Guest
Hi, I have a private gym with 30 fighters and 13 coaches. All my coaches say that they are "satisfied with his wage but thinks it could be better". My question is, when should I raise their wage? What kind of message they will have to tell me? And also how much wage should be the limit before I fire the coach and get a new one? Thanks for any response. Regards,
markyosullivan
I think the best time to raise them is when their morale bar starts to go down. If it is full/ looks full then keep them on the wages they currently own. That's my opinion.

PBR
think the last couple that i had to give a raise too i gave them like 300 and they were satisfied with it -- now just how long before they lose moral again -- cause they are unhappy again but no moral loss yet -- not even sure when i gave them the raise either so i should of kept up with that
xanax
I used to give my coaches 1k raises when they lost some morale and the happier they were the better the popped (hiddens willing). If you are paying a coach good money and he isn't increasing in skill (assuming we aren't talkin 150 coaches) then you should prolly sack him if your other coaches aren't putting you over skill cap.
