Champion. Chambers becomes #3 Contender. Fight Review: The round starts for this highly anticipated main event and Chambers was looking to be aggressive early, landing a few shots but Bitch counted and cut Chambers seconds into the fight. After that Chambers was still on the offensive, after taking and giving some shots Bitch decided he had enough and did an amazing feint to a powerful right hand that connected right on the jaw and knocked Chambers to the canvas, he managed to get back up but it wasn't for long, Chambers was doing well dodging the blows until he couldn't anymore and Bitch landed the final blows to get him the TKO stoppage! Another dominant performance by Santas Bitch, which makes him a perfect 12-0! Here's how the rest of this historic card went! (*records/rankings shown reflect the newly updated records and rankings for that fighter after the results of that bout and most update of rankings.) (145) - #2 Kevin Walters (9-5) DEF #6 Edgar Bravo (9-7) via Decision (Unanimous) (170) - #7 Ivan Jomoney (7-4) DEF Rolando Marcellini (7-2) via KO (Strikes) (RD#2-01:58) (265) - #8 Imperial Washington (5-2-1) vs #9 Boris Balkan (6-4-1) ended in a Draw(Majority) (265) - Tjeeerd De Vries (7-5) DEF Kevin Submission (3-4) via TKO (Punches)(RD#1-00:39) (265+) - Tupa Halloo (17-5) DEF Rico Cole (34-21-1) via KO (Punch)(RD#1-03:39) *KOTN (265) - Earnie Shavers (7-4) DEF Fabinho Tavares (7-8) via Decision (Unanimous) (145) - Muamer Tomovic (8-7) DEF Jon Targaryen (7-11) via Decision (Unanimous) (145) - Cole Hotman (2-6) DEF Mark Billings (1-3) via Decision (Unanimous)
  2. That was a very vicious KO! Congrats on the big win along with the bonus, very well earned!!
  3. - BBFC FIGHT NIGHT 2 Preview - Main Card Kicking off the main card will be a middleweight showdown between #10 Kotaro Kikuta (6-4) and Troy "Mad Man" Marquez (8-4) Kikuta and Marquez will be looking to start the main card off right, both will be looking for a big finish and both have the skills to make it an early night at the office! Next up in a Lightweight bout sure to impress we will see #5 Scooter "The Cooter" Bob (8-5) vs #7 Paulo "The Beast" Correia (8-2) Two of the very best lightweights in BBFC, this fight could easily go either way and with any method as both fighters are very well rounded! Could end up being FOTN for sure! Up next we will move to the Welterweight division to see the #2 ranked Leroy "Double Tap" Jinx (6-1) take on #6 Jamie "The Chef" Oliver (9-5-1) Jink is coming off of the biggest win of his career when he defeated Keisuke Matsuzaka, he also has not lost a fight since his pro debut, he since has been on a tear with some great wins and dominant performances! Oliver is on a 2 fight win streak over the likes of RJ Cain and Bo Garrett, he also has a draw with Chace Chacing, but now he will look to make it a perfect 3 for 3 in his last 3 (That's a lot of 3s) with a big win over Jink! Co-Main Event Now for our Co-Main Event, we will get to see two highly skilled and highly ranked Heavyweight competitors when we see #3 Jimmy King (6-0) vs #6 Herleifr Conchobhar (7-3) The undefeated King is a perfect 6-0 inside his pro career so far, he is a very strong wrestler that has taken down every single one of his opponents, then once he gets you down he makes it almost impossible to get back up, then he lands vicious ground and pound till he gets the TKO/KO victory, the same way he has done with every single opponent so far. The biggest question in this matchup is can King take Conchobhar down, and most importantly, if he can't, what will his gameplan be?! Conchobhar is riding a 4 fight win streak with 1 KO win, 1 TKO win, and 2 unanimous decision victories, and in those 4 most recent bouts he has taken out the likes of Dick Dennison, Murad Khalimov, Bloodsport Unknown, and Tjeeerd De Vries. Conchobhar is an explosive striker with some serious power in his hands, and with the wrestling background of his opponent we all know he is gonna try to keep this fight on the feet at all costs, but will he be able to do just that?! Main Event In our Main Event, we will see a top-notch Light-Heavyweight between two former world champions when #2 Blake Phoenix "Version 2.0" (8-1) faces #5 Randy Randleman (10-2) in a bout I am sure none of us will forget anytime soon! Former Checkmate and Conquest Light-Heavyweight Champion, Blake Phoenix will be making his highly anticipated return to the cage in this bout since taking some time to train after coming up just short in his last bout against, which was the first and only loss in his career to date. In this fight, he will also be carrying a bit of his last fight with him, as the man across from him will be managed by the exact same manager as the man who defeated Phoenix. Speaking of managers I would like to point out that Phoenix will the the OG Blake Phoenix in his corner for this bout, and Phoenix (The manager) is the current #2 ranked manager in the game, not a bad thing to bring with you to the cage. Back to Phoenix the fighter, he defeated some big names in Checkmate and Conquest during his reigns. He has defeated some big names including current BBFC Featherweight Champion Magnificent Chulalongkorn, Phoenix has also defeated former Checkmate champion Lukasz Wieczorek, not once, but twice! His list doesn't even stop there, no, he