I would be interested in signing up but have one question. What is the age requirement for the fighters as I see that a 25 and a 18 year old have allready signed up. As far as I can tell, it seems that a 25 year old would have more of an advantage over any anybody younger then them.

Regarding your question - while a 25 year old gets more skill points to start, he will learn at a lesser rate so if you are smart with your build; get a quick learner, and are good with sliders there is no reason why an 18 year old can not beat a 25 year old. Some others may argue differently but personally I would go with a younger fighter myself.

Cool. Thank you for answering my question. Never done one of these before (tourney) and it sounds like it would be fun, plus I might learn a couple of new things. I would like to enter my fighter "The Canadian Destroyer" Gavin Gagnon. Fighter id is 127143. Link-http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=127143.

Arriving off the 1210 Local bus from downtown - 2 new arrivals registered today at MKFC HQ:

A Japanese native that has trained in Jujutsu and can trace his lineage back to Kano Jigaro we have Dan Shinosaki.

New Zelander Alex "The Kid" Raiona was shivering his ass off, guess he wasn't prepared for the cold in St Pete ... he'll toughen up in training guaranteed!

The first experienced entrant has joined the tourney. An 18 year old based out of Tokyo, Officer "Stun Gun" Franklin represents the Phoenix Fight Team and has an astounding 4 wins already versus no losses all from QFC's in Tokyo. No doubt the team captains will be looking at this young man as one of their first picks though the question will remain if he can get past the older fighters despite having the cage experience they all lack.

Mike "Cross" Rhoades a native of Phoenix, Arizona in the United States has been cleared for a work visa and has put pen to paper as our 14th tourney entrant. The 20 year old is excited to make his MMA debut by "punching someone really hard in the face" . Sounds smashing!

The addition of Colt Sanders leaves one open fighter slot in the tourney, the Indianapolis native entered the country today with a passport that said Ray Sanders but he insisted that he is to be known as "Colt". Can he be the wild stallion of the lot?

It's all filled up folks ... Koo Koo Kangaroo makes #16, and despite the ridiculous name the North Dakota native has promised to "do some heavy damage in Russia" ...

The first of the team captains is due to arrive in St Pete tommorrow and he and his team sponsors will be announced at 6pm with an official press conference.
