GP 33 O Neil vs Nemesis Preview

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1344005945geezers%2033.jpg

205lbs Title Fight - Geezers Palace light heavyweight champ Mickey O Neil is set to defend his crown in what will be an outstanding rematch against the young and hungry Zork Nemesis. Their last contest was a rather one sided affair in which O Neil nearly finished the fight with a crippling right hand, rocking his opponent and sending him to the canvas. Nemesis showed true grit and determination by gutting it out and fighting until the final bell and he knows that he can take some of O Neil's hardest shots while retaining the heart of a lion. Flaunting a 3 fight win streak and coming fresh off a brutal head kick knockout victory gives a huge momentum advantage to the challenger. He also cut a fair less amount of weight than the champion which might benefit him in the later rounds. Despite the kicking abilities of Nemesis, O Neil has a daunting muay thai advantage and will surely be looking to expose his foe mainly in the clinch.

185lbs - Hacksaw Jim Duggan will be hopefully making weight as he is scheduled to fight mean muggin Russian Eyeonly Fuckwell. This fight is actually a rematch stemming from their first bout in April. Duggan surprisingly beat this slimy Russian by form of TKO, snapping his 4 fight win streak. The styles of these middleweight titans are, as Mike Goldberg would say, virtually identical. They both enjoy throwing heavy leather and often end up recieving it on the rough end of the spectrum. This is a good fight not to bet on but I think Duggan will get him with a Bonerbar in the late rounds.

265lbs - Heavy hitting rising star Gun Slinga looks to further his success by putting a royal beatdown on Quantrelle Jackson, a South African muay thai practicioner who hails himself as 'big dirty'. Slina is a young and hungry up and comer, and seems to have learned the game very fast at only 21 years old. He has finished his last 4 opponents over some grueling battles, showing lots of heart and pursuit for the finish. Jackson has shown his submission capabilities in the past and it could prove to be a factor in this bout. He will need to avoid a boxing match and try to force a grappling exchange or a tie up to be successful with his skills.

265lbs - The classic striker vs grappler matchup will be on display in it's purest form as Ingo Pavlik looks to replicate his prior performance against heavy hitter Golden Boy. These guys have locked horns in the past, with Pavlik emerging victorious with a seamless Kimura in the very first frame. Golden Boy is basically a pure grappler, rarely throwing strikes and only intent on fighting in his comfort zone. If he can't manage to secure a takedown he will be at a large disadvantage. Both men are actually coming off 3 fight losing streaks and will be hopeful to once again taste victory.

170lbs - Durable punching Jargo Leek will be looking to smash some teeth in and end his 2 fight losing streak when he faces off against skillful ground fighter Bin JinJu in the welterweight division. Leek has a tremendous advantage on the feet and is very confident in his boxing skills but has shown a major hole in his submission defense. The Shaolin Creeper aka Bin JinJu is a highly talented black belt with supplemental muay thai skills to boot. There is no surprise in the camp of JinJu, they want to take Leek down and expose the flaws in his ground game without getting hit in the process.

GP 34 Tatum vs Snegov Preview

http://mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1345236121gp34.jpg

145lbs Title Fight - Sharp witted striker and Geezers featherweight champ Konstantin Snegov is set to defend his title against the seemingly indestructible Danny Tatum, a masterful grappler with a concrete chin. This is Snegovs first title defense since claiming the throne with a swift and decisive knockout just a few weeks ago. The challenger presents a very unique threat to the champion who has shown deficiencies in his submission defense in the past. Tatum is a hardened grappler with a rich base in wrestling and jiu jitsu and rarely intends to strike with his opponents, opting to close the distance and utilize his world class ground skills. Snegov has a daunting advantage in the stand up realm and is very much capable of a finish if he remains in his preferred domain.

170lbs Title Fight - A highly anticipated rematch between current Geezers welterweight champion Lee Machin and destructive thai fighting machine Ronald McDonald should have fans drooling as they square off once again in the co-main event. The previous battle between these goliaths resulted in a truly magical piece of Geezers history. After being rocked by Machins heavy hands, McDonald was able to clear the cobwebs and dish out a marvelous beating in the clinch forcing a ref stoppage and securing an epic comeback. McDonald will surely be looking to replicate his dominance in the clinch and avoid the destructive punching abilities of Machin. Don't expect much ground fighting in this one as both gladiators are very confident in their world class skills on the feet.

