This would be a pretty good idea rules no kicks takedowns or subs you could have muay thai but only for punches kinda like the K1 but Just punches that way the guys with Elite boxing but nothing else could compete

Just start out with 10k loan and use it to keep gym clean and if equipment goes below brand new rpair it also make a good sprring schedual so that you can get less people on the equipment and sve more money
