  1. Please do, sir. Also, I had a bit of help from one Manfred.
  2. http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/1585/milliondollarupdate2.jpg I made this purely out of boredom.
  3. http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1288301583FC29.jpg Hey there again folks, it is your Official Insider JakeW here in New York City, promoting the finest MMA in the city as we prepare for Fight Club 29: Anarchy. On this fight card we get to see the return of undefeated champion Phil the Phantom, as he fights the guy he stole the title from in their first fight, Yacoub Qura. Enjoy the ride as we take a look at all the matchups, and provide some fighter insight heading into this awesome event. 170 lbs 5 Phil The Phantom v Yacoub Qura 170 lbs title Preview: Who loves undefeated champions, because I know I don't. The main event of MFC: Anarchy has to be the return of undefeated champion Phil The Phantom (8-0) as he rematches the guy he took the title from, Yakoub Qura (9-5). That decision has some drama attached to it, as many people thought that Qura had won the fight. Qura's kicks are a force to be reckoned with, while Phantom's takedowns are second to none. Will this be a reply of their first match, or has one guy came to close out the show with a bang.... Whoever walks away from this one deserves to call themselves the champ! Prediction: Phil cant afford another 58 takedown attempts kinda night, as Qura was on point in their last meeting. Qura has impeccable aim, and will look to up the damage and aggressiveness in their second fight. Unfortunately, Phil's wrestling is world-class, and Qura is bound to spend a lot of time fighting of his back. With the fight on the ground, Phil retains his championship with a unanimous decision this time, erasing all doubt that he stole the title the first time around. (Phil UD 5) - 145 lbs 3 Joe Nash v Jak Progresso Preview: How do you stop 3 time UFF champion who has won 8 straight and is comfortable anywhere inside a ring? I dont know, but you better ask former MFC champ Jak Progresso (9-4-1) because that is what he had to deal with when he faces Joe Nash (8-1) in 145 lb. Action. Progresso has the hands, feet, and grip to make this a long night for Nash. The only problem is that Nash doesn't know how to lose, and manages to win any way he can. The fan are backing Progresso, the winning streak is backing Nash, who do you back? Prediction: MFC's favorite son Jak Progresso needs this win bad, and has a big task in front of him considering Nash's 8 fight win streak. Progresso has the skillset to win this anywhere, and the intangibles of a champion. Neither guy has ever been knocked out, and that will not change tonight as Nash realizes he bit off more then he can chew. Progresso will win in all the exchanges, and a damaged Nash will not have much left in the third. Nash gets outworked on the way to a decision loss, but wins a few fans by going the distance with Progresso. (Progresso UD 3) - 205 lbs 3 Lee Stroud v Little Grasshopper Preview: Former DEF champion Lee stroud (9-7) is a submission master, scoring 7 subs in 9 wins. Little Grasshopper (9-4) on the other hand is a former LMS champion who has no problem being the underdog. They both share excellent striking and ground games, with wins and losses coming from every possible combination in MMA. This battle of veterans will be an interesting one, as we see if Mr. Underdog has another miracle in his pocket. Prediction: Grasshopper is all about coming up big when it matters, while Stroud's Brown Belt should be a black belt based on the amount of subs he has. Look for Stroud to dictate the pace, as Grasshopper will have to be wary of the takedown. Stroud will gas trying to get Grasshopper on the ground, and will allow for Grasshopper to find a good range with his strikes. Grasshopper is the underdog here, and he loves it, scoring a unexpected majority decision against a top ranked opponent in Stroud. (Grasshopper UD 3) - 205 lbs 3 Barney Phife v Michael Martin (1elite) Preview: Ladies Love Barney Phife (7-4) and its no wonder why considering his awesome mohawk. He may be beat however as former Elite Champion Michael Martin (4-1) also sports a mean Mohawk. This can only mean one thing, and that is a mohawk V mohawk fight!!!! This one will be as interesting as UFC 1 with the guy and his boxing glove. Phife is a proven winner who can win anywhere, anytime, anyplace, while Martin is a one hitter quitter who throws the leather with reckless abandon. The only time Martin lost it was because his opponent stayed far away, and that is something the fan favorite Phife will refuse to do. Mohawk V Mohawk for Mohawk Supremacy, Can YOU DIGGGGG IT? Prediction: When two hungry fighters coming off losses meet, you can guarantee they will let it all hang out. Expect nothing less here, as both guys will be shooting to kill. Martin's strategy is to always go for the big finish, and it has paid off enough times to depend on it. That will be his downfall here, as the more experienced Phife will land a Counter shot that dazes Martin and his battle tested chin. Phife's experience will lead him to the promised land as he pounces on the hurt Martin and pounds him out for a TKO victory in the 3rd. (Phife TKO 3) - 155 lbs 3 Madden Rush v Razor Face Preview: Razor Face (5-2) has dropped two straight since winning the SFO championship in what seems so long ago. He