  1. Urgently need 90 days VIP ASAP. Thanks. Name your price in tycoon money. Prefer direct message in game.

BUMP. Two days left before I run out of VIP. I do have a potential transaction lined up, but I'll be more direct. I'm looking to pay 300-325k, but I can pay more. If interested, direct message me in game. Thanks.

  2. Are they under contracts? If so, ask the org owner to tick the 'allow TWGC' box on their contracts

Yeah, I have done this. Could this be the only possible explanation? If so, they're lying to me. I'm thinking its got to be some b.s technicality. I have fighters that are 148ish (with weight cut, not natural weight), which would seem to make them eligible for the upcoming 155 tourney, and one who is just over 267, and a 405lb, both of whom should be eligible for the 265+, no?

  3. Please forgive me if this has already been covered, but...

Next (May 1) TWGC is for 155 and 265+ w/c.

I have three fighters who meet the requirement of "one division under proposed weight." who do not show up as eligible under the TWGC icon screen. Right now they're at or above 145 cut weight with natural weight slightly above that, well within 155 w/c Now, I'm aware that TWGC allows weight cutting, so this shouldn't be an issue, right? I also have a 265+ fighter who evidently is not eligible. I have asked the org owners to enable them to participate, which they say they have, yet, nothing. This has been a recurring theme and is very frustrating. Am I missing something?

  4. Just a suggestion for the admins/moderators as well as everyone else.

PLEASE BE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

    AND

    WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING.

    PLEASE STATE BOTH CLEARLY

i.e. - "I am looking for someone to buy VIP for me. (I am offering xx) OR "I am offering to buy VIP for someone, I require xx ($$) in exchange"

I know there are a lot of people on here who do not use English as their first language, but please, in order to cut down on miscommunication, use this template.

    Got my VIP.

  5. In their primes, who do you think would win in an MMA fight? Brock Lesnar, or Bill Goldberg? Yes, they were both wrestlers, but athletes as well. They were both the most hyped sports entertainers in their organizations at one time.

Who do you think would win, and how? I encourage you to research both fighters.

My bet either way is that it ends up on the ground, with a GNP finish. Probably Lesnar. However, if Goldberg could survive Lesnar's onslaught, keep the fight standing, he would win with a nice strike or combo. Goldberg has trained MMA and said a few years back he was too old. He shot a series of videos for Sho called Toe to Toe, where he went in and trained/sparred in MMA gyms of certain fighters.

  6. Thanks Mike and crew for your hard work. I've been waiting for this for a long time. As for the people complaining about it not being on iPhone, just my two cents...I prefer Android because it's cheaper, I can use custom ROMs and do things to my phone that I can't with iPhone (but I'll allow iPhone does have the edge in certain areas). I actually can run iOS on my Android, but its very glitchy...had to reimage my phone and uninstall. I do know Apple is kind of dickish when it comes to apps they'll approve...and they're very money hungry. Android/Google Play is more like the wild west, less so lately. I'm going to give it a try and give feedback when I do.

  7. I have lost more fights by decision than any other method. In going back and analyzing all but a couple of my decision losses, I had to play devil's advocate and look at how the other fighter performed. Simply put, look at in a different light, then analyze it objectively. With the exception of two decisions, all of my losses were correct. It gets under your skin when it's a close one, that's for sure.

Does anyone know if no decisions is an option an org can set? If not, it should be looked into.

  8. Vendetta guys are cool in my books, I know a few of them.

Judge people by how they treat you, don't listen to others.

Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't sure who the OP of that comment was talking about. I'm usually one to give the benefit of the doubt. His experiences aren't mine, so I take them with a grain of salt and a shot of tequila.

  9. On a rainy day in Death Valley, South Carolina, in the cemetary, Mark Calloway emerged from the fog amidst the woods to speak to his manager, Abe Eaton. In this extremely rare interview, the first ever given for Steel Penn ICON, Calloway sheds light into his enigmatic and taciturn persona.

Abe Eaton: Hey Big Man, it's been a long time. Thank your for agreeing to let me enter your realm. I've managed you for years now and we've scarcely said a word to each other. You said you had something you wanted to say. The world is listening. Go ahead and tell us what's on your mind.

Mark Calloway: There are a lot of people whose voices will fall silent soon..........

Abe Eaton: .....OK, What do you mean by that statement? You've got me a little creeped out, brother.

Mark Calloway: "Remember...Remember...the Fifth of November." The punch power, kick power, and might. I know of no reason the Seventh of November should ever be forgot.

Abe Eaton: That's the night of your big title fight, Mark. I know I haven't forgotten about it, and I certainly now know you haven't, either. It is Guy Fawkes day, isn't it? Well, you two do share certain characteristics.

