The League of Leagues 2.0 - Double Trouble!

Note: Sign-ups are OPEN till we reach 64 in each format! Fights will be in the 265+ division in Los Angeles.

Right, so, we're officially underway (so to speak)!

Before I explain this time's format, take a look at the first edition of LoL which is in it's final phase at the moment!

You can also see the interest thread for LoL 2.0 which debated all the rules!

LoL 2.0 will be much of the same. It will be a tournament of epic proportions with a large number of fighters (hopefully at least 48 each) participating in a league... of leagues to determine who truly is the best. Last time, we had 64 fighters participate in 8 leagues of 8 each followed by the top fighters taking part in 2 leagues of 10 each (underway) which will finally end with playoffs.

This time, we'll be starting with small 3-4 person groups, followed by a larger 5-6 person group ending with a much larger group at the end. This enables fighters with bad hiddens to get out earlier in the league rather than have to suffer through 6-7 losses before they can leave.

This time around though, we'll be doing two LoL tournaments together. This is because there was a vast split on whether we should have training or no training and this is what I call a "community tournament", my goal is to always do what's best for everyone involved. There will be two tournaments, one with 25 year old fighters with no training and one with 25 year old fighters with training. Sadly, doing 18 year fighters is not possible solely because it is impossible to find substitutes (and last time we needed to find around 15 substitutes).

The prizes for each tournament will be around $2 million. I'll finalize the total prize money once I can get an idea of the sign-ups for each tournament. You are allowed to sign upto 2 fighters to each tournament (should you wish so), so someone who really loves the tournament could make 2 fighters for each of them (thus, 4 in total). I really want to increase the prizes on this and will try to do so, depending on sign-ups. Hopefully, I should be able to push them to 3-4 million.

25-with training specific rules

- Fighter creation date will be around 3 weeks from now. That gives one enough time to cut fighters if need be. The tournament will start 4 weeks after creation.

- Each fighter must take at least 2 fights before the tournament. You may not love this but trust me, it's better to test early than suffer later as some people did this time around.

- LoL fights will occur every 7-10 days so you have to be ready to fight in that time (I'm trying to work out 10, it should be possible, just need to see a number of sign-ups).

- PLEASE REMEMBER TO TICK THE INJURY HIDDEN. IT MAY NOT SEEM THE BEST BUT IT BECOMES VITAL IN A TOURNAMENT LIKE LOL. THIS IS A SUGGESTION BUT YOU'D DO WELL TO FOLLOW IT.

25-without training specific rules

- Fighters can be created anytime before the start of the tournament (roughly 6 weeks from now).

- Existing fighters who take part in no-training orgs are eligible to participate should they wish to do so. Fighters through the QFC Tournaments are eligible to take part too if they haven't trained.

- Fighters must take at least two test fights before the start of the tournament. This is highly important to make sure you have hiddens you're happy with.

- Once you create your fighter, you must inform me instantly so I can make sure they get no training. They must leave any gyms they are in and set their training status to "No Training".

We're also going to have awards. This is and will be a community tournament. If you'd like to sponsor a snazzy award, please inform me and I'll add you to the list!

Awards:

- The Bubba Killsinwater Award (Most Entertaining Fighter) - $200,000 - Sponsored by Shiv Hysteria

- The Mitch McDonald Award (Undefeated throughout the tournament) - $100,000 - Sponsored by Dirk Copeland

- The Patrick Jane Award (Most Popular Fighter) - $100,000 - Sponsored by Ali Gator

- The Jobber Award (Lose in 5 seconds) - $5,000 each - Sponsored by Mr. Jobber

Without any more delay, let's get sign-up's started. Please inform which tournament you would like to sign up for and if you wish to sign up for 1 slot or 2. If somehow, one of the tournaments doesn't get much of a response, I might end up scrapping one of them. However, in all likelihood, we should be able to pull both of them off!

Is this allowed? If so I'll happily put another in the training tournament, I'll enter as many as I'm allowed in that lol, can I enter 20?

Rules say you CAN have 2 in each tourny. 4 total.
