  2. G’day everyone! I searched through a ton of forum pages but couldn’t locate an answer to my question. When your fighters turn 19, 20, 21, etc., how much of a decrease do you see per year of age? I understand that you ‘typically’ focus on secondaries at 18/19 and may switch focus a bit to sparring as they age. Thanks!

    VIP Noob

Hi Everyone, I have played this game for years and finally became a VIP for the first time. Looking for tips on how to best train fighters, make money, alliances, mentors and any other VIP tips you can help with. Thanks?
  4. So I was wondering if having a yoga training session helps/hurts the moral or energy of a fighter, I know it helps with the flexibility and balance but it would make sense if it also helped with the moral, energy and conditioning even but was hoping someone on here could answer this question. Thanks in advance
  5. Do you need a fitness coach to train for stuff like yoga weights and cardio or can you just do that without one?
  6. Sunday 29 March 2020 @ 01:00 GMT. Clocks go forward one hour in Europe... In America our daylight savings time will start almost a full 2 weeks before then... But since the main game clock runs on GMT the game as a whole will follow that right? I usually get on for about an hour or so every time I know my fighters are training. I like to check progress daily lol I'm ridiculously obsessed with this game, it's the first thing I do when I wake up and the last thing I shut down before going to bed.
  7. I've been training Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and BJJ for two years now and recently have switched from training about 3 hours a week to 6. I used to play rugby when I wasn't training so I figured the jump wouldn't be too bad if I gave up all other sports, but I'm finding I can't go above 70% in training at the moment. Is the repetition a beneficial trade-off for the efficiency? Will I get used to the extra training? Basically, does anyone have any advice on how to train better, thanks.
  8. While preparing for a fight do we have to take in to consideration the fighters' training schedule ... In other words if a fighter is training something like "takedowns" but in the fight "stay standing" has a higher percentage would the fighter commit to what he did in training or follow instructions?
  9. hello all i read lot's of things here and i have some doubts about waht to train after creating 25 years old fighter , he is a strike- wrestler for example For all 25 years projects we need to train Conditioning , weights and circuit training right ? we should use Muscle bulk suplements too ... and ......the others? it's better to train Box and Wrestling or should i train Muay thai and BJJ to have a complete fighter?? and the secondary ?? should i train the others" with 5's ....to improve or should i maintain the train of punches /clinchwork and striking defense and grapp defense ..which i have > 100 points ?
  10. Does any1 know why when u change the training tab, u cant change it again until it decides to let u... I changed the tab but changed my mind and decided to do it a different way, but it wouldn't let me change it back,, very annoying because it prevented me from doing something i needed to do, why?, I dont see the reason behind it.
  11. What's up everyone! I'm obviously a Noob. The very 1st thing I need to say before I ask my question is: This simulation game is amazing! I've never seen anything like it. So much detail, even in the fight commentary. Unbelievable!!! So lemme lay it on you. My fighter just fought a day ago (5/3/18), well I guess now it's 2 days considering it's 35 minutes past midnight now. Anyways, I already scheduled another fight for him. Was that the wrong thing to do? Was it too soon? So his energy level is down [i would estimate his energy level is around 25%-30% right now]. All 3 of my fighters are training full-time at a Noob Gym. I guess my question kind of has multiple parts so: 1.) Was that way too early to schedule him another fight? Should I always wait to schedule a fight until his energy level is at 100%? 2.) His next fight is scheduled for 5/7/18, so basically 2 more days. Should I back out due to the energy level? 3.) Should I schedule 2 straight rest days in his training regime? Would that increase his energy faster rather than training him in boxing, wrestling, whatever? 4.) Do Training Days match up exactly with what day it in real life? So If I wanted to rest him for 2 days, I would have to choose -No Training- for Saturday and Sunday (since those are the next real 2 days)? I know it's a lot of questions for my 1st post. I'm just really excited about this game and I want to get good at it. I want my fighters to succeed, so that's the reason for all of the questions! Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and respond. I truly appreciate it! "Knowledge is Power" ------ "No, Power is Power"
  12. Does fighter training happen automatically over time when I set their individual sparring schedules?
  13. Could anybody help explain what primaries and secondaries are in training? It would be much appreciated!
  14. Hello, just joined and tossed in about 10 bucks for that 90 day VIP. The short: I want to set up a plan for sustainable training program while managing both fighter energy and finances. Any advice? I have only used the Los Angeles location for my fighters so far, in a gym that is 500 a week. I assume if I can take on 3 fights a week, I can earn that back through fighting. If this is unfeasible, how else can I keep my fighters at this gym? How can I ensure my fighters get adequate rest on a consistent basis?
  15. Okay so I am in need of an answer for a question I have about the "boot from gym" feature when you are managing a public gym because when you add a fighter to the boot from gym list his name appears but they remain in the gym so I am assuming this will go into affect on a certain day each week I was thinking it would have been on Sunday or Monday morning before training sessions began but no luck so will Thursday or Wednesday evening be when this takes place or is the boot from gym feature not working lol
  16. I just opened a Gym in Montreal and am hoping to give all you fighters based in Montreal who are using the public gyms a chance to train with some highly skilled coaches and since we are a smaller gym at the moment your wants and needs for certain types of training sessions WILL be heard and if needed new coaches will be hired. We are also possibly going to be offering personal coaches for managers who are in the market for 1x1 coaching or maybe if you have 2-3 fighters training at the gym and wanted a coach just for your guys then we could make that happen but like I said this is only a possibility at the moment and will be discussed and thought about more so once the need and/or want arises. Thanks everyone, UNCLE TOTH Uncle Toths Gym-4016

