I think I have read somewhere that there is a certain margin in wich you can exceed the maximum weight for a fight. Am I right or is this a figment of my imagination?

If so, does anyone know what the margin is?

How can I make a fighter lose weight? He has a fight scheduled in the 185 lbs. category and the minimum weight he can cut to is 187 lbs.

Hello.
I have a couple of questions about training:
1.- I have read in one of the novice guides that the best time (economically pulling) 
to change the gym is Thursday afternoon, but I don't know if that information is 
updated and I don't want to save one of the fees from the gym in the end have to pay 
double.
2.- Is there a way to know the number of fighters in a training session for whom we 
do not have a VIP account?

[How good are Cozad gyms?]

Hello.

I have all my fighters training in the Cozad gym until I get an invitation for a better one. I do not know exactly wich is the best training for each of them an I have a pair of questions about it:

1.- Is it better that I choose all the sessions of only one of the trainers in the gym or select the one that interests me the most at any given time, regardless of wich trainer is involved in each case?

2.- What does the number in parentheses indicate, is the numer of fighters in a session os is this value only avaliable to VIP players?

I´m gonna try to explain myself. My fighter is energy level at 65.61% and I need to recover energy quickly (booked fight tomorrow) because he is off weight ans will not make weight for the fight. He is not training at now, but I hink it is not enough to being decent for the next fight.