will be looking to tangle with the 2 fight winning streak of Madden Rush (10-5), who until recently had been a gatekeeper for the 155 division. Face throws heavy punches, while Rush has pinpoint accuracy. On the floor it is a different story, as Rush's wrestling and grappling are strongly superior. Can Face score the KO before he gets planted on his ass? that seems to be question. Prediction: Other then the Grappling advantage for Rush, this one is as even as it gets. Will Rush get a chance to use that superior ground game? My sources say yes, as this fight will go back and forth for almost the full duration. After they beat the tar out of each other for 2 rounds, look for Rush to secure a takedown and start dropping bombs on Face. Face will weather the storm, and upon getting stood up, will land a picture perfect right hook while capturing a storybook come from behind victory! (Face KO 3) - 145 lbs 3 Kyle Kong v Stephen Hawking Preview: If Superman were a MMA fighter, his name would be Kyle Kong (2-0). Kong has spent much of his younger days in the gym perfecting his MMA skills. He is put to the test as he takes on former WCE champ Stephen Hawking (5-3) in what will be his hardest opposition to this point. Kong has great standup, explosive spinebusting takedowns, and serious Jitz. Hawking has developed a Bisping style of hitting his opponent more then his opponent hits him. Does he have the Kryptonite and Will he hold out, lets wait and see!!!! Prediction: Kong is the equivalent of Arnold in the movie "Twins"! scientifically engineered to be superior. This is a hard fight for Hawking to win, as Kong is deadly anywhere in a fight. Hawking to try and slow Kong down with some kicks before Kong finally gets him to the ground. Once he is there, Kong will mash Hawking's face like a coconut, causing a doctor stoppage from cuts in the third! (Kong TKO Cut 3) - 185 lbs 3 Jason Statham v Jimbo Slice Preview: Jason Statham (3-3) and Jimbo Slice (7-5) are both looking to right their careers considering they have both lost 3 of their last 5. Statham's Black Belt screams volume about his ground game, while Slice's skills suggest a grinding, paceburning style that wears down everyone including the cardio beasts at his gym. Statham doesn't need much to secure a submission, and with Slice's style he will be stinging his head in the lion's mouth on more then one occasion. Prediction: Slice and his hands are remarkably accurate, while Statham is a Black-Belted ace who can stifle opponents on the mat. Slice is the mongoose, Statham is the snake, and everyone knows the mongoose's deadly range make him a predator. Slice secures a stoppage from assbeating middle of third, as Statham hangs as long as he can before succumbing to strikes.(Slice TKO 3) - 170 lbs 3 Patrick Pronasis v Phil Brooks Preview: Patrick Pronasis (3-1) took his first defeat kind of hard, as he was KO'd in the first round in his last fight. Phil Brooks (1-1) on the other hand, took his first loss in stride. Everyone handles their first loss a little differently, so it will be interesting to see how this one pans out. Brooks can do just about anything, from punch to kick to wrestle to grapple. Pronasis is also very well balanced, but not to level of Brooks, although he is one of the more popular fighters with the Org. Prediction: Pronasis and his experience will allow him to fight in circumstances that don't appear to be in his favor. Brooks is a balanced nightmare, with quality seeping out of him from every bone. Pronasis will keep this one close, but as they wear down Brooks will start getting the better of Pronasis, and edge him out en route to a unanimous decision (Brooks UD 3) - 170 lbs 3 Daniel Hardy v Dustin Huzellet Preview: starting us off in the 170 lb division are two undefeateds as Daniel Hardy (3-0) takes on Dustin Huzellet (1-0). Both guys have tremendous confidence, and carry a significant fanbase since they are both finishers. Huzellet, the human stringbean, carries a 16 cm reach advantage which would help him if he knew how to strike. Huzellet is one hundred percent Jiu-Jitsu, while Hardy has good strikes and wrestling. Prediction: Huzelett is the real deal on the ground, where his submission skills are top notch. The problem lies in his inadequate wrestling, which will allow Hardy to Sprawl N Brawl, feeding Huzelett 1-2 after 1-2 until Huzelett collapses sometime at the end of the first. Look for Huzelett's face to be a mess by the end of this one. (Hardy TKO 1) - 135 lbs 3 Stuart Glett v Midnight Beast Preview: Some of the best hands in MMA belong to Stuart Glett (0-2), but it is a true shame he never learned any other skills to go with it. He will be tangling with MFC veteran Midnight Beast (1-2) in 135 lb action. Glett's two losses have hurt his self confidence a bit, while Beast knows he has the tools to win this fight. The Mayhem fans all love Beast because he has a tendency to go for broke, so be sure to listen for them early and often. Prediction: It is a shame that a guy as talented as Glett may end up a sparring buddy as his lack of wrestling will ultimately be his undoing. Beast has just enough wrestling to get down Glett, and easily enough Jitz fu to submit him. Somewhere around 2 seconds into the fight Beast will start shooting in, and once he secures a takedown its all over. (Beast Sub 1) -

I'm with Tempest, this is an awful idea. Down right ridiculous.
