Hey all, havent gone through the entire thread but dumb question, I have a new fighter based on the island but my understanding was that for qfc no energy loss tournaments they could be teleported to that location. However, i cant sign my fighter up for that tournament in tokyo. Was I wrong in the assumption that they could be teleported?
