So, I'm a new user, been here just over a week, and I'm really looking forward to finally having a fight. I have three fighters I want to throw into the Tier 1 QFC to check hiddens, two are 22, one is 18, all were made with 1 Strength and 10 Conditioning are are presently training Cardio. I haven't found it explicitly stated anywhere, so I've been wondering: To what level can I train Strength and Conditioning before checking hiddens in this way? According to the quickfight page, below 950 goes to Tier 1, above 950 goes to Tier 2, and no indication where 950 on the nose would go. But I've assumed 950 exact goes to Tier 2 here. I read a thread that suggested it was going to be raised, but found no indication that it actually was. So, 949... For a starting 22 year old, 150+4 primary 429+11 secondary 214+6-13 physical = 801 total points (814 total, minus 13 at a minimum in str+con) That leaves 148 points to split between Str and Con, meaning that if you do nothing but train Str and Con to Proficient+ you have gone too far? Meaning for a 22 year old train to Proficient-? For a starting 18 year old 122+4 349+11 174+6-13 = 653 total points (666 total, minus 13 at a minimum in str+con) That leaves 296 points to split between Str and Con meaning that you can actually be at Elite++ in both and still squeak under. But if they are both maxed at 150, you'll be four points over. Except... Except that your hidden will be, eh, hidden by Very Strong/Powerful if Str is at least remarkable or Cardio Maching/Good Gas Tank if Con is at least sensational. So since we are testing hiddens, the 18 year old can only have Superb++ Str and Exceptional++ Con. Which leaves 66 points of training that can be done somewhere else even before testing hiddens, or once the hiddens have been discovered, you can further max str/con before continuing to build hype with some quick Tier 1 QFC wins. Now, I'm a rook manager who hasn't had a single fight. I assume I've made at least three mistakes, one from logical error, one from factual error, and one from overlooking something obvious. Can someone who knows what they are doing look at this and tell me what I got wrong?

I have an idea that hasn't been brought up. The problem here is that it's too easy to get a loan. Just like in the real world, when it's too easy to get a loan, you end up having too many people default. My solution would be remove the ability to auto get a loan from the game, and make all business owners either bankroll their own company or get loans from other managers. If they default, the loan giver takes over the company since the company itself is the collateral. Individual lenders can adjust their own interest rates and risk tolerance.
