  1. I can see where he is coming from, I mean on the days he is restricted to training, what if the skill he wants to at least keep afloat aren't being taught by a coach. it almost limits him to cardio weights and yoga.

  2. man I am all about the mixed drinks

Tom Collins with Bombay Sapphire is the only way to go when it comes to Gin

Lynchburg Lemonades- Jack, Lemon Juice, Triple Sec, and Sprite or 7 up

Long Island Ice Tea- speaks for itself, it's all liquor with a splash of coke for color lol

  3. I haven't read ahead yet, so if someone already suggested this, sorry for repeating.

why don't you make it to where the fees are locked starting on Friday. It would allow the gym owners to charge their own rates without leaving their patrons rinsed for money. I think that if you locked the fees completely you're preventing the gym owners from doing what is the entire purpose of starting a business....to make money.

  4. the only thing not having a gym is not going to do is sap his conditioning skill, and prevent him from rising in anything except maybe a few more ticks in the loss column. if you are concerned with him not having enough money to pay the gym fees, put him on as part time. As a part time fighter he'd still bring in 200 a week which should cover his gym fees and put a little in his pocket. Quick fight him if you need to gain money or get him signed and keep his fights rolling in.

  5. That's an odd statement. He knocked out Liddell and Wanderlei with counter shots, and his best punches on Keith Jardine were counters.

I'm sorry, but that knockout on Wandy was a fluke. that match should've never taken place anyhow. Wandy beat him DECISIVELY twice in PRIDE.

  6. Yeah i'll say that's a sick slam. As far as saying the fight shouldn't have happened- This is the damn flagship. Weighing a buck 70 with TD as you're primary MMA style against someone who is 200 and wrestles is retarded. As far as appropriate matchmaking goes- a huge market wants to see p4p fights in MMA as we are seeing so many dominant fighters across weight classes. I was talking about this today- do any of you think any U.S. based organizations will take advantage of that market overseas moreso in the future?

they ought to, DREAM is doing it right now with the Heavyweight-Superheavyweight SUPER HULK Tournament I think it's called. basically it's letting anyone with a heavyweight ranking and up go against the supers. It's a big draw because then some of the smaller guys get to showcase their skills and how much technique plays over power.

  7. well, I mean I def get why he was more of a plow than a juker, I mean look at him, he was biiigg, but I think instead of just going shoulder down through it all he coulda put more into the side to side. but the man did gain some yardage....don't mess with what worked I guess

  8. man I want to say that they gain 5% energy per slot per day that they don't train. however you can keep them active which cuts down on conditioning loss with doing like yoga or something for one session per day. depending on your fighters conditioning, you may want to put them on "Reduce Recovery Time" type supplement or a "Stamina Increase" Type Supplement

  9. We're accepting up to 100 members right now and I'll be getting more coaches depending on the number of members, if I extend the amount of spots, I'll hire more elite coaches and try to hire more than one of each type so coaching sessions aren't overloaded with fighter

  10. yeah I definitely agree, there are wayyy too many takedown attempts going on in some matches. hell in a single match I read the play by play on, thats all they did, back and forth, takedown attempt after takedown attempt. I actually quit reading it because I didn't care who won anymore, I already knew if I fought either fighter, just up my takedown def.

  11. looks good bro --- but i would double check some of those trainers and their sessions -- i could be wrong but think takedown off and def along with ground n pound would be better trained by wrestling than bjj

yeah man, I wasn't sure on that, I'll have to look into it.
