No I have VIP, but it still is hard to tell if he is a quick learner or not...

Hi, I am a noob and looking for a quick, yet fairly accurate way to tell if your new fighter is a decent learner or not? Is there some way someone has devised... A program to download... or... Something easy like he should go from abysmal strength to feeble in 3 weights sessions.. if not he sucks... something like that?
