  2. Yep, but that has nothing to do with morale boost that happens only at the day of purchase or the day after.

    Clothes condition (going from 150 and dropping each day) is one thing, morale boost on buying new clothes every day for x days is another.

    So I want to know when that check happens.

  3. Ok, here's the precise list up to Wonderful+:

    White belt -> Useless-- (0) to Woeful- (24.99)

    Blue belt -> Woeful+ (25) to Respectable- (64.99)

    Purple belt -> Respectable+ (65) to Superb++ (99.99)

    Brown belt -> Remarkable-- (100) to at least Wonderful+ (117.49)

  4. Do I have to remove energy recovery supplement usage for the days I don't train, or usage is paused in the days while not training?

    For example, will my energy supplement actually last 28 days (14 days, but used every 2nd day) if I train part time?

  5. let's use Basketball as an analogy.

    Shooting Superb

    Dribbling Remarkable

    Rebounding Mediocre

    Basketball Feeble

    This player would have excellent skills, yet when he gets on the court, he's not very good. The overall is kinda like your overall knowledge of the game; the ability to put the tools to use.

    "Shooting, dribbling and rebounding" equals to "Takedown defense, sub offense or kicks", for example, as individual skills.

    And "Basketball" doesn't equal to "BJJ, Wrestling, MT and Boxing", "Basketball" equals to all that combined.. to "MMA", so it's not a good argument.

    Good analogy would be... shooting excellent, dribbling excellent, rebounding excellent... but Offense - abysmal.

    And that's what I'm saying... I know it may be hard and time consuming to implement that, but the fact that it's wrong is enough to think about changing it.

    Over and out.

  6. I don't know about you guys, but I can't embrace the fact that overall skills are set appart from specific skills...

    My opinion is to create fighters without setting overall skills, but that those be calculated automatically from specific skills and physical attributes.. maybe even from those hidden attributes that fighters have.

    To have a possibility of black belt BJJ with abysmall sub off and def is totally unreal. I know Mike will say that such a player won't do extra great in BJJ aspect of the fight (as the real black belt with superb sub skills will), but the thing is, you shouldn't have the ability to create such unreal fighters.

    Overall skills would still exist for pre-fight comparison reasons (to check your opponents), and would raise as you spar or train specific skills.

    Just my 2 cents.

    I would like to hear your opinions...

  7. Another noob question...

    Let's say I create new fighter with 110 points in boxing, so he sucks at other overall skills.

    But then I don't assign points for, let's say, punches and striking defense (that would logically be good for boxers), but I choose to assign points for takedowns, sub offense and defensive grappling.

    Which skills are then used for calculating fights?

    Example scenarios:

    1. - I'm a "wonderful" boxer and if I fight against a BJJ brown belt with "useless" boxing and "useless" MT, and he chooses bad tactic of stand-up fighting all the fight, big chance is I'll KO him, or

    - I won't KO him cause I'm "useless" at punches?

    2. I'm a "useless" wrestler and BJJ white belt, but have "wonderful" takedowns, sub offense and defensive grappling, will I excell against someone on the ground?

    Thnx in advance for taking your time to reply.

  8. I came across this older thread, and I was hoping Mike's idea would get realized by now. (The one with revealing skill by skill over time)

    That really is a good idea, and a pretty realistic (and real life) one.

    Maybe one skill each fight would be too much, but once in 3 fights would be awsome.

    Hope to hear from you, Mike.
