Pretty simple: Add a tickbox to the fighter's training page in the gym that is for 'do not train'. No need to save training, clear, then save without training and later come back and reload saved. Simply tick the bloody box, press update, shazam: fighter doesn't train until you untick the box.

So here's my latest and greatest idea. This one isn't a change in game play or anything, simply aesthetic: Ban Rainbow. Wait, that was my other idea and it isn't new. My NEW idea is for all of you managers who have fighters training in a gym (all of you!): Next to the fighter name in the gym, in the section showing the daily training sessions and which session you're training, it would be great to see the fighter's energy level as a %. This would stop me needing to go between my training assistant (for VIPs) and/or profile window (for non-VIPs) and my gym window. Whether this would be a change for all managers or just VIP would obviously be up to the management. In the same way, it would be great to see morale next to the fighter's name in the possessions window.
