  1. Somebody in a forum said that "Big Heart" decreases the chance of fighters to get Granite Chins. They claimed it weakens the other Hidden skills. Is There any truth to that??? The hidden attributes are supposed to be completely random & selecting a skill is just supposed to boost That Skill. I'm sure the Tycoon Veterans know the truth though.
  2. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=996305 Hey guys, my fighter got a cuts easy hidden. 25yo, BJJ base with some boxing skills. Won his fight by KO against a granite chin, so maybe he has good power? Experienced players, would you suggest keeping him and working with this fighter, or would you suggest just starting over with a younger fighter and hope for better hidden's? Thanks

    Need help with things

I'm really confused. What is a learning speed? how do I find that out? and how come some people can make 16-year-olds? How can I get sponsors? How do I choose the right gym or how much money per week is acceptable? How do I know if my fighter is progressing? Thank you for your time.
  4. So, a bit of backstory. While my account may be kinda old, I have taken many breaks and a lot of my knowledge of the game comes from when I read the forums back when I first made my account in 2014. That being said, I have some questions that hopefully can get me back on track to becoming a decent manager. 1. So I recently learned there is a skill cap. How does one determine this? 2. Since there is a skill cap, does this mean you wouldn't want to max out your physicals? 3. Whats a good training regiment? I know that one should get their conditioning and strength to at least 12, and then there defensive attributes (takedown defense, defensive grappling) to 12. Is it smarter to focus on Primaries first, then secondary skills? Or the reverse? 4. Is maxing defensive grappling and leaving the other ground skills to very low levels a solid strategy if you plan to just lay and pray? (Considering there is a skill cap) 5. How does one determine the fast learner hidden? I read something about a script...what script (link)? 6. Is it a huge difference if there is 3 people in a training session versus 2 or 1 person(s)? What is the deviation? 7. Should you train a particular skill more than 3 times a week? I always felt like I read somewhere that there is diminishing returns, but I might have fabricated that memory. 8. The more the merrier for sparring, correct? There is no such thing as too many people? 9. If there are a bunch of 1 star sparring partners, does it matter as long as there is at least one partner that is 4/5 stars? Or do they bring down the worth? 10. What are the pros of being in an Alliance? 11. Do you think I should wait to make more project fighters until there are 290k+ ids? 12. For the love of christ, will the mma tycoon app be on the itunes app store as well? ETA? Thanks in advance for those that take the time to help me out, sorry for the long post. But I like the idea of a "one stop shop" for all of my questions. I'm sure there are a bunch of noobs like me that will benefit.
  5. I would like some of your comments on my fighter (as a project). I'm planning to make a standup fighter so I started with high muay thai and put him up to quick fight to check for hiddens. I tried 3 already and 2 ended up having good chins but with extremely low confidence. This one is by far the best of the 3. I could say he has high ratings for Heart and Chin because he took an amazing 86 shots from a dominant boxer with KO power. However, he lost 33% morale after losing and he's got a "9-session" injury. fight link: http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=686463 1) Are those signs of easily injured and not-so-confident fighters? 2) Is he worth becoming a project fighter and train him or should I sack him? Any comments would be accepted. No harsh ones though. Thanks
  6. Are there any Hidden Attributes that are just "that much better"? /OR/ Is it really complicated. i.e. an older fighter might want x,y, and z HA's while a younger fighter may need different attributes. Please comment

  8. Hi, I started this thread about what I believe is an energy loss abnormality for a fighter I have with 15-- conditioning. Not sure if the thread can be moved here, but I am wondering if I am missing something. If an admin wants I can give the ID of the fighter in question. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks
  9. Hi everyone, Have had something a bit odd happening with one of my fighters. As a bit of background, I've been playing for several months now, and have seven different fighters. All of my fighters are taking the exact same recovery supplement, which is shown as a 160. All of my fighters have high conditioning levels (relatively, I suppose), ranging from 13-- to 15--. The issue I have been having is that lately, it seems the fighter with 15-- (who is very young), seems to be burning through energy more quickly than the others. For example, I believe he started this week with 100% energy, has had 3 sparring sessions and 3 training classes, and is already down to 88.53%. While I suppose this isn't the biggest issue in the world, my 13-- fighter, by comparison, has had equivalent training, and is at 95.73% energy. Is this a glitch in the game, is there something I am overlooking (morale seems good), or is there a conditioning hidden as well? I feel like this has started recently, possibly after his 15 pop, but if anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
  10. It might already work this way, but if not, it seems like the amount of experience you gain from a fight should be based on the hype and skill level of your opponent. Maybe also increase it for fighting in title fights.