170lbs - The young and religiously controversial Stephan Axe welcomes old school veteran Urpo Muilu to Geezers as he makes his welterweight debut with the organization. Despite making his 6th Geezers appearance, Axe will have a large experience disadvantage when he steps in the cage. Muilu is extremely good at drowning his opponents until the clock runs down and is known to be a workhorse with serious cardio. He enters his debut with more than twice as much fight experience as his youthful adversary and a sizable advantage on the ground. Axe has enjoyed all of his success as a striker and his best chance at victory remains on the feet where he is comfortable.

145lbs - Legitimate featherweight specialists Boris JorJovsky and Vitamines Minerals will do battle in a highly intriguing matchup which will see different styles clash head to head. Minerals is 8 years the elder and has some sickening muay thai skills and crippling power to supplement his arsenal. His knockout rate is highly impressive and he is coming off of 2 crushing defeats so he is fired up and is looking for redemption. Smooth technique is what JorJovsky is all about and he boasts an equally impressive finishing rate utilizing his beautiful submission skills. Neither fighter wants any part of each others strengths and whoever controls where the fight takes place has a good chance of domination.

170lbs - Underrated dark horse Melvin Manhoef plans on extending his 3 fight knockout streak as he prepares for battle with crafty grappling stud Randon Rett. Taking down and submitting the formidable Manhoef is going to be a very tall order for Rett who is surely the underdog coming into the fight. A large slice of his arsenal are his submissions and he hasn't been able to secure any against the tougher opponents in the latter of his career. If he is unable to take the fight to the ground he will have some serious problems. In the spirit of the underdog let us all knock on wood for this brave young warrior.

GP 35 Bomb vs Royler 2 Preview

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1345836611gp35.jpg

185lbs Title Fight - The Geezers middleweight championship is on the line as the divine dentist Roy Royler looks to re-claim Jeggu Bomb's belt in a highly anticipated rematch. Royler feels he is the true champion and is very fired up to get his belt back after losing it in swift fashion back in June. Although Bomb lost their last fight, he didn't have a terrible performance and knows he has the skills to win. To retain the title he needs to make sure he minimizes the damage he takes while ensuring a higher level of effectiveness in the clinch and a larger overall volume of offense. Landing kicks and strikes in the clinch is where Royler enjoyed the majority of his success but he is also capable of going toe to toe and throwing down. Royler has been highly vocal in the build up to this fight and is very confident he will stop the champion in his tracks and claim the throne. I think Royler will prove to once again be too durable for the champion and I predict a 4th round TKO victory for the challenger after an entertaining slugfest.

265lbs - Underrated heavy hitting sluggers Clint Foote and Quantrelle Jackson are scheduled to go to war and move one step further to heavyweight title contention. The gap in experience between these warriors is quite immense as Foote has seen twice as many battles than his adversary. Although he gives up an edge in experience, Jackson has a large and fortunate advantage in this fight. He is outstanding with elbows in the clinch and luckily for him Foote has very thin skin and is opened up in many of his fights. Although the sharp cutting elbows will be a large factor, I think Foote is wise enough to nullify him and avoid the majority of the clinch battle. If he can manage to keep blood out of his eyes I believe he will win via Submission in the 3rd round.

185lbs - Savage knockout artist Marco Aurelio welcomes the well rounded Wade Wilson to the Geezers as he makes his middleweight debut with the organization. Wilson comes to Geezers with a vast skill set and is confident in all areas of the game. He faces Aurelio who is a specialized boxer with daunting power in both hands and throws with bad intentions. Although Aurelio's boxing is frightening, his ground game and muay thai are suspect and Wilson will surely be looking to expose him in those domains. If Wilson can sustain the damaging punches he will have an excellent chance of a successful debut. I predict he will put his superior ground skills to good use and win via Submission in the 2nd round.

155lbs - Former lightweight champion Forrest Loveladdy takes his first step back to the title as he squares off against the hard hitting Lars Thunstrom who also has slick submission skills. Both men have extensive backgrounds in boxing and jiu jitsu and on paper match up very well. Loveladdy has some crucial wrestling and muay thai advantages and could prove to be the difference maker in this bout. Thunstrom might be the hungrier and more motivated fighter as he has never tasted Geezers gold in his career. Whoever can control where the fight occurs and out grapple their opponent will have their hand raised. The gap in wrestling skills will play a heavy role in this bout and I predict Loveladdy will win via Unanimous Decision after a crafty and lengthy ground battle.

