Syn, a promotion that dates back to April 2009 with over 250 events to their name, are looking for someone who can assist the current team with recruiting fighters, while also being an active member of chat and the forums. Experience is a must for the position, whether it's managing an org of your own in the past or working as a recruiter for someone else. Training will be provided if necessary for those who have taken time out of the org scene, as well as general guidelines of the contract levels you'll be expected to offer. The pay is negotiable but will be somewhere along the lines of $150k per month with additional bonuses based on results. As mentioned the pay is negotiable and should the right candidate become available then the salary may be increased depending on experience and your expected level of activity.
