Who can step up and create fun for us all with no drama? I can pay for, - The events - Fighter contracts - Free Alliance wars Gym for all competitors in Hilo - Sponsorships to all competitors - Jet flights for all competitors to all events - Compensation to all org owners involved for allowing their fighter under current contracts to leave their current org to compete. - Free custom Alliance wars Avatar and matching skins to all competitors. - Alliance Wars creation write up, pre fight interviews, pre fight predictions, post fight commentary and a special post Alliance Wars interview for the winning alliance to describe there climb to the top. Steel Penn's MMA Tycoon Fantasy Fight League 2016 Rules All fighter must be from the UFC First come first serve. Once a fighter is drafted he can not be take again. Next years draft and each year there after's draft order will go from last place drafts first with new entrees drafting last. Each year we draft new teams. If your fighter gets injured for the year or cut you may draft a new fighter at that point. No cutting a fighter for a minor injury or lose. You must be an active MMA Tycoon member for at least 1 year to enter. 10 - 14 members per yearly tourney. One of the biggest problems in this game is bad AI judging. How many times have any of you lost a fight that really reads to be one sided but still you lose? I would like to see an option to have in game judges for our orgs. Now I know before anyone can chime in to help this idea work the forum Full Timers will give many reasons why its not a good idea. Most predictable will be corrupt / bias judges so it will not work. Here is the plan, Better then in real life we can control corruption in our fantasy world and here is how. Allow our orgs to have their own private human judges. Now if there is a fight decision that is close and you feel it should be disputed you bring it to the game MMA Tycoon Judging Committee for review. We create a forum thread specifically to allow any disputed fights be left up to the MMA Tycoon Judging Committee. In this thread you post your disputed fight and a group of 5 elected forum judges review the fight. After reviewing the fight the MMA Tycoon Judging Committee submits their score cards to be tallied and would have the power to overturn the fight. No more AI bullshit decisions if you choose to join an org with in game judges. I see only two things that Mike would need to do in order to make this happen. 1. Turn off the in game judges if the fight go to a decision. 2. Reverse wins / loses on fighters records if the MMA Tycoon Judging Committee overturns a fight. Mike could even have one of his forum staff do this work. I feel this could work very well and create a lot of fun for us all. A diverse panel of judges would be needed. I would like to nominate myself as one of the MMA Tycoon Judging Committee judges. Thoughts? Ideas?

I am looking for a gym partner. You own a gym that we use together and I pay for it, as long as we have this deal I will pay your VIP. The gym needs to be in Hilo. Gym fee will be $300 per week per fighter to cover some expenses. I will also pay to move any or all of your fighters to Hilo so you can be set to train with the gym. This needs to happen asap. Anyone?

I have been playing this game for a while now and it seems I just can not figure out the freaking sliders. I read about my fighters opponents and have read all the forum threads on sliders and still just do not get it. I get not to spam or be predictable and yet I lose. I have had so many new members join me either in The Steel Penn Alliance or in the Evil Empire and work with me for months who have reached #1 manager or the top ten while I continue to lose. When I look at the once new members who started off with me then grow to top levels in this game it is a very impressive list of well known names. So why do I not grow You would think after years of being around top members I would get it right? Right? Well, not so much for me. I have been creating a stable of young ground fighters with a few young strikers and it is always the same for me. My ground fighters get knocked out before a takedown can be achieved and my strikers just get knocked out. Now all of the physicals are well trained and they all have top notch striking defense. But still my plan always fails. I have tried so many different ways to set these sliders after very aggravating loses. I have had Sensational wrestlers not get takedowns on competent wrestlers and lose. I have had high level Black belts get subbed by Purple belts. Now in saying all of this the thing that upsets me the most is how my fighters are getting screwed because I suck at sliders. I create these fighters and give them top notch training, they grow and do unbelievable on their end of the deal. Then old Steel Penn steps in for their fight sliders and wrecks their careers. So to not drag this on I would like to say openly that I could use some help from managers who have Slider Fu abilities help me learn or attempt to help me learn sliders. I know older members are not suppose to need mentors but that might just be what I need. I would like to hire someone to help me learn. A private mentor who can make it their goal to try and help me reach the top 100 by years end with my current stable of fighters. I know most all have a better feel for sliders then I do but would like the member I hire to be at least a former top 10 ranking to be considered. I look forward to learning. I also look forward to the negative post from the forum trolls, thank you in advance for the bad vibes.