has also taken out the likes of Orvar Odd Lodinkinni, King Rico, and Ivan Kalcevski. Blake Phoenix "Version 2.0" will now look to add yet another big name to his resume in this bout, but as we all know, that will be no easy task. Across from him will be the former Light-Heavyweight BFC Champion Randy Randleman, who successfully defended that strap 3 times before losing it, and he lost the belt to the same man he defeated to claim it, and that man is Gilbervan Soares, hopefully, we will see that trilogy fight in the future, but we are not in the future yet, however, we can take a look at his extremely successful past, which is exactly what we are gonna do! Randlemen has finished all 10 of his wins, and all by way of TKO/KO! When Randlemen was 5-1 he earned his first title shot, to which he defeated Gilbervan Soares by way of TKO in the second round, he then made his first defense against T Bone Carver that ended in another second-round TKO win for Randlemen, this time coming by a nasty cut that Randlemen opened early in the first, Randlemen then turned around and defended his belt for the second time against Crixus The Gaul, he accomplished that with a beautiful KO in the third round, then Randlemen made his 3rd successful defense against Alex Silva with a dominate 1st round Knockout. Randlemen then went on to lose his belt in his next fight against Gilbervan Soares but bounced back quickly with a TKO finish within a minute into the first against Kyosti Tammisto. It is also important to note that Randlemen is managed by G Wad who is a top 20 manager who already manages a champion inside BBFC with Winston Todd, now with a big future planned for Randlemen he will look to make a step in the right direction by defeating the #2 ranked Blake Phoenix. This fight is gonna be insane and I will be sitting at my computer waiting for the results! We also will be fortunate enough to see these fights that will surely deliver! (170) - Samart "Phayak Na Yok" Payakaroon (9-3) vs Heinrich Wilheim (3-1) (185) - Ezekiel "Flashbang" Hall (1-1) vs James Hunt (6-2) (155) - Enzo "The Pandemic" Mendoza (8-3) vs Carlos Rogan (6-7) (265) - Maris "Rukis" Lakis (3-7) vs Dexter Warren (4-5) (145) - "The real highlight" Timothy Justin Johnson (1-1) vs Javier Montealdo (1-4) Also a big shoutout to our merch partner! 4. - BBFC SYNDICATE 1 Review - Event Rating: 226.11 Attendance : 6,778/7,000 Diclosed Fighter Pay : $157,100 Notes: This card was filled with great finishes from top to bottom! - Awards - Fight of the night - Razmik Grigorian vs Marco Battaglia - (Decision)(Unanimous) Submission of the night - Chace Chacing (Armbar)(RD#1-2:37) TKO/KO of the night - Chris Coryatt (Head Kick)(RD#3-0:46) Fastest Finish: Gordon Mundi (TKO)(RD#1-0:57) - Fight Results + Reviews - - Co-Main Event - (170) - "The Random One" Chace Chacing (9-3-1) DEF Tyson Law "Enforcer" (8-3) How: Submission (Armbar) When: RD#1 (2:37) Record Update: Chacing improves to (10-3-1). Law falls to (8-4). Fight Review: The fight starts and after some missed strikes from each party they dwell in the clinch very briefly, then it was right back in the center for both men. Law missed a few takedowns before nailing one around the 2-minute mark, to which Chacking started throwing some strikes from the bottom, then Chacing throws up a tight armbar that forced Law no other choice but to tap! - Main Event - (170) - Conor Butcher (12-1-1) vs Potemkin Izmaylov (9-1) ended in a draw. How: (Draw-Majority) When: Record Update: Butcher goes to (12-1-2). Izmaylov goes to (9-1-1). Fight Review: Round 1: Bell rings and Butcher gets cut right off the bat! He then tried to close the distance but Izmaylov circled away and landed a nice jab. It was clear Butcher had been working on his speed for this fight, he was a lot faster than what we had seen in his last outing! Around the halfway point Butcher was able to get a solid takedown on Izmaylov, putting him in Izmaylov's full guard. Butcher wanted to land some ground and pound but Izmaylov was controlling the position very well and got the ref to stand them up, but they were not on their feet for long and Butcher was able to score yet another takedown to end the round. A close round to score! Round 2: A failed takedown attempt early by Butcher, then he landed a beautiful punch right in the liver of Izmaylov, Izmaylov returns the favor with a big combo that visibly shook Butcher up a bit. Izmaylov was starting to come on top of the exchanges early, then Butcher took the fight into the clinch and landed a nice hook that snapped the head of Izmaylov back! Izmaylov then finally broke the clinch and began using his reach again, landing some quick snappy jabs that made Butcher's cut even worse! Butcher takes the fight into the clinch again, Izmayloz clearly didn't want any part of it and tried to break it ASAP, but nothing doing early, Butcher had a failed guard pull attempt then followed by a failed takedown attempt before Izmaylov was able to get free of the clinch, Izmaylov then started to really open up with his strikes and Butcher was bleeding really bad at this time. Butcher was clearly looking to get this fight back to the ground with his clinch work then at the very end of the round he was able to score that takedown, but the round still clearly favored Izmaylov. Round 3: Butcher