    Training - Easy Rest Days

Pretty simple: Add a tickbox to the fighter's training page in the gym that is for 'do not train'. No need to save training, clear, then save without training and later come back and reload saved. Simply tick the bloody box, press update, shazam: fighter doesn't train until you untick the box.
  18. At what time do training sessions (am and pm) start and end? And what will happen if I change a training during that time? So, for instance, say training lasts from 8am till 1pm, and when it starts (at 8am) that training slot is set to punch technique, and at 10am I change it to takedown offense, will the entire training go towards punches, or takedowns, or will it be split? Cheers.
  19. So, a bit of backstory. While my account may be kinda old, I have taken many breaks and a lot of my knowledge of the game comes from when I read the forums back when I first made my account in 2014. That being said, I have some questions that hopefully can get me back on track to becoming a decent manager. 1. So I recently learned there is a skill cap. How does one determine this? 2. Since there is a skill cap, does this mean you wouldn't want to max out your physicals? 3. Whats a good training regiment? I know that one should get their conditioning and strength to at least 12, and then there defensive attributes (takedown defense, defensive grappling) to 12. Is it smarter to focus on Primaries first, then secondary skills? Or the reverse? 4. Is maxing defensive grappling and leaving the other ground skills to very low levels a solid strategy if you plan to just lay and pray? (Considering there is a skill cap) 5. How does one determine the fast learner hidden? I read something about a script...what script (link)? 6. Is it a huge difference if there is 3 people in a training session versus 2 or 1 person(s)? What is the deviation? 7. Should you train a particular skill more than 3 times a week? I always felt like I read somewhere that there is diminishing returns, but I might have fabricated that memory. 8. The more the merrier for sparring, correct? There is no such thing as too many people? 9. If there are a bunch of 1 star sparring partners, does it matter as long as there is at least one partner that is 4/5 stars? Or do they bring down the worth? 10. What are the pros of being in an Alliance? 11. Do you think I should wait to make more project fighters until there are 290k+ ids? 12. For the love of christ, will the mma tycoon app be on the itunes app store as well? ETA? Thanks in advance for those that take the time to help me out, sorry for the long post. But I like the idea of a "one stop shop" for all of my questions. I'm sure there are a bunch of noobs like me that will benefit.
  20. Ground n Pound Abysmal, 2 (1)++ Takedown Off Proficient, 8 (1)+ Takedown Def Useless, 1 (1)- Submissions Proficient, 8 (1)+ Defensive Grap Feeble, 4 (1)- Transitions Respectable, 7 (1)-- Escapes Useless, 1 (1)- Can someone please explain exactly what the above numbers and symbols mean please. For instance, Ground n Pound, what does the 2 represent, Is that current skill? What is the number in the bracket for and also the plus and minus signs. Sorry if its a dumb question but I want to make sure im using the information i have correctly. Thanks in advance folks.

    Training question!

Is it okay if I train physical atributes first, to say 10/11, then primaries and at last secondaries?

    Help with training speed

Ok my fighter is a white belt in BJJ . i have him training at a a good gym full time, he is only training BJJ, so he spars 3 times a week with LOTS of higher skilled ppl. And trains in Defensive grap , takedown def and sub offence. He has been doing this for a week and half and not gained at all?? Is this normal how long does it take ?
  23. Hi, im a new user and don't seem to be able to find an answer for this, but can my fighters (from london) train in a gym in Las Vegas for example? OR would I need to arrange flights for them etc? Also, any generous players, I would be grateful if you can spare some cash or time please, I'm looking to be here for a while! Thanks T (manager ID- 104113)
  24. 3 of my fighters had a fight yesterday. Even though, all of them won they are injured. The user guide tells that I can train while injured. But, if I take rest does that heel the injury fast ? Does training while injury period causes any problem ?
