More will be hired as the gym grows, and only 80 places are available.

I am new to VIP. And set up a fight org in London (see sig) and made a horrid loss on the first event due to the pressure of signing fighters, and pretty expensive contracts.
I don't fancy losing my VIP and need advice on what to do next?
Is a manager to manager loan a visable option?
I'm even willing to sell the org.
-
couple of tips to signing fighters (coming from someone who has the 8th most fighters signed in the game)
USE THE MESSAGE BOX..... making the offer personal helps a ton... something simple even works...i.e
"I love the way John will fit into our 155 class,"
the more personal the better i.e
"I love a guy who finishes Via head kick, I really hope you'll consider bringing John in"
or another great option is suggesting a possible matchup
"I'm looking at John facing Anderson Silva [57345] around the 23rd, would love to see you join up and take him on"
One of the things that the guys in my Org know,, is that I know their fighters, read my previews and you'll see.... and that all started with contract offers....
People wanna feel like you want THEIR guy,,, and were not just sent out a templated contract offer because they showed up on the "need contract list...
To add to this most of my offers tend to be odd numbers,,, it''s the same principle as 19.99 seeming cheaper than 20 bucks....
0-0 fighter?
3 fights 1111/1236/1357
looks like a lot more money than it is.....
Also go to the highstreet,, click the "managers online" link near the city select menu.... find online managers.... scroll down fighters list and see whose signed... message managers ... Ask about fighters....People are a lot more likely to not turn you down if you send them a message first.... It's "faceless" clicking decline for an offer from some new org with 29 fighters... but if i get a message from a manager that says "Hey man, I'm working hard on getting my ORG going,, and I'd really love to ad your guy John to our roster... what would it take ?"
if he's online at the time,,, a lot of times they will get right back to you.... and you can strike up a relationship and sign a fighter at the same time.
Just taken your advice and will wait and see if it works, thanks a lot for your help.

Don't know how many people have set up an org in London recently but I am finding it hard signing 155lbers.
I had one of my own in there but had to move him up to 170lbs to get a fight, that he will more than likely lose.
Anyone else with the same problem?
And another thing, what kind of contracts do you all accept?
-
So after every fighter has fought 4 times see which two have the most wins, and consider a 3-1 fighter with higher Hype+Pop and give them a title fight.
Ultimately it's gonna be a combination of a good fight record and Hype+Pop.
That sounds the best option to me if I'm honest.
-
Thanks all.
Think I'll go for the wait and give the two best fighters a shot at it option.
Seems the most sensible and least likely to run into problems.

Just started OPC in London (want contract click link in sig) and was wondering what would be the best way to determine the champions.
I could have a tournament with all the fighters.
Not sure how I'd go about that though, when I'm looking to constantly add to the roster of fighters.
The other way I was thinking was first two fighters to have a two fight win streak fight for the title.
But not sure if that is a good idea.
Opinions?
-
What about some kind of contract clause for org owners who have managers that keep rejecting fights, they get 3 chances to reject but the 4th they have to accept?
-
make a banner with a link to the org, and put it in your signature here on the forums. you gotta advertise if you want to attract new talent

I've only just become VIP and started my first org in London, One Punch Championship, and I am finding it really hard actually getting fighters signed up in the first place.
Recruitment is my problem.
So if anyone has a London based fighter, go to One Punch Championship in London and PM me.
-
One Punch Championship are looking for fighters new or in need of re-building hype to help this new fight org become one of the best in London.
Click Here For One Punch Championship and PM me (Tom White with your fighters ID number)
It's all in the fist.
Tom.

I just started the OPC in London and need fighters.
As soon as I have enough competition in your fighters weight class I will put on weekly events.
Not sure how to determine the Champions yet, may have a tournament.
Or the first two fighters to win 2 in a row in a weight class, fight each other for title.
Any other ideas on what to do, let me know.
Tom White.