scored a takedown early in the third, to which Izmaylov escaped immediately, but Butcher dragged him down once again as soon as he got to his feet, he then was able to land some nice ground and pound until the ref decided to stand them up, which didn't last long as Butcher landed yet another takedown and landed some nice ground and pound until the round ended. Butcher visibly took this round on all the scorecards! Round 4: Jab lands for Izmaylov before Butcher takes him down, but Izmaylov gets back to his feet almost as soon as his butt hit the mat. Butcher landed a nice hook then missed with an uppercut, Izmaylov returned the favor by landing an overhand right at the 1-minute mark, they end up in the clinch briefly but quickly go back to being at distance with each other, where Izmaylov was clearly getting in the cleaner shots, but then like clockwork Butcher dives in for a takedown and land it but this time not able to land much of any ground and pound and forced the ref to stand them up, but then got another takedown but still couldn't get much going before the round ended. Even with the takedowns, it looked like Izmaylov should've picked up this round on all scorecards easily. Round 5: The round starts and Butcher lands some nice small shots early before spending a moment in the clinch, then Izmaylov was able to land a pretty head kick but Butcher took it like it was nothing, Izmaylov then landed a few more good shots before Butcher landed another takedown and started looking for some more ground and pound. The ref stands them up for the last minute and Izmaylov lands a few shots to end the round, a very tight round to score, let's see how the judges scored it... Judge #1 scored it 48:48, Judge #2 also scored it 48:48, and Judge #3 scored the bout 49:46 in favor of Izmaylov, but the other two Judge's cards overruled his and so this fight was ruled as a majority draw! The rematch is already in the works! Here's how the rest of the card went! (*records shown reflect newly updated records after the results of the bout.) (185) - Chris Coryatt DEF Julio Chavez via TKO (Head Kick)(RD#3-00:46) (265+) - Gordon Mundi DEF Chiku Maneno via TKO (Strikes)(RD#1-00:57) (185) - Razmik Grigorian DEF Marco Battaglia via Decision (Unanimous) (170) - Chief Chumbo DEF Gilbert Johnson Da Silva via TKO (Strikes)(RD#1-03:42) (135) - Gordon Plant DEF Henny Bottles via Submission (RNC)(RD#1-02:41) (265+) - Medieval Mercenary DEF Bill Goldberg via TKO (Punches)(RD#1-01:57) (185) - Humphrey Wellington DEF Luke Glanton via TKO (Head Kick)(RD#2-00:43) (135) - Red Yabai DEF Anderson Nogueira Aldo via Submission (Triangle Choke)(RD#1-02:25)
  5. What a start indeed, three events filled with fantastic matchups! Can't wait to see the results!
  6. BBFC 1 Jalbert Vs. Broderick Review Event Rating: 199.61 Attendance : 6,000/6,000 Diclosed Fighter Pay : $210,500 - Awards - Fight of the night - Jean Luc Jalbert vs Hunter Broderick Submission of the night - Soons Sam (Armbar) TKO/KO of the night - Jean Luc Jalbert (KO-Punch) Fastest Finish: Magnificent Chulalongkorn (TKO)(RD#1-2:38) - Fight Results + Reviews - - Co-Main Event - (145) - Magnificent Chulalongkorn (8-2) DEF Anthony Merel (5-2) How: TKO (Strikes) When: RD#1 (2:38) Record Update: Chulalongkorn improves to (9-3). Merel falls to (5-3). Ranking Change: Chulalongkorn becomes the first BBFC 145 champ. Merel becomes the #2 ranked contender. Fight Review: The round starts and Chulalongkorn was having some issues landing his shots at the start of the round, then both he and Merel started landing some leather! Right at the 2-minute mark Chulalongkorn rocked and cut Merel, then Merel landed a hard right immediately after, but he was still hurt bad and Chulalongkorn capitalized on it and cracked Merel right on the jaw with a powerful right hand that sent Merel to his knees, Chulalongkorn followed it up and the ref was forced to step in and end the fight! - Main Event - (185) - #4 Jean Luc Jalbert (8-1) DEF #7 Hunter Broderick (9-1) How: KO (Punch) When: RD#3 (2:50) Record Update: Jalbert improves to (9-1). Broderick falls to (9-2) Ranking Change: Jalbert becomes the #2 ranked contender. Broderick becomes the #9 ranked contender. Fight Review: Round 1: Bell rings and Broderick gets cut early but also lands some nice shots of his own early on but nothing too damaging. It seemed like Jalbet was having trouble really getting his striking game going in round 1, both men clinched up and land some shots then the round ends. Slight edge to Broderick for landing the better shots. Round 2: Round 2 starts and Jalbert gets it into the clinch immediately, Broderick seemed to be stalling and Jalbert was controlling in the clinch, not a lot happened in the second round, but it was clear that Jalbert won it. Round 3: Third and final round starts and both men wanted this fight badly, Broderick showed some good head movement early on but Jadbert starting really getting his footwork underneath him, quite literally. Jalbert kept evading Broderick's shots nicely, then BOOM, Jalbert rocked Broderick, he then landed a hard right hand right on the temple of Broderick that put him out cold! A great fight and a great KO! *Knockout Of The Night *FOTN We also got to see!... 7. Appreciate it very much! Excited as always to see your fighters upcoming bouts!