185lbs - Specialized wrestling wizard Whonjon William is set to do battle against prolific boxing super star Wanha Karhu in a highly compelling middleweight attraction. Both of these warriors are highly specialized in their chosen craft and are truly dedicated in their favored art. William is a masterful wrestler excelling at drowning his opponents with high percentage takedowns and a rapidly developing submission game. Karhu has chosen to master the art of boxing, and has hands are like pin point laser beams. If he is able to land some crisp and crushing body blows he has a decent chance at slowing the inevitable ground assault he soon faces. I believe that the advantage William has in grappling experience will be too hard to overcome and he will win via Unanimous Decision.

Remaining fight predictions

Leonid Guerra Salsido vs Cross Odenkirk - Salsida via TKO round 1. His ground game and boxing are too much

Aleksey Pavelovich Kumpakiskaiy vs Noel Smith - Smith via KO round 1. Kumpa has his hands full and needs a sub to win

Julio Driggs vs Boris Pavlos - Driggs via KO round 1. His clinch and kicks will be deadly

Mayo Kermode vs Sergei Sokolov - Sokolov via TKO round 2. His boxing will win him the fight and force a stoppage

John Johnsson vs Anton Mikhailov - Johnsson via KO round 2. Johnsson's well timed head kicks will find their mark

I say first round KO. I prepared Roy to deliver something special for Jeggu.

Jeggu, you better keep those hands up and your chin down.

Royler ain't no clown, you going to shit your pants brown!

You have watched every fight with Royer, you know how it works.

Roylers hands are going to explode on your face, just like fireworks!

Bombarded with punches of unhuman power, you are falling out of reality.

This fight can only end with the commentator saying FAITALITY!

GP 36 London Preview

http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/8813/gp36.jpg

265lbs - Current geezers heavyweight title holder Jack Potatos welcomes former p4p king Anton Chigurh to Geezers to collide in one of the greatest superfights in organizational history. These soldiers are the cream of the crop in the sport of mixed martial arts and have fought the best fighters to ever exist in the realm of combat. Chigurh has a healthy advantage in the clinch and with his kicks, providing him with some interesting options in the fight. Potatos is a very dangerous and durable fighter with crushing power and a threatening ground assault. He has proven in the past that he can absorb some crushing strikes, adding to his confidence in his striking and allowing him to really commit to his offense. If Chigurh can keep the fight in the clinch and stifle the ground assault he is in good form to claim victory. Potatos needs to draw his foe into a brawl and find a way to utilize his potent top ground and pound game. Although Potatos seems to have a few minor advantages and has a cement chin, I think the clinch assault of Chigurh will be far too powerful to overcome and the former pound for pound champion will win via TKO in the 3rd round.

265+lbs - It is Geezers priviledge to welcome top notch world class warriors Brock Sampson and Emeka Shakur to the organization as they prepare to share the cage in one of the biggest superfights in the companys history. The amount of experience and skill these men bring to the cage is simply astronomical. Sampson has pierced through the ranks mainly by dismantling his opponents with his destructive ground and pound game, leaving his foes bruised and battered. The threat he presents on the ground is very unique at this level of the game and could prove to be the key to success. The knockout rate of Shakur is simply staggering, only one out of his 24 professional victories was not a stoppage. He has a slight edge in the stand up realm and favors his outstanding punching skills. Although Shakur might be the favorite on the feet, I think that the experience advantage Sampson has in the grappling will be too large a pill to swallow. Shakur is also known to have scar tissue problems, resulting in a lot of facial damage and cuts. I predict that after a long and technical slugfest, Sampson will emerge victorious in the 4th round via doctors stoppage after landing a large volume of ground strikes.

170lbs - The undisputed king of decisions Urpo Muilu looks to extend his unanimous dominance when he faces the butcher Ronald McDonald in an exciting welterweight rematch stemming from July of last year! Muilu has won a whopping 20 fights by form of unanimous decision and has a masterful relationship with the judges. He has top notch elbows and has a very underrated ground game. Their previous outting resulted in McDonald tapping to a guillotine and giving up Muilu's first and only submission victory. McDonald was winning the fight on the feet before getting caught in the choke and you can bet your top dollar he wants no part with the ground skills of Muilu. Both fighters have improved drastically since they first fought and it's actually a very tough fight to predict even though their gameplans will probably be the same as before. McDonald will surely win the fight if he can retain the clinch position and defend against the takedowns but I think that Muilu simply has his number. I think Muilu will find a way to put him on his back enough to get the nod from the judges.

