  1. Definitely a chore as of now but mainly because we have some Elite skills with woeful other which we might not use as much. Will make sliders more important and also make fighters have different styles
  2. Well, I am no big name in the MMATycoon community but I have been playing around a year and a half and here goes my attempt: Since I started my org, I have been trying to keep everything the way I would want things to work: fairly. Seeing monsters be fed once one of my main disgusts and ever since my org started running I have kept it that way, only bringing in top talent that my fighters could give trouble to and attempting to never give out bad odds to any fighter. Yes, sometimes it is impossible to give ALL good matches out because of roster limitations but my org has kept its word an I do not get pissed when someone asks for more time to train or outright says they will not fight certain fighters. Whenever I see fights like these go on in real life, it makes me sick and seeing how many managers told me to stick to #1 hype vs #2 hype regardless of the situation (since they said, "the game is made this way..."). Nevertheless, I stuck with what I thought was fair to this day and have raised my organization to having the best ranked fighters and more competitive division in St. Petersburg. I have never taken the now-common 'Your tough champion vs my ok champion in your org and then the other way around' crap because it basically sets one of your champions to lose. Some might see it as ok but it is things like these that I have tried to avoid in my organization and will for as long as I play this game because I think they give unfair advantages and preference to players. I have been nice to managers because of their commitment but I have also been honest with some who have tried to take advantage. I have tried to keep up with the improvements section in the forums and helped out where I could and managers who had no idea what to do. Several in Spanish who had no one else to talk to had to be taught the game by me :/ I would use the money to help out the 3 organizations that have opened around Europe under the same flag as I: Pegasus Cagefighting League. It will be tough to replicate my organization because we are in a way competing against each other. We are conscious of this and decided to go through with it because we want to add another level to the game that does not involve monopolies but rather an organization that is known for offering fair fights and good paying contracts. Along with that, we know it will be exciting to see the new organizations grow and have inter-championship fights and inter-org tournaments [e.g. 2-4 fighters of each org going at it :D)(unlike org champ vs org champ since the matches are not done on a need basis but rather for diversity) I have in multiple times had to take losses in events based solely on fighters wanting to fight more (even when they do fight more often than in other organizations). <--sorry for confusion in this paragraph All that my org has done has been by me: posters, some very long write-ups (that I have recently not have had to do because of the new orgs managing), Alliance companies needing money or help. along with the 200+ fighters that my organization now keeps me busy. I do not know if this is enough but if I we're to say something different about me that makes me unique and the reason why I would put up such a request (like you have done) is for outer-game reasons. My love for MMA came from the fact that I was able to wrestle in high school where I learned to tell my self for a very long time to NOT quit. Everyday at training, all that was in my head was: "you are telling the coach you are quitting tomorrow" but I never did. When I saw my first MMA fight was after this happened and I have had a good conection with MMA not because of the fighting itself but because of the respect that is shown after a hard back and forth battle. Believe it or not, my favorite moment in every fight is watching the pleasure and thanking that comes from both men after the fight. They can smack talk for months but after the fight, many times these men will walk up to eachother and simply give their respect to them. Why do I like this? Because I can see how both understand the hard pain that training is and the mind-wreck that it can cause. This is what happened to me in wrestling and the reason why I love MMA. It was this that made me want to run the organizations the way I do. (sorry if it turns out to be too long )
  3. OH! Well, I have wanted bigger posters but also don't find it necessary. If I think about it, it is sweet as it would allow me to make better poster designs that I currently cannot make but also find other pressing issues more important. I don't know how much it would affect the system load but it would be up to Mike, if it doesn't then +1. If it does then -100; unnecessary.
  4. I've suggested this before and I really would love to be able to save 10-20 mails. Sometimes I have 20-30 mails with mostly 'Fighter Accepted/Declined the fight Offer' and sometimes want to get back to certain mails only to find out they have been erased or I just forget because I am checking the others. Abother suggestions is separating business-related and personal mails.
  5. I do not find this very necessary. I do understand you want to be rewarded for the time you put into your designs but it also puts a huge load on the people who cannot spend the time and/or do not have the skills you have. Currently it is quite easy to see what stores have the better designs, no need for a genius. A even bigger gap would just kill the less-intense designers and would cause less competition.
  6. How about being able to go partial VIP just for the company but not the extra fighters and other perks? I don't like dual company ideas. I would rather have non-VIP members get an incentive to start a company. Maybe pay 50% of VIP and get 1 more fighter slot, company slot (without bookie option) and only the fighter pop/de-pop?