  8. - BBFC Fight Night 1 Preview - Hello all and welcome, please come in and take your seats. My name is Wes Wes and I will be telling you all some info about this fantastic event! This event will be the start of something huge, as this event will be the first-ever held under the new super org that is Blood Brothers Fighting Championship! Yes, that's right, the time has come and the fighters are ready! This historic night will be filled with killers from start to finish, with the night ending in a Middleweight Championship clash between two men who have faced off once before, but last time we were not given a clear result and it ended in a draw! This time more than just fame is on the line as well, now they will both be fighting to become the first-ever BBFC Champion, and both men agree, we will be seeing a clear victor this time around! Before we can get to that main event let's take a look at the fights leading up to it! (Side note: Since this is the first event I will be saving all of us the trouble of having to see "(0-0 in BBFC)" beside every record since no one has a win or loss in the org yet, but in the future, this will be included in all the writeups!) Kicking off the card and the BBFC event will be a Heavyweight clash between Jingky Bacolod (6-6) and Julius Campbell (0-1) Bacolod was the Conquest champion back in the day, defeating Drax Bautista for that belt then later defending it against Augustin Cauchy, shortly after he joined Checkmate where he defeated Drax Bautista once again then went on a bit of a skid, but has since fixed his issues and most recently got a win over Maris Lakis before moving over to BBFC, and he wants nothing more than to start off with a big win in the big org! The man standing across from him will be the Algeria native, Julius Campbell. He is coming off his pro debut where he came up short to a decision loss, he had a slow start in that fight but really showed his talent in the third round with his takedowns and control, now with a new manager at his side, he will be looking to pick up his first professional win and do so in a big way by defeating a former Conquest champion! Next up we will get to see a bout in the Lightweight division when we get to see Bruno Gehard (4-5) vs Blackout Mane (3-7) Gehard saw some of the best 155-pound fighters in BFC's Lightweight roster, he faced the likes of Ziggy Stardust, Akhmed Dudayev, Daniel Koh, Rebel Smith, Jon Yankowy and has a win over Andrew Nichols, which is a long list of highly ranked and respected foes that are feared by many, but not by Gehard and he did not hesitate to take on any of those men, which shows you just the type of fighter he is! Mane is coming over from Checkmate's 170-pound division, where like his opponent faced some high-level opponents and picked up a win over Van Der Veer Jr by way of an armbar submission, he also was apart of a FOTN bout against Ivan Jomoney in CC. Now he is looking to start a new journey as he is moving down to 155 pounds and wants to really let his skillset shine through in this new division! Up next we move into the Light-Heavyweight division to check out the matchup of Dmitry "Maz" Mazanov (4-4) vs Adonis Banks (4-4) The 23-year-old boxing specialist Mazanov is currently 4-4 in his pro MMA career, with 2 wins by way of TKO and 2 by way of judges decision, his high volume style always makes for a fight you don't wanna miss! Across from him will be fellow Adonis Banks whose record also stands at 4-4, however, all 4 of Across' wins are by way of KO/TKO, and has never seen the third round in his career. He is 2-1 in his last three and wants to make it 3-1 after this bout! For our next bout, we go to the Featherweight division to see Geroge "Wild Thunder " Turner (9-6) vs Warran Peace (8-7) Turner is a high-level grappler with 7 submission victories to his name, with the armbar looking to be one of his favorites as he has 4 wins by armbar and 1 win by triangle armbar, he also has 2 wins by way of kimura, so if I have to give any advice to Peace I would say to not let him get ahold of your limbs! This fight will also be his first time returning to the Featherweight division after 6 fights in Bantamweight, he has also picked up a title in a previous org at 145, so we can expect big things with his return to this weight class! Peace is coming off a nice TKO stoppage in the third round of his most recent outing, like his opponent he also likes to get the fight on the ground, however, instead of submitting his opponents he prefers to get a TKO by way of vicious ground and pound. Both men are very evenly matched when he comes to skills so this fight could go either way! Up next in the Bantamweight division we will see Lukas "Psycho" Stojanov (3-5) vs Sammie Conner (5-4) Stojanov is 3-1 in his last 4 fights, all 3 of those wins coming by way on submissions, 2 kimuras and 1 triangle, he had a rough start to his career being 0-4 but has since proven he has filled in the holes in his game and can really hang with the best, he has another big test in front of him in this bout, but with the way his most recent performances have been, he could very well put on a performance of a lifetime! Conner is 3-2 in his last 5 and has some wins over highly respected opponents, unlike his opponent Conner's muay thai is what shines through for him, you do not wanna be in the clinch with this guy, or else you might share the same fate as the 4 other men that were on the wrong side of his clinch work and got stopped because of it, this is a classic striker vs grappler matchup, who will prevail?! Main Card Kicking off the main card will be a Welterweight bout between RJ Cain (11-6) and Thomas "The Viking" Hearn (3-2) Former BFC title challenger Cain is looking to get back in the win column in this fight, the United Stated native has some seriously good power in his hands, a KO is what he is on the hunt for at all times. Cain is 3-3 in his last 6 so nothing would feel better to him than to go out there and get this main card started with a big one-punch KO! Hearn has almost 4 times less experience in MMA than his opponent, but makes up for it in his overall skill set and experience, as he has also had 4 kickboxing fights under his belt, and speaking of belts, he fought for one in KT! He may not have the same time in the