GP 36 London Review

http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/8813/gp36.jpg

265lbs - Heavyweight legends Jack Potatos and Anton Chigurh met and threw down in possibly one of the best and most exciting fights of the year. The fight took place exclusively on the feet and was a fierce and unbelievably even and thrilling stand up war. Quite a few of the rounds were very, very close and could probably have gone either way in the eyes of the judges and the fans. Potatos might have edged the first round by cutting open Chigurh with a crisp knee to the head and landing some solid shots to the body. The commentator actually said Chigurh probably won the 2nd round but the judges saw it differently and 2 of them awarded the crucial round to Potatos. Both men were highly competitive in the clinch and there was tons of energy spent controlling and trying to get the better position. Chigurh's game plan was very kick heavy and he was successful in landing a fair amount of leg and body strikes throughout the contest. The high volume boxing style of Potatos contrasted interestingly with the kicking abilities of his foe. Some very powerful and well executed body shots were employed by Potatos but it's hard to honestly say it slowed Chigurh down at all during the fight. After the dust settled fans awaited the judges decisions in one of the most closely fought and epic battles in geezers, and tycoon history. Potatos was awarded the Majority Decision victory after judges James Ackerman and Chris Edwards awarded him the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds.

265+lbs - Geezers was treated to many epic battles in London including a legendary matchup between Brock Samson and Emeka Shakur. From the beginning of the fight Shakur was able to land precise cumulative strikes and really negate the gameplan of Samson. The persistent kicks and vast punching assault really took there toll and proved to be extremely lethal in this fight. Samson showed a lot of cojones during the course of his demise and actually scored a few takedowns which were negated by the excellent grappling of Shakur. He was able to survive a vicious head kick that knocked him on his ass in the 2nd round and actually finish the round with a takedown. Shakur went to the cleaners in the 3rd round, lighting his victim up with hellish strikes before finishing in spectacular fashion. After a crisp left right combo knocked Samson on his ass for the 2nd time in the fight he was waved to his feet for the coup de grace. With beautiful footwork, Shakur threw a perfectly timed superman punch connecting with the hardened jaw of Samson and rendering him unconscious. Shakur looked thoroughly dominant in his victory and claims victory via KO (Superman Punch) at 4:26 of round 3.

170lbs - The butcher claimed yet another victim who fell prey to his bloody and barbaric ways. Ronald McDonald drowned Urpo Muilu in the clinch after draining his energy with ferocious knees and employing his patented elbows which released the flood gates of blood on Muilu's face. It seemed as if Muili wanted to prove something to the world by initiating a clinch fight with the butcher himself and running head first into his strong suit. Although he did attempt to bring the fight to the ground he should of had no business in the clinch in this fight. He actually opened a cut on McDonald first but it was insignificant because the butcher was able to cut his meat shortly after with his knife like elbows. Unfortunately for Muilu, the doctor called a halt to the fight after they were both lathered in heaps of blood. McDonald fought a nearly perfect fight and has truly mastered the clinch and has very dangerous and effective tools. He claims sweet revenge over Muilu at 4:28 of round 1 by TKO (Cut) and avenges his loss removing all doubt and making me eat my own words.

Quick Recap of other bouts

Baddusousus Fatherfockerusus vs Jake Tyler - Focker wins via Decision (Unanimous). Weird fight. Weird name. Tyler had weird intentions.

Sammy Farha vs John Johnsson - Farha wins via Submission (Kimura) at 1:44 of round 1. Swift justice with Nancy Grace. That is all.

Ivan Pribko vs Oleg Ivanov - Pribko wins via TKO (Knee & Punches) at 3:29 of round 1. A right shellacking.

Eyeonly Fuckwell vs Thomas Crown - Fuckwell wins via TKO (Strikes) at 4:07 of round 2. Aim for the penis so they can't fuck well.

Goliaf Tor vs Morgan Trendell - Tor wins via TKO (Strikes) at 4:35 of round 1. Classic poundage.

Paul Harvey vs Alfonso Sosa - Harvey wins via KO (Head Kick) at 0:22 of round 2. Where Harvey comes from, people like Sosa get slapped.

Cj Ivanov vs Saboh Soth - Ivanov wins via KO (Slam) at 0:20 of round 1. Beautiful work of art.

Valygar Corthala vs Predictions - Corthala fails miserably and gets TKOed after going 0-3.

