realwrldprobs
I was offered a fight contract today, I guess I didn't understand the fine print and just realized it has been fighting in the 265 division while my fighter is only 215. Is it conceivable to be able to gain 50 pounds to follow through with my contract? If not how does not being able to meet the contract requirements affect me? GBK16
Your contract only means you have to weigh LESS than 265lbs to be able to compete in that division. You will be fine competing and won't have any issues being 215lbs

Kronix
Also, many org owners are reasonable. If you feel like you've done mistake write to the org manager and tell him why. Most will agree on ending the contract if the signing fee is repaid and you have a valid argument for doing so.
shockg
I recently got a FA and he was severely underweight for his division. I msgd the org owner and he was very reasonable. He said some people like to do that but I could go on weight gain and get to a normal range before I fought again. I chose the latter. People are pretty cool around here don't stress if you need to ask for something.
