I'm looking for someone to take over the operations of my org for at least the next couple of months (and possibly longer). Salary is 15K per week plus 30% of org profits. For an experienced org owner of the past, I'm willing to pay as much as 50% of org profits. The percentage of org profits will be paid to the operator monthly.