Mark Calloway: He was determined to avenge what was taken. I am determined to ravage what is mine. This Saturday Night in Hilo, the ICON Super Heavyweight Belt will be mine.

Abe Eaton: I've always had the utmost confidence in you. But there are those voices you mention that have doubts. What are you going to do to win that belt?

    Mark Calloway: Whatever...it...TAKES!

Abe Eaton: Your opponent, who shall not be named, is coming off of several successful title defenses. What makes you think you're any different?

Mark Calloway: He may be a FORCE, but he has never faced a GREATER FORCE than me. Even the grim reaper bows down to me.

Abe Eaton: I also came here to talk strategy. You're dealing with an excellent striker with one punch stopping power. You're no different. Remember when you knocked out Jackjan Tio in under FIVE seconds? I can honestly say that's the quickest KO I've seen. It's gotta be a record. But, Big Man, to be honest, you've got to have more up your sleeve. Any surprises we can expect?

Mark Calloway: .....No. I have seen the prophecy and it will be fulfilled.

Abe Eaton: OK. If I know you, and I think I do, you've got an ace. Care to share what it is?

Mark Calloway: His striking will be no match for my reach advantage.

Abe Eaton: I also know you've been drilling a lot of clinchwork and muay thai in the gym, but your opponent outclasses you in that. Is it safe to say you might have some surprises for him there?

Mark Calloway: He's too afraid to clinch with me. I will break him. I will break his will. I will drain the life from the FORCE.

Abe Eaton: Alright, enough with the strategy. You know what its like to have held a belt, being a Former Forbidden Violence Champion. You've been able to adapt and hold off different styles. What would winning another belt mean to you?

Mark Calloway: ....absolutely nothing. Win or lose, I drain the force. If he lives, he lives. This will be the longest battle of my career. I want him to suffer, to feel my pain.

Abe Eaton: So its safe to say you're not as nervous as I am going into your big shot because you've been down the same road, right? Alright, well, that leaves me with one question. What are you going to do if you win the belt?

Mark Calloway: I will put the FORCE in an urn and wrap the belt around it and wear it around my shoulder.

Abe Eaton: Holy shit, buddy, we're talking about an MMA match here, not a death match. Are you saying you literally intend to kill your opponent?

Mark Calloway: If he dies, he dies. I am neither living or dead, but many living are dead, and many dead are living.

Abe Eaton: Alright, fair enough, and as for your bigger aspirations moving on from a likely win, what about that?

Mark Calloway: My goal is to win, at any cost, without regard to anything but victory. To keep winning. That belt will leave from my cold, dead hands once I possess it.

Abe Eaton: Well, I think that about wraps it up. Is there anything else you want to say before I leave?

Mark Calloway: Never Forget, Never Forget, November the 7th, the day the FORCE goes under. Rest. In. Peace.

  10. I'm sure our fighter's fates will align again in the not-too-distant future. If Matthews wins 2 or 3 more and Drake is still champ I'll ask the mgmt to give him the shot. Otherwise, I'll catch you on the flipside as they say, as long as Drake is still in the org. That match went like a Ronda Rousey match, though.

  11. Embalmer and I are in the same alliance so I was pulling his chain a bit, but I was serious about having you join us. I'll message the guy that runs our alliance and see what he says.

OK, thank you. I would be honored. I have one offer so far plus someone wanting to start one. I'm not expecting to make a decision until the weekend or so.

  12. Thanks for the replies, everyone. I apologize for not responding sooner since I had a busy weekend what with Halloween, Devil's night, and today with real life crap. As of now I'm still looking but I do have a couple of soft offers which I'm grateful for. Still seem to be stuck with decisions - lost two close ones by a point per round...in two title shots...fucking sucks.

I have never liked decisions in real life. IMHO, either you're good enough to stop someone, or you fight until one or both of you can't/won/t continue (or you get separated). I have often thought of "Moneyballing" decisions and letting computers do it, because the human element, in Nevada, seems to screw up. I'm not going to berate the game, it's just something I need to figure out -- I'll be the first to admit it. I honestly don't have much respect for any fighter IRL or in game who has the majority of wins by decision (I own one right now in game, so pot calling the kettle black, but I digress)

  13. Elite Punishment Inc is a small alliance, we were in division 1 for months, just the other day got demoted to division 2. We would happily accept you in, but like I said we are a very small group, only of 3 members right now, it's been us same 3 managers for over a year. So if you're interested give me a shout and if not I wish you best of luck finding an Alliance!

Right now as a manager I'm in Division 4...been there 3 months...I believe Alliances have a pyramid structure as well. I would be happy to join, just message me in game and let me know who is involved (mgr IDs) and I'll see if I'm a good fit.
