Added a clinchwork coach whom is 150 wrestling, 150 MT, 70 boxing 2 weeks ago. He is the only double elite clinchwork trainer you can get in Rio for less than $600 per week! Mighty Mick's Striking: http://www.mmatycoon.com/gympublic.php?gmid=976 our coaches: Wrestling and MT double 150 elite (+70 boxing): Clinchwork nearly every session (8 on the week) Kicks on Mon/Tues AM Knees on Wed/Thurs AM Boxing and MT double 150 elite: Punch technique every AM Striking defense every PM Conditioning 150 elite: CT training every session Wrestling 150 elite: Takedown D every session I'll be adding another coach as soon as we get to 30 members.