  7. As the designer of your illustrious logo I must tell you, as I have told you many times before, that the Dolphin and the Unicorn are not humping but are in fact grappling. ...
  8. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, it has to do with the fact that Shiv is a douchebag.
  9. Hello again folks, it is the official insider here JakeW, ready to give you a spot on preview of Mayhem Fight Club 26: Welcome Back! We have some killer fights on this card, including the headlining Progresso Vs Torres, and the return of the great Wally "The Winner" Williams. Get up, stand up, c'mon throw your hands up, because you will not want to sit down considering the non stop action that will unfold. If you want action, read on further and see why this is a cant miss event for anyone in the NYC!!! --- --- Progresso V Torres 145 PREVIEW: In tonight's main event we have a real treat, as the 145 title is on the line as Fight Club superstar Jak and newly crowned 145 champion Jak Progresso (9-3-1) takes on former Syn champion Kid Torres (14-9-1). Progresso has finished his last three fights all at the two minute mark in the first round, while Torres has found heartbreak in losing 4 of his last 5. Progresso is a real fan favorite who is just now hitting his stride, while Torres is looking for some of that magic he had early in his career. PREDICTION: Progresso has the home field advantage, the wrestling, and the momentum to close this one out early. Everyone knows Torres, and how dangerous he can be if taken lightly. Torres is not the closer he was earlier in his career, and doesn't have the skills to be the first one to KO Progresso, which will spell trouble. Progresso has just too many intangibles in this fight and will test the veteran chin of Torres early and often. Torres' arrival at Fight Club will be short lived, as I fully expect Progresso to throw too much "Random Violence" at Torres, successfully defending his title for the first time via a TKO in round 1. (Progresso TKO 1) --- --- Razor V Taylor 155 PREVIEW: Leading up to the main event we have two 155 lb. Fight Club newcomers with championship aspirations making their Org debuts. Former SFO champion Razor face (5-1) takes on Travis "tay" Taylor (7-3) in what is sure to be a slugfest. Taylor failed in his two title shots with SFC, so he is also seeking redemption for his failed title runs. Face is the more confident fighter, while fans appreciate Taylor's 6 finishes in 7 victories, leading him to be the fan favorite in this fight. People have always asked which aspect is more dominant, the standup or the grappling, and we will have an opportunity to find out here. PREDICTION: Both of these guys know how to finish, as being a top level striker (Razor) and a top level grappler (Taylor) have both lead to the dismantling of their opponents. The difference in this fight is Taylor's aggression, as he has only lost when guys effectively counter strike him. Razor Face does not hide from anyone, and he wont change his gameplan considering he has only been bested once. These guys are both coming off a loss, but that favors Taylor as he has come back from a loss before. Expect Razor to hit Taylor early, but somewhere late in the fight Taylor will finally Get Razor on the mat, and he will pound him out to a TKO victory. (Taylor TKO 2) --- --- Grasshopper V Martin 205 PREVIEW: In the first ever Ugliest Mohawk fight we have former LMS champion Little Grasshopper (8-4) taking on undefeated former Elite champion Michael Martin (4-0). Along with Martin's 4 fight win streak comes the fact he has finished in all 4, with the last two being by devastating head kick. Martin's skills are so intimidating that two of his opponents have cancelled the night of the fight Grasshopper had one 3 fights in a row before losing to FC's top ranked Taranga Avalon. Martin's standup is explosive, devastating, and nasty, while having enough grappling experience to keep the fight standing. Grasshopper has won matches every way possible, and should be able to use this experience to his benefit. PREDICTION: Can the wily veteran last long enough to get some rhythm going? Did the coyote ever manage to catch the roadrunner? Look for a highlight reel finish from Martin as his standup skills go on display. Grasshopper's skills although complete and rounded, just aren't enough to deal with the Dynamic Martin. The only real question is if Martin will call out Grasshopper's mohawk as feeble in the post fight interview. (Martin KO 1) --- --- Smith V Nash 145 PREVIEW: Two guys who were originally thought to be in the running for a title shot with headliner Jak Progresso will be facing each