this is really depending on if the powers that be want to decourage or encourage the use of sparbots - and a future implementation for the personal assitants - but couldn't 'sparbot' be an option one could have for a retired fighters ?!? - one would get some sort of perk (less/no energy needed, no moral hits) but one could only make him spar like 4 times a week or something and the fighter will get no skill from it - also one would have to feed the fighter money

I'm new to the game so I'm not really sure if this is a noob question so I place it here. I have an upcoming fight for my fighter and I noticed that my next opponent seems to be a free agent, acquired by his current manager. However, his profile says Retired and his name is not in the fighters list of the managers? Is this a glitch and does my fighter end up not having a fight?

Hi all, Quick question(s) - I have a fighter in a division that has thinned out significantly, to the point that there are only 6 active fighters left in it. I only have one fight left on the contract, and had not gotten a fight offer in quite some time, so was considering leaving when the inactivity clause was up. A few days ago, this fighter got a fight offer with a fighter in the division that was retired. Thinking it was a mistak on the league owner's part, I declined it, listing my reason. Of course, declining reset my inactivity counter, and there is really still no one left to fight. My two questions are: 1. What would have happened if I had accepted the fight? 2. Does it seem like this was done just to keep me under contract? I don't want to make any accusations, and this is the first fight I have ever declined. Just trying to make sure I understand the position, and am seeing the forest for the trees. Thanks!

Besides this whole employing retired fighters discussion: I might be ground and pounding a dead horse here, but... Well, since some of my fighters are getting into "that age", i had asked about retirement, and was told they don't end their careers themselves but i would have to retire them with retire-function (which is quite expensive when it goes to the bahamas) or simply sack them and then maybe look on as someone else picks them up or deplete their skills before sacking them so they'll never get picked up... so my thoughts are: a) shouldn't the retirement be free after an age (in their 40th) that would be determent by a combination of a random factor and the number of fights and especially TKO losses? if manual retirement doesn't get to be free, shouldn't the fighter call the quits at one point? If any of this is implemented and i just didn't know then, never mind any of my arguments...

Greetings fellow Tycoonians, I hope all of you are well. I was wondering if any of you have a retired fighter that you opted to keep on your staff? If so, does that translate to that fighter becoming a coach, for example, in a gym that you have created, if you have done so?
