In the beginning we were all about the fights but things took an ugly turn when alliance founder Johnny "JLP" Paris decided he was moving on. After he left it was all downhill. And quickly. Being the new alliance "boss" went straight to Old Man Duphus's senile head. He could barely keep track of his Viagra let alone keep this group of idiots on point and inline. I guess the best way to start this tale is with a quick run down of these idiots I speak of, and it all starts with Duphus... Ruphus Duphus, where do I even begin. Aside from considering himself the greatest Tycooner of all time the man is plagued by multiple delusions of grandeur. He owns three private jets for fuck sakes, how many jets does one man require? Well when flying in gay suitors and drug dealers from around the globe it seems the minimum number is three. During JLP's absence his fortune was rising, as were his criminal activities which ran from drug trafficking to selling Russian women into prostitution and he also ran a rather lucrative cock fighting ring. He may play the part of an idiot Southern man with a severely low IQ but that's merely an act, not unlike movie villain Keyser Soze's portrayal of Verbal Kint. His rise up the manager ranks of mixed martial arts have been directly related to his criminal life and not being able to pay up on time is the reason most of his opponents have been forced to take dives. His ego and insatiable deviant sexual appetite grew almost by the day at this point. It no longer became enough to force people to take dives or provide them out of the cage beatings when someone didn't pay on time, his new first choice of punishment became anally raping managers who were into him, no pun intended, for any serious amount of cash. His famous line of 'it takes a man to fuck a man" slowly became his calling card. I assume, dear reader, that you can see where things were going at this point in the alliances haunted past. You also may ask yourself why would a man with a reputation such as myself seek an exit from this seedy group? Unfortunately this is where the tale ends for today as I've stayed logged onto the server from this hub for too long. If I stay any longer surely Duphus's puppet Humors will be able to track down my location and I'll find myself on the business end of his rape rod. Hi, I have a couple 18yrs old fighters, and they are in a great private gym. I wanted to know what are the best training options for them. I want to get them ready before I put them into a fight. I heard that cardio should be a priority, but how many sessions? And what other things should I train? How many days off? Thanks a lot for any answer. Regards,
