Hello everyone! I am happy to inform you that Hilo's Strenght and Conditioning Gym For Starters has opened! My idea is to maintain a cheap gym, based in Hilo, so everyone could pump his fighters' physical skills before they go and search for gyms with skill coaches. Price is $50 weekly, same as Cozad MMA gyms. For now, I will only maintain equipment and cleanliness at the highest levels so everyone would be able to get the maximum starting benefits for his fighters. If business goes well, I am planning to hire a conditioning coach in order to improve physical trainings and encourage new fighters to stay longer at my place.
