Exclusive interview with Hendo Riggs on winning the Hosility: 170lb. Creation Tournament.

Hey everyone, we're here with the Hostility: 170lb. Creation Tournament Champion "The Trucker" Hendo Riggs. We have an some questions to ask him about his performance in the tournament and what he thinks about his future moving forward.

Calvin Hobbes: "Hey Hendo, thanks for joining us. First off congratulations on winning the tournament and becoming our first 170lb champion and going down in our HOF, you gotta be feeling great right now?"

 

Hendo Riggs: "Thank you, and yes i'm feeling excellent, I haven't slept since my win and my belt is my new spouse"

 

Calvin Hobbes: "Haha, awesome.. and kind of weird. But hey, you're the champ, you can do whatever you want! You had a huge wrestling background and surprised everybody by destroying them in the clinch and then switched it up in the final fight. Was this your plan all along? "

 

Hendo Riggs: "I kind of treat each fight differently, Tiburco was a great opponent, i know i will see him again, I saw his past fights and saw he was accurate in the standup and a great grappler so I wanted to put him at a disadvantage."

 

Calvin Hobbes: "Well, you and your manager seem to have a great fight IQ, especially for tournaments. You kind of answered my next question, was Tiburcio your biggest challenge?"

Hendo Riggs: "Certainly, going in I felt like i wasnt going to be able to get the finish, he's an excellent fighter and i learned what I need to work on to maintain my belt. If the fans and management allow it, i'm going to take a week vacation and get back to the gym for a while before my next fight."

Calvin Hobbes: "Yea he's a tough dude, was never able to finish his fights though! All the fans were pretty confident in you winning and I don't think they'll have any problem with you taking a break. Tiburcio is set to fight Sub Zero next for 2nd place. Having been the one to beat both of these guys, who do you think is going to secure 2nd?"

Hendo Riggs: "Wow, what a tough one. Tiburcio is impressive but if he gets taken down, I think sub zero would certainly finish him off. So if I had to put 2 grand down on a guy at hostility's bookmakers,it would go to Sub Zero's cause, but I wont bet... this fight is worth spoilers!"

Calvin Hobbes: "Yea both of those guys have put on some really great fights. We're almost out of time but I hope you enjoy your vacation and get back to training soon. You got some hungry 170lbers that wanna steal your belt. Anything you'd like to say to your family, friends or fans?"

Hendo Riggs: "Just stay tuned, I promise to be better next time inside the octagon."

Calvin Hobbes: "Sounds good, we appreciate your time and we hope to see you again soon Mr. Riggs."