cage as his opponent but man does he have a lot of training time, you can tell, the amount of skills this kid has shown is unbelievable. This is a fight you DO NOT WANNA MISS! Next up we return to the Welterweight division to see Keisuke "Kamikaze" Matsuzaka (8-3-1) take on Bo Garrett (7-1) Matsuzaka is a freak of nature, he started his career a perfect 7-0, which granted him a title shot in BFC against Conor Butcher, the first time they fought it ended in a draw, then they fought once more and Matsuzaka was on the wrong side of a Unanimous Decision, but even without a belt, everyone knows that Matsuzaka is a champion-caliber fighter! Bo Garrett has shown great promise so far, he is coming off a TKO win against Jamal Browne back at BFC 32. Before that fight, Bo Garret suffered his first and only loss in MMA and that was to Jamie Oliver back at BFC Hardcore 6, he was a perfect 6-0 leading up to that fight, now that he has had the taste of defeat he knows how bitter it is and will do everything he can to never have that happen again! Next we have a highly anticipated matchup in the Bantamweight division between two top 10 ranked fighters in #4 Charles Manson (9-4) vs #7 Justin Case (6-3) Manson is no stranger to fight bonuses, he has received 5 bonus out of his 9 wins, he is a black belt in jiu-jitsu that knows how to use it. He went 5-3 in Checkmate, facing some of the very best and most of the time beating them. His resume includes names such as Lonnie Donegan, Chase Buchanan, Rikuto Ryuunosuke, and Donald fisher. Don't count his striking out just because he is a grappler either, in his fight with Buchanan he was able to score a nasty KO in the first round, so beware of all of his tools at all times! Case is coming off a FOTN bonus win back at BFC when he faced Jack Waller in a fight that had everyone on the edge of their seat, both men got cut earlier and it was a bloody mess, no pun intended. Before that fight he scored a vicious KO in the first against Geroge Turner in Bantamweight, in fact, both of Case's last two fights have been in Bantamweight, now he is going back up to his home weight class of 145, where he is 5-2. Both of these fighters always put on a show and are always in talks of bonuses which makes for an amazing matchup! Co-Main Event For our Co-Main event of the night, we will get to see another classic striker x grappler matchup when we see heavy-handed #6 ranked Crusty Bigg "Bang" (9-3) take on the jiu-jitsu ace #9 ranked Augustin Cauchy (11-5) Bigg is coming off some of the biggest wins of his pro career in his last few bouts, takings out the likes of Jingky Bacolod, Drax Bautista, Joey Hernandez, and Anton Gardner, this heavy-handed striker has finished all 10 of his wins by way of KO/TKO. After going 4-0 in his early career he was granted a title shot in Checkmate against then-champion Jon Nolan, Bigg came up short in that fight but gained a lot of knowledge, the knowledge he would use later on to take out other former champions and top-ranked talent. You never wanna blink with Bigg is fighting, because he can shut his opponents lights out at any given moment! Cauchy is a fast-paced submission artist who loves to get the tap early, as he has done 10 times already in his career. He has faced some world-class opponents and has only ever lost to champions in different organizations. If you are on the ground with Cauchy at any time then you must be paying attention to every move you make, because if you don't then you are either gonna go to sleep or hear something crack and it won't just be your knuckles! Main Event Now for the moment, you all have been waiting for, the MAIIINNNN EVENTTTT of the night! We will move to the Middleweight division to see two titans clash in a battle no one will want to miss when we see Winston Todd (10-2-1) take on Manco Unknown "Hit Man" (11-2-1) This fight promises to be fireworks!! We first saw these two men face off against each other back at Checkmate vs. BFC 1 during the crossover events, both men fought hard and it ultimately ended in a draw. This time both men want to prove why they should've won and this time around the winner will not only get bragging rights but also will get the first-ever BBFC belt wrapped around their waist! Todd is the son of the legendary fighter Rockmeteller Todd, with a father like that you know he feels like he has some big shoes to fill, and he does, but if he keeps up the performances he has put out I have no doubt he could very well fill them and maybe even outgrow them! Todd is a very well rounded fighter but seems to enjoy standing and landing even more as 8 of his 10 wins have come by way of TKO/KO. He became the BFC Middleweight champion by defeated now #3 ranked Tanaka Matsuda by way of TKO back at BFC Bloodbath 5, but Matsuda isn't the only big name he has taken out, he also has wins over the #2 ranked Middleweight Emporio Cannabino, #5 ranked Bot #1 and the #9 ranked Lou Higgins. After his first fight with Unknown, he turned around and successfully defended his BFC title with a Unanimous Decision victory back at BFC Bloodbath 6. Now he will look to become the first-ever BBFC Middleweight champion by defeating the monster that is Manco Unknown! Unknown is also coming off a successful title defense in his last outing, but that was his 5th defense for his Checkmate Championship belt, he also was the Conquest Middleweight champion back in the day. In total, he has been apart of 8 title fights and has won 6 of those, so a high caliber fight is nothing new to Unknown, or I guess you could say it is not an "unknown" feeling to him, ha! Ok enough of my horrible puns and back to talking about Manco, out of his 11 wins 6 have been submission victories along with 4 TKO/KO wins and 1 lone decision win. He has wins over top-ranked contenders in the super org as well, he has two wins over #5 ranked Bot #1, two wins over #6 ranked Bhishma Chontamenti, and 1 win over #10 ranked Kotaro Kikuta. Now in order to become a champion in not 1, not 2, but 3 different top orgs he will have to take out the toughest opponent he has had to date! Both men possess high-level skills and carry themselves like the champions they are, but unfortunately both men cant walk out with the same belt, so who walks out being the first-ever crowned BBFC Champion?!?!?!