other tonight when Bobby Smith (3-0) takes on Joe Nash (7-1). These two guys are essential mirror images of each, with Smith having the better hands, and Nash having the experience and the fan base backing him. Nash has 7 wins in a row, with 4 of those coming from KO, and is a 3 time UFF champion. What will happen when that bell rings is anyone's guess, but I will attempt to predict it. PREDICTION: Both guys have said they deserve a title shot, and Nash has the experience on his resume' to back it up. Smith has seen success, but this will be his first test against some real competition. Look for this one to never see the mat, and for both guys to throw. Smith will try and pepper Nash with his superior balance, but there is no betting against Nash's championship experience. Look for Nash to find a way to get the Win as he makes the necessary adjustments to steal a decision from the higher skilled Smith. (Nash UD 3) --- --- Ashcroft V Williams 155 PREVIEW: In one of the of the most anticipated fights of the night, Fight club legend and former FC champion Wally "the winner" Williams (7-2) takes on Alan Ashcroft (3-2) in the fast and furious 155 division. Ashcroft's Muay Thai skills are always on display, as he will need pinpoint precision to keep the former champ from getting him on the mat. Ashcroft will need to bring his A game, as the chants from the crowd "Win-ner" will start early and often for Williams. PREDICTION: Both guys like to fight conservative, and let their opponent make the mistake. This is an obvious step up in competition for Ashcroft, and he will need a good gameplan to account for Williams experience. Expect tons of our legwork from Ashcroft as he tries to slow down Williams, and try and secure a judges decision. He will have problems with that though, considering "The Winner" only loses to champions, and a champion he is not. (Williams UD 3) --- --- David V Kringle 185 PREVIEW: Two guys both trying to get their careers going back in the right direction meet in 185 action tonight. Former FC champ Parker David (5-4) locks horns with Kris Kringle (4-1). The supremely confident David has had a rollercoaster like run the last 5 fights, while Kringle was derailed for the first time in his career last fight. David has an amazing ground game, while Kringle's kicks could be the difference. Both guys have never KO’d an opponent, and both guys have never been subbed, so this should be an interesting match-up PREDICTION: David's ground game is not to be messed around with, and he himself knows this. Should this fight find the ground, it will only be a matter of time before Kringle's limbs resemble a pretzel. Kringle is the more ambitious fighter, and will look to throw kicks on David's legs to keep him from getting this to the ground. Since their wrestling is on par with each other's, I think Kringle knows what he has to do to win, and will manage to do so by decision. (Kringle UD 3) --- --- Felton V Stroud 205 PREVIEW: What happens when two old pit bulls get thrown into the cage together? We will have the opportunity to find out when former DEF champion Lee Stroud (8-7) takes on fellow grizzled veteran Brett Felton (6-5). On Paper, this one looks all but settled as Stroud outmatches Felton in every major category. These guys have won and lost in every way imaginable, so it will be fun watching these two old timers show the new school how its done. PREDICITON: I have a feeling the corner men are going to tell their guys to let it all hang out, making this one a nominee for fight of the night. Felton will be game, but will lose on all fronts to the fan favorite Stroud. Stroud will have the luxury of deciding the tempo, where the fight takes place, and which girl he will be taking home afterward. Felton has none of these luxuries, and will lose a unanimous decision. (Stroud UD 3) --- --- Gonzales V Holly 155 PREVIEW: Keeping the action going are two 155ers, Mikey "Speedy" Gonzales (3-5) taking on hard "Core" Holly (2-1). In Speedy's two FC fights, he has amassed quite a following as his tireless pushing of the action leads to super exciting fights. Hardcore has the length and the superior standup skills to really put the hurt on Speedy. Hardcore is coming off a win, while Speedy is coming off of two losses, so it is interesting that they are both supremely confident coming into this fight. PREDICTION: On their feet, this is hardcore's fight to lose, as Speedy will have to work hard (like he normally does) to overcome the skillset difference. There is one thing that needs to be noted, and that is my UPSET SPECIAL of the card. Hardcore Holly will rely on his superior striking to finish