GP 38 Preview

http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1347744730gp38.png

170lbs - War hardened MMA veteran Oakley Bark makes his second appearance in the Geezers cage as he squares off against the crafty and lethal Lee Machin. Bark is a highly unique fighter with a whopping 27 submission victories to his name. He is tied for the 3rd most submission victories in the entire sport so his game plan isn't very hard to predict. Machin is without a doubt the more well rounded fighter, and has a pretty sizable advantage in the striking realm. He is capable and competent on the ground although it's probably not worth the risk to tango in Bark's main and only comfort zone. Machin should win without much resistance if he is able to stay disciplined and maintain his focus. He needs to utilize his superior boxing and land damaging body shots while thwarting the wrestling attempts of Bark. I believe Machin will be too large of a mountain to climb and Bark will lose a Unanimous Decision in his vain attempts at bringing the fight to the canvas.

185lbs - The Geezers middleweight division is proud to welcome Tom Jones to the ranks as he is set to make his promotional debut against long time company man Jim Duggan. The hacksaw has been with Geezers basically since the beginning and has fought the best of the best the organization has to offer. He has some notable power and almost every single one of his victories resulted in a TKO finish. Jones might decide to avoid the power of his opponent and try to force a grappling exchange where he has a decent advantage. His wrestling and jiu jitsu game are further developed and could pay dividends as the fight stretches into the late rounds. If Jones sees his opponent eye to eye and meets him in a striking exchange, it might be a case of who can sustain the most damage before going down. I think Jones will win a close decision after a mean slug fest.

155lbs - The hyper talented Tony Jax is ready for battle against Mr Bronze who is making his organizational debut along with Jax, providing the Geezers lightweight division with some fresh new meat. Both of these titans really love to lay it on the line and really pour their hearts out in their scraps. They also both have black belts in jiu jitsu but decide not to favor or utilize that aspect of the game as much in their battles. Although Jax has won lots of his fights by decision this fight is very likely to end in a finish. They have both been caught and put out numerous times before so it might come down to whoever connects with the cleaner strikes wins. This is a tough fight to predict although Jax does have a slightly more developed game and I think he will win by TKO in the 2nd round.

265lbs - Heavyweight threat Stephen Axe returns to battle after losing a bitter decision against Urpo Muilu a few weeks ago. He takes on Mag Ne who seeks his first win in the geezers cage and really has nothing to lose at this point. Ne is an outstanding boxer and has some true power that should never be taken lightly. The greatest factor in this fight will be the clinch, kicks and overall muay thai game of Axe and to what extent Ne can thwart it. This is an extremely tough fight for Ne and if he can pull it off it will be a remarkable feat. Axe has proven to have a great chin and great skills and he is almost guaranteed certain victory if he keeps his head on his shoulders. I think he will come close to finishing but win a lopsided unanimous decision when the dust has settled.

170lbs - Julio Driggs, fresh under new management looks to maintain his success in geezers as he takes on Ali Bang, a dangerous and skilled ground fighter. Bang has a sizable advantage in terms of grappling and a sizable disadvantage in striking, paving the road for a classic striker vs grappler contest. If Driggs can neutralize his foe in the clinch and stay on his feet he will have a clean shot at victory although it will be no easy task. Bang has a ground style that could be Driggs kryptonite but I think he will lose the fight after getting neutralized and after a few ref stand ups. This fight will be close and I think Driggs will pull out a Unanimous or Majority decision victory.

GP 39 Paulsen vs Potatos Preview

265lbs Superfight - Jan Paulsen vs Jack Potatos

As Geezers continues grow, it continues to attract world class talent to provide the fans with the greatest match ups and most epic fights possible. Fresh off a razor thin majority decision victory over Anton Chigurh, Jack Potatos finds himself in yet another fight of the ages and has been provided a truly special and legendary opponent. The prominent Jan Paulsen makes his way to the Geezers cage riding a 7 fight win streak to challenge Potatos in possibly the biggest fight in organizational history. This fight is very evenly matched and given the history of knockouts shared between these 2 warriors it's likely that the fight will not go to the judges. Potatos loves to throw punches, and that is probably his most favored weapon. He has a modest kicking arsenal and a sly ground game that he rarely puts to use but is still potent none the less. Paulsen is coming off a beautiful and swift triangle choke victory in which his opponent payed dearly for taking him down. Perhaps the recent victory will make Potatos think twice about engaging a ground fight with Paulsen, although he has many other problems to contend with. Paulsen is simply legendary and has nearly double the experience of his opponent. He has fought the absolute best in the world and boasts a staggering 28 knockout victories and has recently proved that his ground skills are still effective. He is seemingly more content in his kicking skills and that is probably the biggest stylistic difference between these goliaths. Given the overall experience advantage and immense knockout rate I gotta predict that Paulsen will win the fight via TKO in the 2nd round