  7. A RL wrestling session took about 3 times the energy that it took to travel in 3 buses, 2 planes and 2 taxis for 26 hours with luggage that weighed 80% of me.
  8. I am suggesting that amateur fights are set up. The big pros I see is that new managers would be able to have "instant" fights that allow them to see what a fight looks like. --> Could be implemented along with the mentor system AFTER the new manager has changed the sliders a little bit and can see the effect on an actual fight. It would not show hidden stats from either fighter. Could be a mandatory 3-5 amateur fights before going pro. Fights could happen automatically (up to 5) every few months without going pro. Helps read projects and allows to figure out hiddens; works both ways. Hype/Pop gains are a % of pro fights. All fights are against NPC fighters. Energy loss, injuries also are a low % of usage (three 2-3 minute rounds?). No cuts. Does reset training. Just an idea, there could be more pros and cons. Enlighten me please.
  9. If it were to be possible to determine total points and have a max points to have the auto-accept, then it we could argue about this. Otherwise, I find it somewhat hard to happen since it would be easy to exploit. A hard alternative would be to have the contract specify a certain amount of days (40-60?) after which the fight er will take fights from fighters with similar skills or age or something that would need to be discussed. The % of singing bonus back to the org is something also that is important as the poster above stated and would be nice to implement.
  10. How did the gym galore start and how did they find the managers to manage them. Top 5 fighters that made them get where they are and why. Who did they have relations with that helped the organization out? Previous experience, initial gameplan and approach to the org? i.e. their 'restrictive-entry system' Name and logo, where did it come from ? Possible steppingstones or close downfalls in their history?
  11. Sorry, 'only' was wrong yet striking is far more likely to produce injuries/cuts; not necessarily a bad thing considering the game has been ruled by strikers for a bit. Answer my other suggestions now
  12. Cool, my turn. I did read the 98 pages. More fights need more events, more events cause % losses in orgs. Big orgs like mine will be even lees competitive against the big orgs since they can keep a small amount of fighters. Maybe make the max loss of % be 20. Silva has been at the top of 185 for a while. Fedor was the top HW for how many years? Is it going to be remotely possible to have a career like theirs? If I want to train my Useless Boxing in a public gym with 20+ partners, will I get a team with another 4 useless boxers? There should be an "Update Discussion" Sub-Forum. PLEASE. It is not the same as noob help. Hitting someone 200 times and getting hit 2 times ending in your fighter being hurt more every time makes me want to puke Another big thing is that injuries only happen in striking battles which will see striking defense be far more important and make the ground game a lot more wanted which can be good or start an advent of Mark Colemans. - A cool addition would be an option to start amateur fights? Partial hype/pop gain and partial damage/energy loss but still the same reset ? I would love this. Been playing for more than a year now and fighting was starting to be stupid to me as every top fight was the same. Although I still want more primaries to chose from, these changes will make the possibility of having an off-chance top fighter to come from ones camp -------------- New primaries is the fucking cheese In a diff. MMA simulator, once you figure out a primary and get bored, you just go on and wander to a different approach. Here you just make SnB or Sub Grappler or GnP. Next should be new primaries with their respective sliders yet using the same secondaries Sambo, Judo, Karate?, Savate :D Main thing I am worried about is what gun I will choose when this turns into a Star Wars Clone War game
  13. Or maybe it could be possible to keep closed organization belts with 30 or 50 < events?

    Bodyshots

Not implemented yet. Has been asked for many times, I do not know Mike's posture on this. Use the search function, it really does wonders.
  15. You need to understand the difference between 'there' and 'their' first. Maybe afterwards we can have a class on how to put t-shirts on.
  16. Spoilered May the best win! Going for the handsome one
  17. before I found about capivaras, my favorite animal was a guinea pig. Similar to a hamster. In xboxlive you can only have 15 characters hence no a in guinea
  18. Thanks guys, I appreciate this. Been looking for a while. Any other ones are still appreciated if anyone knows.
  19. amount of Head Kick KO's is far more 'gay and fake'
  20. Hi, I recently learned to use the search function.
  21. I played it a little before MMATycoon and liked it. Got VIP and left it. Started playing again about 3 months ago and I really like it, even more than before. It has weird scoring but once you understand how things play out, it is pretty fun. Like Eveas said, it is a good time killer yet a little more than that, I do feel bad when my 7-12 fight win streaks are broken.
