Someone Click on his manager link under his profile here which will take you to his manager page (http://www.mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=56364) and send him a Private Message (located under his picture/contact details) that you want the gym fee offer. Good luck! He may have filled it already but nobody that replied has added their manager link to to their forum profile so he likely hasn't. Props to Monkey for doing this!
