Folks try to keep the schedule as follows: Monday AM: Brazilian Jiujitsu sparring levels .5-2.5 Monday PM: Brazilian Jiujitsu sparring levels 3-5 Tuesday AM: Muay Thai sparring levels .5-2.5 Tuesday PM: Muay Thai sparring levels 3-5 Wednesday AM: Brazilian Jiujitsu sparring levels .5-2.5 Wednesday PM: Brazilian Jiujitsu sparring levels 3-5 Thursday AM: Muay Thai sparring levels .5-2.5 Thursday PM: Muay Thai sparring levels 3-5 Friday AM: Boxing sparring all levels Friday PM: Wrestling sparring all levels Saturday: No Sparring For maximum training on skills here is what i have came up with after reading the MMA Tycoon information on coaching/fighter training effectiveness. It does very little for a person with less than remarkable or wonderful skills to train with elite coaches. Unless you have all remarkable/wonderful skills, training with full elite coaches all the time will not fully enhance your training ability. So therefore i have come up with 3 leveled coaches. Proficient coaches for those skilled Abysmal to Mediocre Remarkable coaches for those skilled Compenent to Superb Elite coaches for those skilled Remarkable to Elite P.S.