Speedy, and will get frustrated when he runs into Speedy's granite Chin. This will lead to Speedy landing just enough, and pushing the action just enough to steal a majority decision, and cause the crowd to go apeshit! (Gonzales UD 3) --- --- Trident V Ransel 265 PREVIEW: Anyone wondering if Van-damme could ever take Seagel will need to tune into the heavyweight match-up between former pro boxer Mikey Trident (1-1) and James Ransel (1-1). One has the punches, while the other has the kicks. Both guys are looking to get above .500 and continue their 1 fight winning streak. Trident has the hands, while Ransel can use punches and kicks. Both guys are looking to sign a new contract and soon and desperately need a win to keep their name on the contract line. PREDICTION: Trident is very confident knowing his hands are lethal, and the longer this fight stays on its feet the better the chance that Ransel will need a dentist appointment. Ransel's ground game is better, but the chances of him getting the fight there are slim and none, and slim just left the building. Both guys don’t like to go for broke so expect Trident to turn Ransel's face into a bloody mess, before the ref finally steps in and stops it. (Trident TKO CUT 2) --- --- Braga V Lorenzo 155 PREVIEW: Opening the night are two guys who had some bad luck in their first professional fight. Cameron Braga (0-1) takes on Andre Lorenzo (0-1) in exiting 155 pound action. Both guys lost by decision, and cannot afford to let that happen again. Braga is the most fan friendly, and was expected to take the division by storm, and deservedly took that first loss pretty hard. that being said, losing didn't bother Lorenzo, so he appears more confident and ready to roll tonight. These guys need a win bad to keep their head above water, and safe from being cut from the organization. PREDICTION: Both guys need a win bad, and will be more aggressive then in their previous bout. Look for Lorenzo's confidence and better striking to take advantage of Braga's hesitation during exchanges. Late in the third round, this fight will be finished, with Andre Lorenzo scoring a much needed KO by way of vicious combo upside Braga's Dome. (Lorenzo KO 3)
  10. I think goes along with the org awards which I am all for also. It would be very cool.
  11. For one you can never say you found an interesting post on Sherdog. Two, iirc Chael failed a pre-fight drug test.
  12. So, MirkoAliTyson, how the fuck did you like that last night? Hmm? In case you forgot... http://i52.tinypic.com/2096eqp.jpg
  13. Jack Shepherd Jack is easily my favorite fighter. First, because he's been my most successful. Second, he is a pretty good learner, I think so anyway. Third because he has completed all his fight using the Follw Orders/See How It Goes slider set to 100% toward SHIG and has gone 8-1, starting his career with an 8 fight winning streak and just recently in is Syn' City Promotions debut suffered his first loss and the hands of Darius Parker via TKO in the 3rd Round. He is set start a new winning streak as he will facing another fighter making his Syn' City debut, Black Hammer. Zolar Emeliananko Zolar is my second favorite because I think he has a lot of potential to become a great fighter. He is a fast learner, seems to have KO power, and I feel his future is the brighter for my young corps. He is my fighter for The Ultimate Manager tournament, and is my first project fighter. Jeff Anderson Jeff Anderson is my namesake fighter has has a good chin, knockout power, and seems to be very confident. I started him at 20 years old and he seems to learn pretty decent for spending most of his time in a public gym.
  14. Man, you're are a total idiot, Mike. All you do is bitch, whine, make stupid threads, and duck fights. And now you're calling a guy who is ranked 31st in the entire game irrelevant? LMAO. If anyone is irrelevant in terms of managers... um.. it's you, dude. I used to think the shit you posted was funny, the trolling, jokes, etc. Now, all I know you for is your whining about ID differences, calling people out then ducking them, and you calling top ranked managers who would crush you, "irrelevant." STFU up already. If you don't want to fight him be honest. Say it's because of "fighter ID differences being unfair, wah, wah.."
  15. My fastest to date is useless-- to Proficient, 8 (0)-- in 16 sessions. All 1 on 1. The last two sessions however have been done at only 91.86% morale. This in Striking Defense. His Boxing, however, has gone from useless-- to mediocre-- with these 16 Striking Defense and 1 Punch Technique class. When I tested him he went from useless(2.00) to abysmal(10.65).