I think we should send out a game wide mail with links to all the nominated categories so all members game wide have a chance to vote on each award and see the forums. Include a link to the forums that registers the new members who click it. Use their first post as record. On top of and included into this game wide mail Mike should offer some type of incentive to non forum using members to come and use the forums. If a member has never used the forums before and make their first posts in response to the awards voting / Forum Activity mail from Mike, you get 3 free VIP days for being active in the game community. Now on top of getting more members to vote this will also bring more members into our forums thus helping the game itself gain more active members. Every year our awards are voted for and decided on by around 50-100 managers out of 6k. I know 100 members voting is a high number as we don't have 100 members use the forums but lets just say 100 members vote out of 6k this would mean 1.66% of our game members vote on the awards. Think about this percentage 1.66% that is not productive and very Bias. Increasing member activity will increase the rate of new members. Hey guys. For any who remember I was an active user who randomly went inactive for the last few months. I'm sure I inconvenienced a great many people as I was the owner of the Steel Penn Icon -LA Organization. I would just like to let everyone know that my absence wasn't voluntary i suffered an accident in early november that left me partially paralyzed from the waist up for over a month. It's been a long road to get better but I'm proud to say I'm doing well and plan to be an active member of this game once again. Most importantly I'd like to apologize to Steel Penn for abandoning his org and violating the trust he had put in me.

There is only one sure fire way to distinguish who the best alliance is. It doesn’t involve rankings against random non alliance affiliated opponents. The best have to beat the best. What better way to do that than alliances going head to head with each other, until only one remains. Steel Penn’s Alliance Wars http://imageshack.us/a/img515/3292/spaw.png This single elimination tournament is all about the managers that make up an alliance. An alliance will be represented by 5 managers. Managers are the only thing locked in at the start of the tourney. Fighters can be switched each round, if so chosen. Venues change each round as well. There will be over 3 million awarded in prizes. Rules/Requirements 1. Single Elimination - Once you lose, take your ball and go home. Looking for 16 teams. 2. Sign up stating alliance and the 5 managers that will represent it. 1. Fighters are created at age 18. This will be a round robin style tournament. 2. 1 Month of training before first round. 3. Each alliance will designate a team captain, who will be responsible for picks each round 4. All fighters must be able to make 185, CREATION fighters. 5. Blind Picks - Before each round opposing captains will turn in a numbered list (1-5) of manager/fighter to me. I will then match team a’s #1 against team b’s #1 so on and so forth. 6. Managers can’t be replaced - Manager representing an alliance in the first round will continue for the remainder of the tourney. If a manager can’t continue for some reason then the team will just be down one guy giving up a win to opposing team or forfeit if they choose to. 7. Fighters can’t be replaced - Once picks are submitted each round those matches are set in stone. I have windows and do not see the # value when my fighter learns I go by how fast he pops from -- to + if its in two sessions then he is a keeper to me. So I won two IQ tests over the past couple weeks and had a 16 year old fighter learn from -- to ++ in one class. I gave him one of the IQ tests and he got a 140 IQ so I was very happy. Then I create another 16 year old fighters with the same build and trained him one class where he went from -- to + in one class. Gave him an IQ test and he got a 141 IQ ? The first fighter with a 140 IQ went from -- to ++ in one class while the 141 IQ guy went -- to + in one class. How is it possible for a fighter with a higher IQ to gain less then one with a lower IQ? Both fighters are create the same way in all areas. Both had 1 on 1 training with an elite coach.

I have come up with a way to stop the unlimited flow of game cash and improve our alliances in one action. In an attempt to fix the games economy I feel we should allow the games members who are in alliances and own companies and go inactive to help support the game itself while allowing alliances to grow. How you say? Check this out. When a game member who is part of an alliance owns a company and goes inactive, after the allotted time frame of inactivity the company goes to the alliance as an Alliance company. The alliance owner does not own this company and receives no profits from its sales or events. Its an alliance company that the owner of the alliance and or alliance staff can hire staff to run the once inactive but now alliance owned company. Now this creates two things which both help this game grow and its members to have more fun. First off It allows alliances to keep companies that are apart of their groups goals or Brand name to grow through inactivity. If you have ever owned an alliance then you know what I'm talking about when you work with members for years but then someone has personal problems and years of work is gone. These loses get discouraging after a while and discouraging is not good for the game and or fun for members. Secondly all products or events from these companies are to be paid for by the alliance with all profits made buy these once inactive but now alliance owned companies to be dissolved or taxed 100% back into the game to create a negative cash flow out of the games economy. Thoughts?