155lbs - Ivan Pribko vs Lars Thunstrom

Lightweight Geezers veterans will clash in the Co-Main attraction as home grown knockout savant Ivan Pribko takes on the multi faceted Lars Thunstrom in what should be an intriguing battle. The iron fist Ivan Pribko has been with the organization since the 3rd show, and has looked nothing but stunning in victory. All 13 of his professional wins are either knockouts or technical knockouts so it's safe to say that Thunstrom has his hands full when he enters the cage with this beast. The one area where Pribko hasn't been fully tested would be the same place Thunstrom has his best chances of winning the fight - on the ground putting his blackbelt skills to work. Thunstrom actually has shown some slick submission finishes in the past and actually knocked a guy out in geezers with a slam, showcasing his grappling prowess. Although he has stock on the ground, he is in for a world of hurt when Pribko unleashes the beast on him. I think that Pribko will retain his perfect knockout rate and render Thunstrom unconscious in the first round with a clean punch and win via KO.

205lbs - Paul Harvey vs Leonid Guerra Salsido

The Hitman Paul Harvey looks build upon his latest successful knockout in Geezers as he collides with nasty cuban knockout specialist Leonid Guerra Salsido who is a certified and prolific finisher. The experience advantage in this bout belongs to Harvey who has seen battle nearly 35 times and has amassed 15 knockout victories over the course of his career which means he's fought more than twice the amount of his foe. He has a base in boxing and has developed a very deadly and notable high kick which will be one of the main factors in the fight. His adversary, Salsido, is a fearsome cuban boxer who brutalizes his opponents with crisp and decisive punching technique. Despite holding a perfect knockout rate, he is continuing to round out his skills and still has some holes in his game. His kicking game is in its infancy compared to Harvey's and he could have his lights turned off if he eats a proper kick to the temple. This fight will most likely take place on the feet and I predict Salsido's power will get the job done, and he will win via KO in the 2nd round.

185lbs - Lloyd Dobbler vs Mohamed al Hadj

Some fresh meat makes its way into the Geezers middleweight freezer as Lloyd Dobbler takes on muay thai proficient Mohamed al Hadj in a debut fight for both men. The similarities between these new acquisitions records are quite interesting. Both guys have 13 wins and 6 losses and about half of their wins are stoppages, with the rest being decision victories. Stylistically, the similarities are very minimal and it could very well play out to be a striker vs grappler match. The role of the grappler is definitely filled by Dobbler, who has a very legit ground and pound game and is no joke of a wrestler either. Al Hadj is a masterful striking tactician and has many years invested in the art of muay thai which pays off when guys freeze in his clinch. He is definitely the striker and will be looking to plant his feet and throw leather until the job is concluded while thwarting the grappling attempts of his foe. This is a difficult fight to predict although I think the gap in grappling abilities is slightly larger than the gap in striking. I predict Dobbler will win after a ground and pound onslaught by form of doctors stoppage in round 3, TKO via cuts.

155lbs - Chris Kringle vs Beaver Wayne

Brand new lightweight additions Beaver Wayne and Chris Kringle will clash head to head in a thoroughly compelling match up to see who claims their first victory on the Geezers battlefield. Wayne is a straight animal when it comes to tearing his opponents apart in the clinch and only one man has survived the blitzkrieg. He's a vicious and certified killer in the clinch but only has a blue belt in jiu jitsu and thus is highly vulnerable to ground threats. Kringle conveniently has a ground and pound style that can only be described as heavy, raw, crushing and effective. If he manages to snake his way to the mat in this fight it might only take a few fists of fury to seal the deal. Although he has a monumental advantage in ground experience, I predict that he will have problems initiating a battle in that domain. After a noble exertion, I think that Kringle will fall victim to the snare that is Beaver Wayne's clinch prowess and Wayne will claim victory via TKO in round 2.

Remaining Predictions

265lbs - Quantrelle Jackson vs Naksuttava Puimakone - Puimakone via TKO round 1.

155lbs - Oleg Ivanov vs Jeremy Toney - Toney via TKO round 2.

265lbs - Akira Marufuji vs Joe Pistone - Pistone via KO round 1.

170lbs - John Askren vs Randon Rett - Askren via UD.

265lbs - Hari Krishna vs Igor Slobovic - Krishna via TKO round 1.