  9. - BBFC RANKINGS RELEASED! - (Side note: the slots that have "(Example/example)", it means those two fighters are taking part in the first title fight and we didn't wanna place one above the other so it shows where the winner and loser will be placed in the rankings after the fight)
  10. - Checkmate Championship 20 Preview! - This card is a huge one for Checkmate, as it is out last event under Checkmate before we merge alongside BFC to become BBFC, so we wanted to really do this right, so this card is filled with top ranked fighters from start to finish, you do not wanna miss this card for one second!! Kicking off the card we will get to see a featherweight tilt between #7 ranked Anderson "Senna" Beach Boy (7-6)(5-4 in CC) and Crotch Chewer (3-3)(2-2 in CC) Boy is coming off a big win over fellow contender Chase Buchanan. Boy has shown some great skills in the cage but has had a hard time putting together a good win streak, he will look to make it two in a row at the expense of his opponent on this card! Formerly ranked fighter Crotch Chewer has also shown great skills in his outings, with wins over Sammie Conner and Dechlan Tomsett he has put on some great performances, he is currently on a 1 fight win streak as well and wants to put on another great performance. Next up, in the welterweight division, we will see #8 Manco Capac (6-4)(4-3 in CC) vs Jorge Adesanya (6-7)(6-6 in CC) Capac recently had his 4 fight win streak snapped by top contender Ispa Perkele, however, now he promises a new version of himself for his opponent and will look to put a cherry on top by getting a big finish and maybe even a bonus! Adesanya has been with Checkmate for a while and was even apart of the "Knight Battle" tournament a while back, he has hit a bit of a rough spot in his last few outings but still possess the same high-level skill set that he had when he first joined! Our third bout of the night will be a heavyweight fight between #7 Banana Republic (5-2)(4-2 in CC) and #9 Deontay DJ (6-6)(5-4 in CC) Republic got himself back into the winner's circle in his last outing against Olusola Oni where he scored a Unanimous Decision victory. Both of his losses are to two of the very best in the division and former champions in Anton Gardner and Jon Nolan, so it takes a world-class fighter to take him out. DJ is coming off a KO loss to Drax Brautista in his last outing, which has made him ultra motivated for his upcoming fight against Republic. Before coming up short in his last outing he was on an impressive 3 fight win streak against some very skilled competition, now he will look to get back to his winning ways and get a big win. Next up will be a light-heavyweight clash when #5 Orvar Odd Lodinkinni (7-4)(7-4 in CC) takes on Paolinho Antonio"Caçador De cabeças" Mateis Laeiro (5-3)(0-0 in CC) for our featured fight on the undercard. Lodinkinni has some big wins over top current/former contenders such as Bobby Bryant, Zane Alexander, Omir Stalingrad, and Onterrio Smith, all by way of TKO/KO, which is a method of choice for Lodinkinni, as all 7 of his wins has also come by TKO/KO, Better keep your chin down when facing this man! Laeiro is coming over from BFC for this bout against Lodinkinni, so we have not been able to see what he can do first hand but let's step out and take a look at what he has done over there. He has won 4 out of his last 6 and looks to be a submission hunter with various submission victories under his belt, along with a brown belt in BJJ it looks like he will be trying to get this fight to the ground to secure another one of his submission wins! Main Card Getting us started with the main card will be two lightweight hopefuls in #3 Kaino Ukkonen (5-3)(4-3 in CC) vs #4 Alex "The Hitman" Martens (9-4)(1-0 in CC) Ukkonen is coming off one of the biggest wins of his career in his last outing against Volodymyr Pravda back at Checkmate Championship 20 just two weeks ago, now with a quick turnaround, he will look to pick up yet another huge win. Martens made good on his Checkmate debut back in December 2020 where he took out Carlos Rogan by way of KO in the very first round. 7/9 of his wins have come by way of TKO/KO and the remaining 2 both by decision, now he will look to go 2-0 inside the Checkmate banner! Next, up in the ever so tough welterweight division, we will see the #2 ranked contender and #15 P4P fighter Joad Cressbeckler (9-2)(5-2 in CC)(FC) take on the man right below him in the rankings #3 ranked Alex "Never Quit" Steel Ii (6-4)(6-2 in CC) Former welterweight king Joad Cressbeckler is coming off two back to back wins over top-ranked opponents in Alec Wolfe and Darry Curtis, defeating Wolfe by Dec and Curtis by TKO. Cressbeckler has stamped himself as one of the best inside Checkmate and his #15 P4P ranking helps reflect that. Now he will be looking to make it a perfect 3/3 in his last 3! Steel li is coming off a fantastic head kick KO of the Night performance in his last showing against Maximilian Rockatansky back at Checkmate vs BFC 1. Steel li is a fierce striker who loves to get a flashy KO, can he pick up another one over the former champ? Next will be a heavyweight fight between undefeated and #2 ranked and #12 P4P Ashwin Tyson (5-0)(4-0 in CC) and former king of the division #6 ranked Anton Gardner (8-6)(3-4 in CC)(FC) Tyson has not known the taste of defeat so far in his pro MMA career, he is a perfect 5-0 with 5 TKO/KO finishes inside the first round, along with a 1st round KO win in kickboxing, now he will face the