The Rules 1. All avatars must be in two sizes, 1st size to fit in the avatar picture box. 2nd size to fit a skin of the fighter with it in the form of a skin, top and bottom. So to be clear each avatar would double as a skin for the fighter so he is uniform. 2. All avatars/skins must have the words, "Steel Penn" written in the bottom right of the picture or on the bottom somewhere. 3. You must submit at least 2 different avatars/skins to be in the competition. You can use any faces you like but must have two different faces per submission. You can also enter as many times as you like as long as you have two diff faces per submission. To be clear 6 faces = 3 submissions 4.
