Already offering Elite CT and Exceptional Sparring, we remain dedicated to providing the best tools for our Members. Our Boxing Sparring Dummy is Wonderful++ and our MT, Wrestling & BJJs are Exceptional. With each Dummy sparring DAILY, get ready to pop those Primaries! Our CT Class Sizes are averaging four and our Defensive Grappling Classes just opened, so they're all at ZERO. Once these start filling up, the CT Classes will drop. With only 5 of the 60 Weekly Classes having 5 Members, and none above, conditions are ideal for Amsterdam fighters to get the best training possible. Combined with our dedicated Exceptional Sparring Partners, any fighter looking to bolster their Physical and Primary Skills, need look no further. Good luck! With only one of the 60 Classes being at five Members (and none above), the best Circuit Training and Defensive Grappling Classes in Amsterdam are available for your Fighter(s). With a hard cap at 50, there are only FOUR spots, so now is the time to check us out! Our CT Coaches are 150 Elite and our Defensive Grappling Coaches are 150 Double Elite. Our Class Sizes are at a 1.87 average, with 25 Classes having only 1 Member. In addition to our 150 Elite Circuit Training and Double 150 Elite Defensive Grappling, there is top notch Sparring. All of our Sparring Dummies (one for each Primary) participate in six weekly Sessions (AM or PM). Currently, our MT Sparring Dummy is Exceptional++ and all others are Sensational. Moday AM - Thursday PM will offer some great Sparring opportunities. Every Primary... Every Day (AM: Boxing, BJJ --- PM: MT, Wrestling)... will have a Sensational AND a Wonderful Sparring Dummy! On Friday AM, the Wonderfuls will be gone, but the Sensationals will still remain. That'll be 6 Weekly Sessions for every Primary with a Sensational Sparring Partner. We currently have 5 Defensive Grappling Classes with a Double 150 Elite Coach with a Class Size of ZERO!