biggest giant in a skillset that he has ever faced! Tyson took out a former champion in his last bout against Jon Nolan and now he will look to add another former champion's name to his list of victims! Gardner has beaten some of the very best in the division, during his championship and outside of it, Gardner has remained a heavy-handed striker that loves to get a vicious KO/TKO! Gardner also has a win over Jon Nolan, that is how he got the belt for the Checkmate Heavyweight division, now he will be looking to ruin the perfect record of Tyson and mark his name on his record forever! For our Co-Main event of the night, the light-heavyweight belt will be on the line when reigning champion and #6 P4P (C¹) Choctaw Bloode (8-2)(5-2 in CC) looks to lock up with the #3 ranked Hurricane Defoe (7-1)(7-1 in CC) once again in a rematch for the ages! #6 ranked P4P and current Light-Heavyweight champion Choctaw Bloode has really climbed the rankings in his Checkmate career, he struggled to get his footing inside the org but once he got going he took off like a freight train! Bloode is currently on a 5 fight win streak all against terrifying opponents! He pulled off a big upset in his first title fight where he faced Blake Phoenix who was a perfect 8-0 and looked unbeatable, well that is until Bloode did exactly that of course. Bloode then turned around and defended his strap in a very close fight against long time contender Clinch King Smash Machine. Now he will be looking to make good on the second defense of his title! Defoe will be looking to right his wrong in this bout, his one and the only blemish on his record is against the foe and current champion he will be facing. Defoe has grown tremendously since their first outing and wants to really prove that to everyone by not just redeeming his loss but by doing it in a dominant fashion, yes, I have heard he doesn't just want the strap, he wants to prove a point to himself, his opponent, the division, and everyone watching, but to do so he will have to take down the beast that is Choctaw Bloode, can he do it?! In our Main Event of the night, we will see a trilogy fight to determine it all when the newly crowned champ and #4 P4P ranked (C) Greg "No Chance" Connor (7-1)(7-1 in CC) takes on the dominant force in #1 ranked and #5 P4P ranked fighter Chief "Crazy" Aztec (14-2)(11-2 in CC) Connor did the unthinkable in his last fight with Aztec, he gave Aztec his 1 and only loss at 155 pounds, he knew he was capable of it too, he carried himself as the champion before he was even champion, which I believe paid dividends to his last performance and the ones before that, he has taken all 3 out of 5 of the top-ranked lightweight fighters in the Checkmate rankings. Connor wants to bank another big win over Aztec before the big merge with BFC to create the new BBFC banner, and what better way to send a message to the rest of the 155 division than to do what no other man has ever done across any weightless against Aztec, and that is to beat him twice! Aztec as I am sure you all know has been sorta the unofficial face of Checkmate for a while, he has the most defenses of any champion, and has wins over some of the best we have ever seen, including one over the current champion, but with that win, he carries there is also a loss, as stated in Connor's write up Aztec took his first 155 loss to Connor, Aztec is really fired up for this trilogy, which will also be the very first trilogy of his career and might be the first trilogy of Checkmate, could be history here! This is the first time in a while Aztec will go into a without having his belt alongside him, however, I don't think Aztec is a materialistic type of guy, but I do know he will be more motivated than ever for this fight to maintain his image and legacy before the merge! Both of these men have a win over the other by way of TKO, so now the question is, who takes this rubber match?!?!?!
  11. - P4P Rankings Updated - (These have not been updated in a while, that is why there are some more extreme changes)
  12. - Checkmate Fight Night 15 Main Event & Co-Main Event Review - - A short but sweet card, we got to see up and comers as well as a former champion! - Co-Main Event - (265) - #4 Jon Nolan (12-4) (10-4 in CC) (FC¹) DEF #8 Sergei MiG (4-1)(2-1 in CC) How: KO (Punch) When: RD#1 Record Update: Nolan improves to (13-4). MiG falls to (4-2). Fight Review: A short bout between a former champion and top contender. Round One: Nolan knocked MiG pretty early into the round, then put everything together to get a 0:44 second KO to send a message to the rest of the division! - Main Event - (145) - #3 Nou Hematopoye (5-2)(5-2 in CC) DEF #6 Donald Fisher (9-4) (5-3 in CC) How: Submission (Guillotine) When: RD#1 Record Update: Hematopoye improves to (6-2). Fisher falls to (9-5). Fight Review: We got to see some high-level grappling in this bout which ultimately lead to a beautiful guillotine submission! Round One: Fisher cut Hematopoye early then took him down and landed in Hematopoye's guard. Fisher tried passing Hematopoye's guard but to no avail, then Hematopoye threw up a submission attempt before getting a nice reversal, but it wasn't long after that Fisher landed a reversal of his own! Then just like before Hematopoye tried for a submission then another reversal, and Fisher reversed again so many reversals! However, that was the last as immediately after that one Hematopoye locked up a guillotine and started squeezing with everything he had and put Fisher out cold!
