I recently opened a public gym in Montreal and I am doing everything I can to get guys to check out the gym and make the switch over so I hope this will get someone's attention and get some more guys training at.... Uncle Toths Gym-4016 I have an all elite staff of coaches (6) Only 10 fighters in gym right now and that's including the 2 SPAR-BOTS I created to help with sparring sessions since that is the things I can't control since I can't force ppl to join the gym or I definitely would lol Had one manager leave gym due to sparring sessions so I want to be clear about the good and bad about the gym to prevent anyone leaving in the future for that reason Please help lol -

Greetings managers and warriors, I hope all of you are well. I have decided to sell my gym, Furious Styles' Chamber of Pain (2634) that is located in London. There are currently 32 fighters there and the gym comes stocked with a vending machine that will have 350 energy products available to supply it with in two days. There's also a sauna, 13 elite coaches and the gym has always been kept in Pristine condition with Brand New equipment. I am looking to sell the gym for $100,000 or the best offer. You will save a lot of money by not having to hire any coaches unless you choose to fire some. The coaches will cost you $52,200 per week and I paid $164,804 to sign those coaches - a fee you don't have to pay - saving you $64,804 right off the bat. So I am kind of new here so I am trying to figure out the best way to raise a fighter, I see a lot of people with successful fighters and want to know if you guys could lend some insight. I was wondering whats the best way to train someone. Should I make them 18 and for example make them a blue belt with good wrestling and spend a lot of time training boxing and MT up above the wrestling and bjj then switch it up? When training should I train punch technique everyday for weeks on end and then once they go up do defense? Should i max out the conditioning when creating the fighter to make sure that they dont get tired and train more? Thank you!
