redos
I'm kinda done with running my gym, it was fun growing a succsesfull gym out of nowhere. Fightclub UK is was the second player runned gym to hit london. It's been trough a lot but always came out on top. The gym is dept free. currently has 137 members. has 4 elite coaches and 3 double elite coaches. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gympublic.php?gmid=58 I'll be putting this gym on sell soon, I'd just like to know if anyone is intrested and has a serieus offer. and was wondering what a good starting price would be
Guest
What is the profit/loss you make each week?
redos
With the way I was currently running it, I made a average profit of 1k per week. you could easily raise the prices or the gym cap. but my goal was to have elite training for a minimum price wich worked out very well. Guest
Edit: so 1k per week sorry for that. What price are you thinking of?
redos
Well these are the costs of if had so far. Staff Wages : $ 0.00 Coach Wages : $ 346,440.00 Cleaning Costs : $ 14,715.83 Equipment Costs : $ 9,000.00 Coach signing fees : $ 61,360.00 Loan repayments : $ 31,165.75 Manager withdrawals : $ 0.00 So I'm considering i 60,000.00 a fair price for it
Guest
Well these are the costs of if had so far. So I'm considering i 60,000.00 a fair price for it I understand because of the coaches signing fees. I'm sad to tell you that I can't afford anywhere near that, so I'm out of the race. I think it will be hard to find a buyer for that money though, because the only ones who can afford that are people who already have an company. And those can't buy another company. misfire200
Not too mention with the profit, you are asking someone to pay 60k when it would take them 60 weeks to make that back, would not make a lot of sense from a business standpoint, and as Steeve pointed out, i do not know many people who could afford that(remember they cannot take loans out to buy a company) and I do not see gym's bringing that kind of sell value. Good gym though.
Patti
It is a good gym. Hope someone good gets it. I was wondering what was the first user-run gym in London? Do you mean Tycoon Gym?
redos
Yeah tycoon gym was the first. I know its not much profit, but then again it's my personal choice not too have a high fee anyone else could change that.
Tiger
hey don't sell up, you run a really good gym there. I have to fighters who train there and would definately consider leaving if there was a change in management. I'm sure everyone wouldn't mind if you raised the fee's if you wanted to make more profit. please reconsider thanks
redos
I don't realy care about the profit. I actualy wanted to try somthing new, but I'll wait till a good offer comes along and for now just keep it the way it is.
