my guy for the no training part is ready and beating up some cans in lower tiers of QFC. he was posted here right after creation and is at non training schedule without gym. Hope it will go throught, im pumped. he seems to be rather injury prone but with decent power as well.

i like this very much and i thought about it myself but... all the guys at the top has every single physical on sens++ or elite or something along this lines. and the difference of say... 5 points, in the 150 points scale is just so small, that the scrpits shouldnt even say it. therefore, this addition would be meaningfull only at low/medium tier. Would still be additional fun for less succesfull managers, but it wouldnt make lots of use in the higher leagues.

but it shouldnt be more thank 30, max 50 dollars, if you can vote every day. 50 dollars make it 450 a day, making 3150 dollars a week of additional money in the game, unearned, not fought for with your guys etc. its no money for me or you, but for newer guys it would be looots of money. I dont want to sound like douche who had no money when he started so he now wants rookies to be poor as well, but we should be just carefull with throwing money around as it can backfire at us (even bigger contract, money of little value generally, no way to spend money at some point becouse theres so much of if in the game etc)

theres one reason i dont generally reject fights (i do on two occasions - when i ask for 2-3-4 weeks of additional training [happened around 3 times probably?]and then accept the same opponent, or when my opponent is also polish - i prefer to beat up foreign managers if theres a choice [happened 2 times probably]). It is becouse i manage fighters - not pussies. I like to think my stable is full of maybe not the best in the game, but guys with balls of steel always geoing into the ring or cage to deliver some violence and fun. And one more thing. I try to fight good opposition with big risk of loosing. Say what? i cant get higher in meaningless rankings and jerk off about it? I think that most of org owners i was working wih already know im always there to fight and i dont need to be top3 to prove something. And what exactly is this something? that i can earn more and get my guy to top1 p4p with picking my opponents carefully? does it make me better manager overall? Whats better, less loses on the ranking or challenges, and the fact i dont mess around with picking opponents and just fighting (you know, the thing FIGHTERS should be doing in the first place...)? you may say i suck as a manager becouse i dont achieve what i could... But how i could be proud with achevements if they would be done not in the cage/ring but while accepting/declining fights? I know im writing about something a bit different with cherry picking and declining unwonable (is this even a word?) fight, but it takes us back to the first point - I manage fighters, not pussies, and i like to think about them being badasses

if the tickers are not veeeery bad, and you only want to maintain them, and wont be able to log at all for some time, you could try going for lots of sparringand 2 ct sessions. Even if you would go for 2-3 sessions of sparring in line, and they wouldnt be as efficient as classic 'once per day', they would still affect tickers and all related secondaries along with physicals. Its probably safer way if your guys have lots of active tickers in secondaries, nothing should drop down drastically. if you have only heavily specialised fighters, guys above me may be right.
