Man U won the title last year but there's been a lot of changes since the 2012-2013 season ended. Man U no longer have legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson as their manager with David Moyes replacing him. There's been managerial changes at Man City and Chelsea, so perhaps that might help their attempts to win the title. Surprisingly enough Man U haven't made any "big" signings, whilst Man City have spent quite a lot bringing in a number of players such as Jesus Navas, Fernandinho, Alvaro Negredo and Stevan Jovetic . Chelsea have strengthened though the majority of their "new" players to the squad are players who have returned from loan, the likes of Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku are now in the squad after having a good loan spell last season. Liverpool has made a couple of signings - Simon Mignolet, Iago Aspas, Kolo Toure are perhaps the biggest signings from them so far. Mignolet had a great debut there today, saving a penalty towards the end of the Stoke game so he could prove to be a great signing for Liverpool though I'm guessing a lot of Liverpool fans were confused at the departure of Pepe Reina who has linked up with old Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez. Arsenal fans are probably frustrated that they haven't made any big signings but there's still time for Arsene Wenger to strengthen his Arsenal side and for David Moyes to strengthen his Man U squad before the Transfer Window closes.
