HOW DO YOU USE THE SAUNA?

your fighter will do it automatically. He will use it to shed the last 5#'s of weight if needed, meaning say your fighter is fighting at 155 and he weights 170 nature and he shows a cut weight of 153#. He will use it cause the 153# he can cut too is within the last 5# of weight he needs to cut. If you fighter could cut to 149.9 then he wouldn't need to use it and won't.

 

Basically if your able cut weight is 5# or more under the class weight they don't need to use it and won't, less then 5# then they use it.
