If I pick up a free agent who has a custom avatar should I change his picture? I mean a manager usually pays for the rghts to use the avatar... should I message the old manager?

I'm looking get some of my fighters into a private gym where I can have 1:1 training. If anyone with VIP has a free company slot, I'm willing to fund 100% of the gym's weekly costs after 1k/gym dues per fighter and you can have half of the coaches to yourself. I've also seen some threads where people are renting out coaches at their private gyms before. In case, I can't find a gym partner I'd be interested in this as a backup plan. So the guy who was holding my gym has gone inactive and lost his VIP and the gym has gone for sale. I don't want to sell my org so I would appreciate if someone would buy the gym and continue running it. I would pay all the expenses of the gym so the owner would get free private gym training! I'm thinking about opening up a different company, but I have a gym right now. It's profitable, requires no effort to run, and I don't want any cash for it.
