IMO if you want to bring people to Sydney you need them to move her permanently because the flight is too long and expensive to go back and forth continually, so I think what you need to be a really successful org in sydney is: 1) A small fleet of private jets to ferry people over. 2) A bunch of small private gyms that people can get great training in, similar to whats available in most of the other cities. 3) You need other orgs in Syndey to buy in and all help eachother in my opinion, Syndey is dead because of it's isolation and costs. To bring people in you need to lure them in and give them reasons to stay, give them awesome gyms, give them a bunch of orgs to choose from.
