  1. http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14591792902508.png Marty "Big Iron" Robbins Age: 25 / 17 Wins(?) / 4 Losses Marty Robbins is a very controversial figure in the world of MMA today. He's managed to be admired by casual fans who know nothing of the sport all while being despised by his MMA peers & educated fans. Why you may ask? Well he's had an interesting career so far. He's the #1 most followed fighter on social media, Buzz™, with the #1 trending hashtag, #PaSays. He's also won from the MMA media an award for "2017 Fight Character of the Year". He's been featured in many commercials for car dealerships, flea markets, etc. and has even starred in many direct-to-DVD movie releases such as "Teenage Zombie Cowboys from Planet 9" & "Never Back Down 14: Who's still watching this?". Now you hear that and you may be wondering "Why would his fellow fighters not like him?" well lets get into that. It seems Marty has been accused of fight fixing, illegal gambling, insider trading, & several other illicit activities. The big one being the fight fixing accusation. My name is Nigel Winston Charles Buckingham III, decorated British MMA journalist, and I'm here to delve deep into the mind of this modern day cowboy. I'm here today at the Marty Robbin's Fight Ranch™ all the way in Agua Fria, New Mexico, USA http://lilbitnorthranch.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/_d_improd_/LBN-frontpage_f_improf_580x290.jpg This is where Marty & his team train for all of their upcoming MMA / KT bouts & was the home of the short lived TV show, Marty Robbin's Fight Ranch™. The show only aired for 1 season on CMT™ and featured 32 fighters, 16 Featherweights & 16 Light Heavyweights, in an elimination style tournament. The two, young winners of the tournaments, Matvey Pavlov & Louis C K, both went on to have successful careers. On the broadcast, The show would always close with edited footage of Marty knocking someone out and the camera zooming onto his face and with him telling the audience "Ya'll come back naw ya hear?" followed by the preview for the next weeks episode. Allegedly, the show was cancelled once the news leaked that those KO's we're all planned out before hand despite appearing on Marty's record and consequently those fighter's records as well. The show lived on via Buzz™ live stream for two events feat only 25+ yr old fighters but fizzled out rather fast. I walked into the Robbin's residence and was greeted by Marty & his "Pa" who declined to tell me his actual name. Marty: "Well how ya doin' partna? Please take ah seat. Oh, I gotcha a lil' sumthin' too. *Hands Nigel a limited edition Marty Robbin's Buried Alive shirt* Nigel: "Thank you Marty that is very kind of you & thank you for inviting me to your home for this interview. Lets begin, How old were you when you started your MMA journey?" Marty: "Well I started trainin' at 16 yrs old & at 17 I had ta go down to Brazil and fight Openweight ta get sanctioned pro fights. I was 3-0 before I was 18." Nigel: "Fascinating. It seems when you got back to the US, you received some of your first losses correct?" Marty: "Yeah it is what it is partna'. I went 4-3 under the Revolution XC banner. Got pretty close ta winnin' that belt". Nigel: "Yes, it seems that after the org made the decision to reform (or assimilate into) Aspire, you decided to use the free agency opportunity to join the now defunct org, Combate Fighting Championships. Tell me about that experience." Marty: "Phew. I gotta be honest. That was a big turnin' point in ma life. That was around the time I started gettin' a lot of attention from outside media. Other opportunities outside fightin' started ta show themselves. I flew down ta Brazil, rocked the guy in the first round, and then proceeded to get TKO'd in the second. That's when some of the folks in the media I planned on talkin' too after the fight decided not ta interview me afterwards. Some of the film roles offered ta me were given ta someone else. The future started ta get scary. I knew I had ta make some changes. Ya see my Pa had some favors owed ta him by the suits for CMT™. That's were Marty Robbin's Fight Ranch™ comes into the picture." Nigel: "Ok, now i'm starting to see where this is going. Can we address some of the obvious accusations about your career? It seems to have started with your show." . Marty: "Yeah I knew we were gonna get on this topic sooner than later. Ok, hear it goes. Ya don't tune in ta watch the MARTY ROBBIN'S fight ranch to watch me lose do ya? No! Ya tune in to watch me knock someones head off. The ratings were off the charts! It was the highest rated show in CMT™ history! Until somebody leaked what we were doin' behind the scenes and CMT™ decided ta cut ties before the controversy surfaced. After that I had to carry on the KO cowboy persona at all costs or idda went back to square one. People wanted ta see me knockin' people out. So ah lightbulb went off. I could join a fledgling organization or one that wasn't doin' so hot for cheap and get their ratings and attendance up while adding to my star power allowing me opportunities outside MMA. We both win!" Pa: "Alright Marty you said enough. Nigel you best get the hell off this ranch before I kick ya where the good lord split ya, ya lil tea drinkin', biscuit eatin' son of bitch!!!" *Pa proceeds to fire off his revolver!* Phew... Well it seems I've discovered and exposed one of MMA's biggest dirty secrets. After publishing this, I've received a cease and desist order from Marty's legal team but they cannot silence the truth! I hope you find my interview informative & hopefully its unveiled the shady side to this enigmatic figure in MMA.
