Been busy outside of the game lately and haven't found enough time to continue signing new guys to my org, so I'm in need of a recruiter! I mainly just need someone to sign fighters in the right ID restriction. I'll explain in more detail later. Would like to find someone. With prior org experience. We'll negotiate prices.

Hello, I wanted to start a NGF forum thread after some sound advice. I thought I would post some reviews here. NGF is always looking for 150 k and up ID's. We look for good skilled fighters, but we have moved into PPV so we need some hype/pop on our fighters too. We do a lot of exciting things to make this game even more fun. Tradition FC is hosting its first event on 10 sept 2013 and we are looking to stack the card. As a lot of the fighters we have sent out contracts to havent accepted or declined we are looking for those who are willing to take a one fight contract to be on this show so we can stack it! then we can talk business if you would like to continue with the org and we can make a long good contract! Sin City FC (3933) is looking for fighters based out of Las Vegas to fight in this up and coming ORG. we will be running tournament style fights meaning you will need to earn the right to fight for the belt. After 3 consecutive wins you will face the champ! Once we have enough under contract we will start off the first Quarter finals and the two finalist will fight for the Inagural belt! If you have a fighter in the 205K and above I.D. Range, give ILV a shot to prove you are the best. ILV works on a performance based salary, using an excel spreadsheet I created, your win%, (T)KO and submission %, and hype are all recorded throughout your ILV career, at the end of each contract, you will be given the chance to resign a new contract with an added bonus depending on your performance. These performance based salaries are balanced perfectly to reward the highest win percentage and finishing rate with good hype the best bonus, but even a win-less record will gain some appreciation. I am a dedicated manager who was one of the first 4,000 to join the game in the beginning but had to let go due to family problems. I have returned and went straight VIP because I'm willing to give 100% to the game and the fighters in my league. Advices are always welcome as well as new fighters. I want to build a solid org so the beginning would be extremely important. If you are thinking to create a fighter do it in Vegas and you will be able to join this organization. I will appreciate a lot if you recommend RISE. I will be sending contracts to 5 different divisions, 155, 170, 185, 205 and 265. We only accept fighters who are in a contract with WPR and right now there is only 8 guys training there! We at WPR noticed that there were no good public gyms in Rio with space so we made our own gym for our loyal fighters. If anyone wants to be a part of WPR and have access to the gym let me know and I will send your guy a contract as long as he is 195K+ ID. This is perfect for new fighters to build up there skills quickly and we can give tips and advice for training if needed. So, if you are a new manager and are reading this, it will definitely be worth creating your guy in Rio and sending him our way! As the amount of fighters increase, the amount of coaches increase.