  13. - Checkmate Championship 19 Spotlight Review - - Checkmate Championship 19 was filled full of talent and top-notch performances! The highest-rated event! - Co-Main Event - (170 Title) - (C) Potemkin Izmaylov (8-1)(8-1 in CC) DEF #1 Logan Barrengarry (8-2) (7-1 in CC) (FC¹) How: KO (Superman Punch) When: RD#2 Record Update: Izmaylov improves to (9-1). Barrengarry falls to (8-3). Fight Review: In the Co-Main Event, we saw a fantastic superman KO by the champion Izmaylov to make it 2-0 against the amazing fighter in Logan Barrengarry. Round One: The fight starts and it looked like Barrengarry was in full control, rocking the champ early in the round, around midway of the round Izmaylov started turning it up and it looked like the fight might be shifting back into his favor now, overall a very close first round. Round Two: Bell rings and Barrengarry lands a vicious shot and it looks like the fight is back in his control, back just like the round before, Izmaylov really starts picking it up halfway through the round! Barrengarry was looking gassed and Izmaylov was able to avoid damage, then boom Izmaylov rocks Barrengarry and follows it up by faking a leg kick and throwing a superman punch that shut Barrengarry's lights out! *Fight of the night *KO on the night - Main Event - (265 Title) - (C¹) Jax Chambers (9-1) (6-0 in CC) DEF #1 Bubba Wallace (13-1)(5-1 in CC) (FC¹) How: KO (Punch) When: RD#1 Record Update: Chambers improves to (10-1). Wallace falls to (13-2). Fight Review: In the Main Event, we saw a dominant force that is Jax Chambers take on the fellow beast Bubba Wallace in a heavy-handed clash! Round One: Wallace gets cut right off the rip! He then gets the fight in the clinch for a very brief moment, Chambers breaks the clinch easily and starts avoiding big punches and landing some nice counters, then right after the 1-minute mark Chambers really opens up Wallace's cut even more which made Chambers even more aggressive sensing the finish, he counters again with a right hand that knocked Wallace to the floor but then gets to his feet quickly, however, Chambers wasn't just gonna let up there! He rocks Wallace once more then lands a huge overhand that connected right on the temple and sends Wallace face-first to the canvas! We also got to see (170) - #4 Ispa Perkele DEF #6 Manco Capac (185) - #2 Kotaro Kikuta DEF #4 Mitch Malone (145) - Pull Plugger DEF #9 Sammie Conner (170) - #10 Maximilian Rockatansky DEF #8 Pedro Vela (145) - #10 Anderson Beach Boy DEF #7 Chase Buchanan (155) - #3 Kaino Ukkonen DEF #5 Volodymyr Pravda (170) - Jorge Adesanya DEF Blackout Mane
  14. Checkmate Championship 18 Main Event & Co-Main Event Review - Checkmate Championship 18 had some huge names with even bigger results, in the main/co-main event slots we had 4 men who are no stranger to a title fight, and it showed! - Co-Main Event - (145 Title) - #2 Magnificent Chulalongkorn (7-2)(5-1 in CC) (FC²) DEF (C) Kevin Walters (8-4)(3-0 in CC) How: TKO (Strikes) When: RD#1 Record Update: Chulalongkorn improves to (8-2). Walters falls to (8-5). Fight Review: In the Co-Main event, we saw a former champion reclaim his belt over the current champion who claimed his throne with a big upset! Round One: Right out of the gate you could see the physical difference between Chulalongkorn this fight compared to his last outing, you could tell he had been training hard for this fight. Early in the round Walters landed a nice double leg and slammed Chulalongkorn down to the mat, where Chulalongkorn was quick to fire off some submission attempts, but nothing really deep. A referee standup was called right around the 3-minute mark, from there Chulalongorn started really landing his combos, and then he landed a big uppercut that sent Walters to the canvas for a moment but then right back on his feet again. Chulalongkorn followed up with a beautiful left hook that dopped Walters once again and he swarmed him until he got the TKO stoppage! - Main Event - (155 Title) - #1 Greg Connor (6-1) (6-1 in CC) DEF (C⁵) Cheif Aztec (14-1) (11-1 in CC) How: TKO (Strikes) When: RD#2 Record Update: Connor improves to (7-1). Aztec falls to (14-2). Fight Review: In the Main Event slot, we saw a rematch between a hungry contender ready for the belt vs the most dominant champion in Checkmate history. Round One: Connor got cut very early in the round and could barely stand on his own two feet with the number of times he got rocked and knocked down, but Connor wasn't gonna get put out that quick! The round continued with both fighters landing some nice blows and a little clinch action but nothing huge, it was clear both men wanted that belt! Round Two: Connor decided it was time to give Aztec a taste of his own medicine in the second round by landing a big right hand that rocked Aztec, it was starting to look like Aztec might've been recovering until Connor landed another HUGE right hand, this time sending Aztec to the cage looking for support, Connor continues the flurry until the referee was forced to stop the fight! *Fight of the night *Knockout of the night
